Place was clean but the location was a bit inconvenient. There wasn’t much going on around it so I bet Anton who goes is really dedicated to the gym. It’s not the most modern gym but new equipment won’t make the workout better so that doesn’t matter much. The hand dryer in the Locke room is right next to the stalls so that not the greatest. Overall there is a lot of options and it would be easy to tailor your workouts to specifications here. There’s also a swimming pool though I haven’t tried it. The place is gargantuan if that wasn’t clear.

This gym has it all, a huge free weight area with the most equipment Ive ever seen and then theres the machines area, its divided into an area for you arms, an area for your legs, your shoulders, your chest, your abs, anything you want to work they have several machines for each and every body part, a jacuzzi, a pool, a sauna, locker rooms, you have to see it to believe it and all at a very reasonable price. It really is a Super Fitness Center!

Its a Nice place to be, and affordable, trainers are available and ready to help you achieve your goals. There are also classes such as yoga, zumba and drumming. Along with that theres a pool and hot tub and tanning area.

I used to go to the gym here this place was great I loved boot camp and the sauna rooms. I was part of the news weightloss group i was hitting the gym every day and this place was always great to i will be back some day.

Been going here for years. The only complaint I would have is the age limit to use the pool but I understand that would open them up to all sorts of issues. Overall I love this gym. Great variety of equipment and rare to see something broken. The protein shakes are great at the place out front.

Super fitness has not only changed my life but my whole family’s life. We are able to do things we never thought imaginable. My kids love going to the child care part where they also can workout and my boys love the caregivers there. They are so loving and supporting to them. I would recommend super fitness to anyone. They are an awesome gym!

Grant it this is a nice gym and while I was in Toledo I enjoyed going. But I must be honest, when I joined and before I signed the contract I asked the staff that my job moves me around and if that was to happen will I be able to cancel the contract, the response was yes. Fast forward job moved me out of Toledo to Illinois. After sending email to the accounting department and sending documentation that I clearly left the state. I was told once I returned the key card then they will stop payment and this would be the only way to get out of the contract. That was over a year ago and 2 states later (In Milwaukee,have WI) I lost the cards and can not produce them. Here is my problem if I was late on my payment the cards would be deactivated until payment received. So why is it necessary for me to return cards that can be deactivated. It has been over a year, I have not been in Toledo since April 2018 and every month these fees are taken out. And I truly feel like this company rely on this. Im paying for a membership at a gym that Im not in the same State cause I lost my membership card. So please please read that contract.

Absolutely great place to work out very clean the equipment 99.9% everything works. The swimming pool one of my favorites is always very clean it doesnt smell like chlorine the hot tub excellent the steam room persona excellent the shower area excellent. I could keep on going with all excellent. The works staff excellent anything you want to know Ill tell you excellent 😊

$15/mo for 36mo contract made very clear in the beginning of this commitment! Friendly staff and loyal patrons. Clean machines and facility. Locker room, showers, Pool, sauna, kids zone etc make for a very user friendly stay.My only complaint is the commute. The road leading to as well as the parking lot included to the New Towne square location is riddled with both multiple and massive potholes.

Wide variety of equipment. Clean environment with friendly staff. The kids gym is a plus. Our whole family loves it there.

Good gym. The hours are terrible, needs to go to 24Hour or at least extend their hours each day. Some people only have weekends off so extend weekend hours. Also PLEASE FIX THE PARKING LOT. There are deep potholes every 2 feet of the parking lot. If these two things were fixed everyone in the area would forget all about Planet Fitness.

Do you not listen to your customers!? Extend your hours! Fix your parking lot! Ease up on the contracts!

Aside from the abysmal parking lot, this gym has everything you could possibly need to have a great workout session. Staff is friendly and the space itself is kept tidy.

I absolutely love this gym but w Covid around im in here and literally 3/4 of the ppl here are NOT wiping anything they touch down. Dont even have a spray bottle near them, just touching everything and spreading sweat and germs everywhere. Theyre going to ruin this for everyone.

Not happy, they never checked the machines to see which ones work properly, so the recumbent machines l use are all Melfunchioning the ones that arent functioning properly should be tapped off, not the good ones. No one is monitoring the people to see if theyre cleaning after use. So lm not happy.

Started a month ago. They need to do some work there on the Telegraph one. Womens dry sunna. Need a light and loose board fix. Parking.lot needs attention. Other wise its great.

They dont know how to do business and I dont see them going anywhere but out of business .

This is a very nice workout area. It is nice and spacious. It is kept clean. They have cardio section they have a weight section coed and they also have a separate area that is just ladies only. They have different exercise classes they have water aerobics. Included is a sauna a whirlpool shower facilities and an area where kids can work out And the machines are scaled to them.

Doing a great job of keeping the gym clean and available during these difficult times

Some of the other patrons are sorely lacking in gym etiquette (throwing trash in areas where people are obviously working out, taking a machine for 45 minutes, using every weight in the gym at once) but I cant blame the gym for some peoples lack of upbringing. The Trainers try their hardest and I cant fault them for it, but I found it easier to learn proper form and duration from YouTube.

I walk in the door and can feel the positive energy immediately. Staff very cheerful and friendly. Attention to maintaining cleanliness appreciated. Love the aquatic classes and many other classes available.

Always clean and has plenty of machines/weights to use. Plus a pool and other classes are a nice bonus. Only downside are the other gym-goers that like to converse more than work out on the machine they are occupying.

I love being a member at this gym. There is a variety of things to do and trainer’s are available when I need help and it’s clean.

Super Fitness is large and full of equipment, tanning and a nutrition center. Staff could be friendlier and more welcoming. However, once you ask for help, they are always ready to help you.And, knowledgeable. I just wish they had better hours.

Very say with the way they treat people when trying to cancel a contract.... already going threw a hard time and they want you to jump threw loops to cancel . Paid them 40$ to start last month and will be moving in a couple days due to my mother being sick HAVENT WENT ONE TIME TO THEIR GYM and they want me do all this stuff to cancel .. and I already gave them 40$ free dollars ...

Large selection of work out equipment, parking lot is in bad shape. Ladies locker room needs upgrade. Need more fitness classes with good instructor. No defibulator or up to date first aid kit on site. Sidewalk at curb sunk I saw one person trip over curb.

Great rates with alot of amenities and machines. Lots of space to workout in.

When I lived in the area I went to this gym 3 times a week. We even got my husband a membership. Since then we moved out of the city and the hours the gym is open make it impossible to use it since were nearly 40 minutes away. Super Fitness refuses to change their hours and refuses to cancel our contracts. Needless to say they continue to stick their hands in our accounts to take out the monthly fees. Make sure if you join this gym that you dont move before your contract expires or youll be paying for something you cant use! I dont recommend taking the chance!!

Great selection and a huge place but I had to leave Toledo and move to Colorado for CANCER TREATMENTS...they told me that this doesnt warrant a good enough reason to cancel my membership and continued charging me for 6 more months! If mobing 5 states away for cancer treatments doesnt warranty a membership cancellation then nothing will. Higly unethical. Buyer beware.

Lockers have been updated so that issue is fixed. The contract is the worst part about the place. Its kinda like if I cant have you no one can. If the owner had enough confidence in how great the place is he wouldnt need to force people to stay. Let us stay on our own due to the tremendous amount of machines. Never having to wait for a machine. The cleanliness of the gym. 3 stars for the equipment but lose 2 for the annoying jealous owner contact.

Love, love, love this gym. Only that that pisses me off is that Im still paying on a contract I signed to start a gym membership here (they didnt tell me it was for 3years). And I dont even go but every few months anymore

As far as gyms go they have everything you could basically want. There is even a private area for women who dont want to be out in the general area. Sometimes youll have to wait for equipment or weights. Thats pretty typical anywhere you go though. At 19.99 a month its really competitive against other gyms of its size in the area.The major marks against this place though is the staff. If you need to talk to them for just about anything they act like they are mustering the ability to care. I one time told them that someone got blood on some of the equipment and they told me they dont have Band-Aids. I had to reiterate that someone got blood on the equipment it needs to be cleaned and they just said okay and looked at me like I was stupid.So all in all its a pretty good gym, decently priced and lots of choices inside just dont expect the staff to talk to you unless youre getting personal training.

This is the worst place I have EVER been. They are not customer friendly, they rope you into years and years of payments EVEN after you move out of the state - and then say that if you dont deliver a letter by certified mail they will automatically renew your contract. If I could give them a 0 star review, I would. They do not deserve your time, money, or attention. They will make you miserable for years. DO yourself a favor and avoid these con-artists like your life depends on it.

The place isnt worth the money. Their locker rooms smell like the Toledo Zoo, their elipticals are always broken, their trainers dont know what theyre doing, and worst of all, when I dropped off my daughter in the kids area, they let my brother take her out without asking any questions. The worst part is their manager, a total ___ hole! You state valid reasons for ending your contract, say, transferring 1200 miles away from Toledo, and hell try every dirty trick in the book, include threaten and yell at you like hes some kind of psycho, and then deny it all when you contact their headquarters.Dont fall for their scam contract. Amazingly, when we got the local media involved in investigating them for some reason they didnt want to discuss the contract anymore and dropped it like thieves caught in the headlights.

Been a member for 8-9 yrs. The most cardio equipment, weight machines, and free weights of any gym Ive ever seen. Theres no looks of judgement or harassment from other goers because of what you look like or what your fitness level is either. So I dont know where planet fitness feels like thats an angle they can win. In fact no gym is that way. Most people are more than eager to help the elderly, or anyone who is new to the gym, or just give them pointers.This gym also includes a swimming pool for fitness training, a handicap accessible weight lifting area, several fitness classes throughout the week, daycare center, auto care, laundry facility, tanning and a health/nutritional drink bar.. you can routinely find deals for memberships at prices of $20 a month as well.. you well get your moneys worth.

This place is hands down - The Best. They have everything anyone would need whether your training for fitness, general good health, bodybuilding, power lifting, or weightlifting.

The gym is vary clean. Plenty of stations to work out. Personal trainers are their if you need them. They have a place to bring your kids if you do not what to leave them home.

Be aware that you HAVE to fill out a letter to cancel the auto renewal. I still have 14 payments left and if I hadnt have known about the letter, then I would have been screwed. The may not tell you about a cancel letter so be sure to be aware of it or youll be stuck for another 3 years.

The management is a joke! Ive made now 8+ phone calls to management and still have yet to get my problem resolved. I want to cancel, I moved out of state and no one will get back to me. I was told to send in a written letter, I did so early September, now October, no word back.The staff is and management is rude, I never once felt welcome as a member, hence why I rarely went, plus the hours were awful! The cardio space was always hot and the towels to clean the machines were always soaking wet and gross. The clientele was also a joke, Ive had to change machines due to guests smelling so strongly of marijuana that it was affecting my work out and Ive seen a female guest shooting up heroin in the locker room.Three plus weeks is ridiculous for a still un-resolved issue!Only plus is the womens only center and the classes!

Pretty much no-nonsense gym people are always super friendly here. Even the big guys that the purple and yellow gym try to make you afraid of.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the manager of this company.First of all, I have to confess that the trainers endangered my health when they suggested a fitness program to fit my medical condition. Following their instructions led to me going to the hospital and the Doctors asking me why I did the opposite of what was safe for my medical condition.Then when I tried to talk with the manger of the company about what happened, he actually responded in a verbal outrage that was literally frightening for me and my wife. Not only did he refuse to acknowledge the incompetence of his company, but accused me of trying to blackmail him, and stormed out of the office without saying goodbye. All I wanted to do was make him aware of the danger that his employees placed me in.I did recover from the injuries incurred at their fitness center, however am to this day am still shocked at how careless, reckless, inconsiderate, and unprofessional this super fitness company really is. We had to file a report to the Better Business Bureau before they would allow us to end our contract in paying them for their unsafe and unprofessional practices.

Its an ok gym, got suckered into a 3 year contract. They really push you on the gym membership. Dont really care for the kids hours that there open and could. Be open later on Sundays . You have to make an appointment for a personal trainer, they dont let you have a trainer when you are just there. Ive been there a hand full of times in the past year. Its a waste of money for me. Wont be ever signing another contract.
