I have been a customer at Nail Spa 2 for years. Customer service is exceptional, there is no wait time and I feel completely pampered. The staff and owner are amazing and are true professionals who provide top notch services. I would highly recommend this business. I am never disappointed. It is always a calm inviting experience and cleanliness is impeccable.

I go for gel manicures. Theyre great! They last for 6-8 weeks. The only reason I need to get them redone is because my nails grow out. Getting a bonus of neck, shoulder, and arm massage is nice too!

I just moved to Torrington and let me tell you the worst place I’ve ever been to has been this place! The most disgusting manner I’ve come across! The can’t even make coffin shape correctly! Absolutely horrible! I usually don’t leave a review but this place should not do another persons nails ever!

Loved the first visit there. My cuticles were a mess and thought they would do a bad job and I was very impressed by the effort of the technician. She focused and achieved the look she wanted. They were perfect. I will certainly go back. Clean and friendly. I was surprised that the technicians werent Asian. Next I will try a pedicure.

Technicians were lovely people, used a fresh set of tools from the wrapping each time. Very sanitary. Little more expensive than other salons but you get what you pay for.

Fantastic pedicure! I am a runner and have weird caluses on my toes. I told them to leave them alone and they did. They massage your calves and feet while you are in the pedicure massage chairs. After the pedicure, you move to the drying station and they give you a 5ish minute shoulder massage and a warm towel! I loved it! The non gel polish lasted a while too.

I went there for eyebrow waxing yesterday and the girl ripped a huge chunk out of my eyelid when she got the wax in the wrong place and decided to pull it instead of properly remove it. This was my first and last wax at this location and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
