We went because Google said they were a FIAT dealership but that was a lie. It took a while to get assistance when looking but once they came to us they were helpful and showed us around the cars they did have.

The best car buying experience ever. I was very skeptical about the deal I am getting and was worried where the catch is. There was no catch. I got the best deal and drove ~200miles to get it and was worth it. Joe T. is the sales person I worked with and he is one of the best ones out there. Delivered as promised.

Make sure you get everything they promise you before you leave the sales floor. I wanted a specific Fiat 500e and of course when I get there its sold but they have another really nice one that is more expensive....eventually they get it to a price per month that makes me feel its worth it but the car is missing the navigation system that is included in the price. They promise that they will get a new batch of navigation systems and insist if I sign the docs today theres nothing to worry about. It is now 18 months later and after 8 calls to the sales person, 3 to the manager, and 2 calling the corporate office I still get the run around that they dont know what Im talking about or what happened. Every time I hear Well find out what happened and call you right back and they never call back. Make sure you get everything you want BEFORE you leave that sales floor......

Took my girls fiat here on the way to Los Angeles because of a light that popped up, the manual says to take it in as soon as possible for a check up or else the car may need towing. The guy tells me he cant help or go look at it that theres nothing he can do because his mechanics are gone, it was around 4 pm they close until 9. He said to just keep driving it. Very bad customer service cant even go 10 ft outside to where I parked the car and let me know to make me feel better.

We have just brought our first electric car and the buying experience could not have been better. Mike Cadwell really took on board what we needed the car for and his knowledge of the product was excelent. Overall a really great experience throughout the whole process of purchasing our fiat 500. Would definitely recommend.
