This gym was recommended to me by a friend. They are just a small gym nothing like a massive planet fitness and that allows them to offer some one-on-one services that you wouldnt get at the big chain gyms. My wife and I joined about 3 or 4 months ago and we are loving it. It has a swimming pool sauna and every piece of gym equipment that you will need. They also offer some personal trainer and classes that you can go to. One of the best things I like about it that I have yet to take advantage of is the racquetball court they have.

Nice very clean.. extremely disappointed they are taking pool out.. elderly people used it..they charged extra for the pool to people who been a member the there for years. We were perfectly happy with the physicality before the remodel.

Brandon and Will have been freaking amazing there customer service is unbeatable and the facility is very clean. Its obvious the staff and locals take pride in the cleanliness of the gym. This place attracts a great crowd all and all Im happy I found it. Being a truck driver I dont get a ton of chances to work out at a gym Im happy when I am able to I can come here and be comfortable. I look forward to coming back many times. Thank u guys !

I have been going to this gym for just under a year now. Their customer service has always been excellent. Today my headphones were dead and I was hopeless during my lift. However, the front desk charged them without even hesitating

I am an old member from Cair Fitness, the family workout facility that became The Rock, Satan’s favorite workout facility.. When this new outfit arrived, they close down the pool for renovations. They told us that it would be less than six months for the renovations, which was a lie. It took almost a year and each week after six weeks, they kept saying that it would be any week now. I maintained my membership at this club in anticipation of the pool being renovated quickly and that the pool would still exist after the renovations. Now, after renovating the pool beautifully, The gym is closing the pool abruptly. We have only been given a 30 days notice. There was nothing mailed to us or no one called to ask or acknowledge this happening. Also, this is the only reason I asked him this gym, for the pool. Now, after I have to cancel the membership, I will have to pay an exorbitant fee because they made the decision to take away a primary amenity. There are two approaches to running at business: as a business and/or as a family oriented provider. This gym is only after a dollar and from my perspective, is a criminal outfit. I really begin to worry when they put a stone monument for the 10 Commandments out front. It is my experience that people who flash such Christianity, typically are not great Christians. They definitely do not understand the concept of do unto others. I knew Jesus would not have charged me money to end my membership after he decided to take a pool out of a “family run” business. Do not give these crooks your money or time! Jesus would not approve!

Literally the best gym Ive ever been to, and Ive been working out for 11 years, been to military bases and everything. The Rock Rocks!

Clean facility with tons of equipments and great programs.

Love my gym. The childcare is great. My daughter looks forward to going everyday. The gym is very clean and the staff is friendly. Cody has been very helpful! If you are looking for a gym this is the place!!!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this facility. This gym and the people who go here have absolutely changed my life. I have been supported on my journey since day 1. The staff is incredibly kind and encouraging. The teachers I have taken classes with have really pushed me into growth and being more confident. I have also met some amazing members who are now friends and accountability partners. The quality of the equipment is fantastic and this place is CLEAN. They truly want everyone to have an equal playing field and that is an incredible feeling. I do not feel intimidated or like I don’t belong here. If you do not know how to use something - ask; because the staff or a member will show you. The childcare is wonderful as well. My 7 year old loves going. It is a quiet and safe space for the kids. The pool is also a really great amenity. I am very grateful they offer swimming on Saturday’s for the kids and parents. Every time I leave I am excited to go back. I appreciate all of the hard work that The Rock puts in every day. I am very grateful to be a part of this facility. It is worth every penny you spend on a membership.

Love this place. They have everything I need and more. Even racquetball and pool. Just dont like the extra annual fees but they arent enough to make me leave.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The facility is always very clean. I love all of the amenities the gym has to offer as well as the amazing childcare. 10/10 would recommend!

Great facility and equipment, but the you have to have on something to cover you (can not just have on a sports bra or crop top) rule is new to me. I have traveled to many gyms across the country and I have never heard that rule. The gym is where you should feel confident in yourself and not be judged. When asked they this was a rule, I was told, the owner is wanted to keep a faith based feel or something like that and he or she wants a conservative, family feel. As someone who formerly worked for the Adidas brand, I just do not understand forcing women to cover their sports bra. What do women wear in the pool, are they forced to wear a wrap and one piece as well?

I am really upset that they are closing the pool. There has been notification of them closing it. When I tried to cancel my membership because the pool was my reason for going, there is an outrageous price for me to cancel.

A great place to work out great staff

Not willing to assist during Covid. Its not safe to go to the Gym right now. Theyve been charging us $70 a month, every month since covid started. We never complained even though we havent been to the gym since February, since we enjoyed our membership there and hoped that we could continue. Weve now been affected financially so I tried to call and cancel recently and was told that since the gyms are back open to the public theyd still charge us $150 PER PERSON to cancel our subscription, even though weve been affected by covid and we havent used their facilities since At least February. It seems like theyre more concerned with getting money out of you during a world-wide financial crisis and pandemic, than your wellbeing. Very disappointed.

Great place, clean friendly and I feel like nobody is judging you. Plenty of equipment to work on including a punching bag.

Its a nice gym with plenty of equipment but theyre completely inflexible about the music they play. Its pretty loud and just not what I like to hear. When asked if theres anytime at all when the music isnt playing, the answer is just no.Not everyone wants to hear what theyre playing, as evidenced by half the clientele wearing headphones.

From the outside, the building looks inviting. Inside, everything is placed appropriately. Workout area is awesome! There is a yoga room complete with a padded floor! Treadmills galore! A medicine ball area all its own. Beautiful locker/shower for each complete with sauna/hot room! Kickboxing room for those in martial arts. The swimming pool is under renovation, opens in middle January. Play area for kids so Mom/Dad or both can work out! Prices are unbelievable for a couple ($65 a month) Some activities are extra for a small fee! Will be joining soon! UPDATE!! As of November 2020 will no longer be a member of Rock Fitness due to management issue with basic mathematics on my account. My advice is to watch your bank account carefully as their program has sticky fingers when allowed monthly access. UPDATE!! New management!! He read my review and assured me this issue would not happen again. Going back to the ROCK!! Unfortunately the pool is closing!!

The facility is being upgraded. It is now The Rock and they have an opening special that was great. Water aerobics is good, but the differing instructors vary widely in technique so it is hard to get a rhythm.

I recently cancelled my membership because the gym closed the sauna and the 24 hour access was still not available at the time of cancellation. They had the nerve to try and charge a $100 cancellation fee despite not providing the services i signed up for! Very unethical!

Very good place to work out at so far I love lost 50lbs there very good people working there also not to expensive to join and have excellent classes to work with comes with your membership also daycare. I come every day I love this place.
