It needs remodeling. Poor ventilation you can smell nail polish in the salon portion.

My wife started using Turning Heads several years ago. She always receives great customer service and they do a great job with her requests and styling. I love the styles she comes home with!

Best place to get a haircut hands down. I love that place.

I tried getting a real quick mens haircut on a Monday afternoon at around 3:45. And I know that walk-ins arent always the best or easiest for a hair place. However, I walk in ask if they did mens haircuts and if I could get one real quick. Well the one lady out of two that wasnt working was messing around on her phone. With even looking up to make eye contact with me she said in a very sarcastic annoyed way I have an appointment in about 5 mins so not today. She said nothing further to indicate that maybe I could wait or come back tomorrow. I walk out of there feeling embarrassed for even asking. Im disappointed by the pathetic efforts to be a small town friendly business. I would not recommend to anyone and I think a persons time and money should be better spent at the various other hair and nail options that are offered in Torrington.
