I leased a Grandtrismo convertible 4 year lease I was originally very happy I called asked for sales everyone was super nice .... then I got my car and called for any other department hard to reach anyone else (horrible customer service) then they financed the lease through ally pay... fast forward 5 years I have returned my lease waited over 1 year to get my $5,000 security deposit. I hit a dead end with the finance company there no way to get the $5,000 back ( this was a security deposit on a $180k car ) I’m too busy but if anyone decides to open a class action lawsuit, I’m willing to put money to finance the marketing so we can get more people that have been scammed my ally pay) a company Westlake mazarati had chosen to do business (due to negligence) there customers had been getting scammed
Ive had my Maserati for 3 years now and to ever get service or talk to Fiance or anyone to call me I literally have to drive to the dealership. One day I called 20 times in a row and no one picked up I continued to call and walk inside from my drive over and they just stood there talking to one another. I think Ive left this place over 30 messages in 3 years and not once did I get a return call back. I really want another Maserati my lease ends in a few days but this was so stressful that I will get a different brand of vehicle.
Not a bad experience at all. Actually, I quite like the environment. Although it is Maserati Westlake, it shares a campus with Rolls-Royce Westlake and Bentley Westlake so waiting for my vehicle in the service drive was pleasant. I grabbed coffee and decided to have a bit of fun and walk through the showroom. They have a great selection of used vehicles too, I test drove a G-Wagon. Think I might get it too.
Setting up my Ghibli S lease was the easiest! Messaged the dealership through their website and was immediately attended to. When I finally came in, Erica was the greatest help. Erica understood what I was looking for (color, options I wanted, options I had no need for) and was very patient going through the entire inventory to find what best fit my needs. Was able to work out a great deal and was in & out of the dealership with my new car in no time.
I just signed a new lease on my second Ghibli from Maserati Westlake. They were just too fantastic to work with for me to walk away. Erica is stellar, knows everything about the cars she sells, and George made sure that I got into the one that I really wanted, and worked with me to make a great deal. Two thumbs way up!
Contacted them 3 different ways, for a quote, never got back to me and when they did, they said someone will get back to me and they never did. Went with Newport Beach, they wanted the business more I guess. Sad since I got my last car here.
Great service, Kenny from the service department is very helpful, I take my car for service and they always have a loaner ready for me.
Worst dealer ever, I Waste my time and they put inquiries on my credit.Next day I got better vehicle, fully loaded 100k car.
I have bought a Granturismo Convertible in 2013, then I leased a Granturismo S Convertible in 2015 (which I still have) and leased a Ghibli S 2017 here this week for my wife. This time around we had Erica helping us out and she was great! She knows everything about the cars that she is selling and there is NO hard selling on her part. A very smooth experience and both my wife and I would highly recommend her!!! Previously, Sarah helped me and she was great, but now she is the manager for Rolls Royce. Also, George (the manager) was very easy to communicate and work with. Taylor is the finance guy and he didnt try to upsell any of those unnecessary things that other dealerships try to mark you up with. He made the paperwork very easy.On a final note, Frank and Kenny in Service have been taking care of me since my first purchase from OGara in 2013 and they are the BEST! Nothing is ever a problem and they go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of.I cant say enough good stuff about this dealership!!! If you are looking for a luxury car and you want to be treated well, then this is the place to go!!!
I had a great time at Maserati ! Bryan Truong was the man ! He toke me for a test drive and his knowledge about the car is incredible . He is a great guy great seller with a great personality . I reccomend when u go to the Maserati westlake ask for Bryan Truong . Actually I have to come back soon to the store and talk to Bryan and get my Maserati 😃👌🏼🙏🏻
