NOT SURE WHY THEY HAVE 5 STARS THEY DESTROYED MY VEHICLE AND REFUSED TO WORK WITH US TO FIX WHAT THEY DID. THEY TOOK OUR MONEY AND SCREAMED AT US AND NOW I HAVE TO REPLACE A WHOLE NEW ENGINE. MARLON DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX NEWER CARS, AND CHRIS IS AN ABSOLUTE THEIF AND SCUMBAG. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE THEY SWITCH OUT PARTS AND EVEN CAUSE FURTHER DAMAGE!!!!!

Super amazing and patient with me. I know nothing about cars but Mr.Bender and his partner took their time to explain to me the issues my car had and have helped me out after another mechanic scammed me and ruined my car. I will continue to come here for all of my car issues.

Benders is so much more than a place I go to get our cars & trucks maintained or repaired. They are honest and decent and Chris Bender is a very good man, the kind there are so few of these days. I wish I could do more to tell Conejo Valley of the jewel that is right behind In n Out Burger in Newbury Park. All in all, Ive gone there since 2008, have had 2 work trucks and 4 family vehicles serviced by them over the years. Ive referred my friends to them. My kids can take their cars there and get fluids checked and they treat them like their own kids. More often than I could explain, Chris says, its nothing, you dont have to spend any money, and he explains how a slight adjustments fixes a noise etc. I actually trust my mechanics. Thank you Marlon and Chris!

I dropped my car off for an oil change at noon, had lunch, and it was done when i got back. the pricing was very competitive. i was quite happy with the service.
