Fist of all, thank you Gil and wife, you both were amazing.From the moment I called in to schedule the repair, the experience was beyond excellent. The phone was answered promptly by the owner who was able to take my car in right away. My break pedal was getting stuck half way which could have gotten me into an accident. After doing the inspection, he came back with the estimate which was very reasonable, unlike the dealership where I’ve always taken my car for maintenance. Once I was done with the paperwork, he offered me a ride back home! What? The dealer where I’ve always spent good money has NEVER done that.He made several calls to keep me up to date with the repairs and timing of the repairs. When the car was ready he, again, offered me a ride from home to his shop. When my mechanic of over 25 years retired, I tried to find a auto repair that met my standards of care and professionalism. I looked at all the reviews for auto repair shops in my area and I was impressed with the comments made about Gil and his business. Many of the comments were from women which led me to believe he was professional and honest. I visited Gil at the shop and found him friendly and was interested in my questions about his shop. I took my Honda car in for regular service and was pleased with the service Gil and his men performed. It was done in a timely manner and the cost was not out of wack. Service was on February 5, 2021. Old 1998 Nissan Altima. Problems with electronic key remote and mechanical key not operating any doors. Another service company could not solve the problem. Gil was professional and thorough. Not only did he resolve the door lock problem, he also inspected the vehicle and found a slight, but important, water pump leak. All was repaired and working great as of February 9, 2021. I highly recommend this repair facility! I am so glad that my neighbor referred me.

My Ford Ranger needed a quick and cheap oil change. Gil was able to fit me in first thing the next day. They did a great job and even found a missing drain plug gasket when two oil change techs before them missed it. Real attention to detail! I was 100 miles from home when my car began to overheat. I did a google search and found Accurate Automotive services. Gil was extremely helpful over the phone so I had my car towed to to his shop for repairs. Knowing that I was a good ways from home and it was late afternoon Gil put his team right on it. Gil himself tracked down a new radiator and had it swapped out in time for me to make it home that evening. Thank you Gil for a great job. Not only was I quickly on my way but the quality of work done was excellent!

Thursday afternoon the A/C fan in my car started making a clicking noise. The next morning I went to Accurate at 7:30 with no appointment and told Gil about the problem. Turns out a rodent had chewed through the cabin air filter and replacing the filter was all that was needed. In addition to that they rotated the tires, checked the fluids and changed the old. The whole deal cost me just over $100 and I was out in 1 1/2 hours. Given that the dealer wanted $190 just to diagnose the problem, the service and price I got from Gil was more than spectacular. He is an honest and caring man and his shop gives great service. He is our go to guy and we highly recommend Accurate Automotive.

Buyer beware! We paid about $200 more to have our timing belt replaced at Accurate than we would have at Ricks Japanese Car Care, even though their initial estimates are the same. Why? Well, according to Rick, the extra service we were subsequently advised to include is already included in Ricks timing belt estimate.Just as Rick said, I guess we fell for the old bait and switch routine.

Been dealing with Gil and Accurate Auto for over five years. Each time they check the vehicle and make recommendations as a matter of service. Two years ago I wanted a second opinion on a costly adjustable shock repair for my Lexus. Cost me $60 for the same general inspection they give for free and the other shop, nearby on T.O. Blvd, wanted $100 more for the shock repair. The work has always been performed in a timely and professional manner. Cant understand the negative reviews, theyve always done right by me.
