I had a great time getting my nails done last weekend so this weekend I took my two kids and my niece to get a pedicure and my oldest to get her nails done as well. What a wonderful, amazing job they did yet again! My kids/niece are very happy 😊 and I had Mindy do my oldest nails as she did such fantastic job with mine!

The place is soo clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and the prices are fair. I drove from Waterbury to Torrington to go here. Unfortunately the technician that assisted me did not do a very good job. I will be asking for another technician next time I go.

Recently moved to Connecticut. I have been getting Acrylic nails with Gel Color for more than 8 years. This is the second time I’ve gone and the quality is not there. Tools are used, not clean work area. I have gel all over my skin surrounding my nails. Rushed job. And honestly the prices differ from talking on the phone to in person.

Excellent service. Clean and safe environment. My nails and eyebrows wax were done much better than any other place I have ever been to. I am very impressed.

I havent had a pedicure in years and they did an amazing job I will definitely be back!!! I also took my husband for his first ever pedicure I figured he needed some pampering! They were very clean and following covid guidelines!!!

Had a gel fill. Very rushed. Quality poor. Shape is not what I asked for. Gel polish is already chipping after a couple days. Very expensive, especially for the quality. Will not go back.

I went and got acrykic nails becausr i got a gift certificate from a friend. Anyways thr nails came out really cute. But when i went to go take the nailsnoffn3nweeks latet because they felt weak! I notice the middle of my nail was like deteriorating ... My bails are so thib brittle and fragile, my nails hurt and look horrible!! I have 2 nails that are deformed now! I got nail fungus ... Iv never had this in my life. Its so bad its hard to grab stuff. The nail technician was not very clean with her brushes and used the same nail file as she used on a previous client. Outside looks good but underneath is a mystery!! Will not be going back. They may of permanently ruined my y nails

Change me for special shape, squares is no special its what evryone get and NO where on their menu says they charge for shaping

After losing my daughter,my husband sent me to go get my nails done and get my mind off things, the manager had his items on the floor, I didnt know it was there. And I accidentally kicked it, I apologized and helped picked everything up, he had a nasty attitude the entire time I was there, from picking out the color to when I asked about the prices, he paired me up with a new worker who made so many mistakes,no warm towels or hand massage none of the things you expect when you get your nails done. I asked if they had a book with photos of nail designs and the manager was like no, people bring in pictures of what they want, I said ok ( I guess I wasnt prepared) so I said let the tech freestyle and she gave me these ugly sunflowers on my nails after I said I didnt want flowers on my nails.i wouldnt be returning back to this place.

So nice and very clean. Brought my daughter for a manicure and worker was nice but quiet. She put her under the dryer to dry her nails and just left her there never came back, I had no clue how to pay so went back to her station after waiting forever and dropped the money on her station. They were busy and looked liked they served wine and had bottled water.

Great place! Try the jelly pedicure, you wont be sorry. I love the powder dip manicure, you do not have to sit under lights to let your nails cure. Prices are competitive and reasonable. The salon itself is very pretty and clean. Ask for Danny or Nelly, theyre great!

Looking for another place where people listen. Eyebrow wax just to clean does not mean take off 1/2 my brows :( . Also, regular manicures last 3 days at best, even without any work, cleaning.

Called today to ask about getting a message which I saw on their website and got hung up on. Not very pleased.

Pretty disappointed to be honest. I heard really great things, but did NOT have a great experience. I had a pedicure and not even sure what was done to my nails. I asked for gel but my manicurist was not understanding and proceeded with whatever she wanted to do. At one point I asked if she could not keep adding layers to my nails, as I don’t like the “think” look of fake nails. She nodded and said “okay” and then proceeded to do another layer. The worst part of the entire experience was that she cut me FOUR different times when filing my nails down... and didn’t once apologize. She then went back later on to file down more and filed the exact same spot she cut me which hurt even worse. $90 later and I left feeling disappointed that I didn’t get what I wanted and that I had four throbbing fingers.

I usually have a great experience at gloss. This last time I went the lady didnt seem to know wht she was doing. I went on Saturday my gel nails are already peeling and she couldnt do wht I asked. Was not happy at all.

The owner charged me $104 for a pedicure and a full set of liquid gels with ombre gel color. I asked for a gel pedicure but realized into it I wasnt getting what I asked for but I let it go. But then once the owner started on my hands...I should have opened my mouth from jump and I wish I had. My nails are shorter than when I went in, she shaped nothing, cut up half my cuticles & left them bleeding, cleaning nothing (not even my hands), i have ONE color of polish...glitter, on 1/2 the nail but yet i was charged for ombre paint! She refused to take anything off the price. Im furious!

EDIT: it’s monday. Had my nails done on Thursday. Toenail polish is already chipped on 4 toes. Never going back. Experience was.. meh. Beautiful space, nice and bright and walking in you feel like you’re about to be treated to an amazing experience. Sadly for me.. that wasn’t the case. My pedicure lasted all of 20 minutes. Okay maybe that’s my fault for getting their ‘basic’ $28 pedicure and not one of the fancy ones. But my feet are still rough, and don’t feel ‘pedicured’. Got the dip manicure. I’ve had them done at plenty other places and the concept is all the same. This experience though.. didn’t like my fingers literally shoved into the container. My tech.. nice enough but I’m not sure if she was sick (kept coughing and clearing her throat) or high (kept singing and mumbling to herself, while making random motions with her hands), or maybe she was bored and wanted to leave (kept looking around, especially to the back of the room where a clock was located). All in all... for the $90 I spent to get my nails done, I walked away feeling bad and like I made a mistake. I’ll look for somewhere else to go.

Left here bleeding every. single. time. And I went every 3 weeks for 6 months. When I got my dip removed, they put me with someone who was brand new. She ruined my nails. They were paper thin. Two months later, my nails are still not back to normal. Also not to mention the gossip. There are many conversations about the customers, who pay for their services. Will not go back, and I know 3 other people who have stopped going there as well.

I hate to say. Ive been going here for a few years and they were great. The last several visits they have gotten worse and worse. I went yesterday for one last hoorah.......the woman doing my mani pedi seemed more than bored. The pedicure was terrible and the polish on my gel mainicure is horrible. Its not even and it is very clumpy. Not inexpensive either. My last time there.

The jelly pedi is AMAZING but unfortunately viki filed my nails so hard that she made my fingers bleed AND messed up the shaping of my nails. Paid 75 for the worst set ive ever gotten done

Manicure ruined my nails. 3 months later still dealing with weak nails. Manicure took longer than estimated. Manicurist kept nicking my cuticles with the buffer. Never again.
