I had my brake light, ABS, battery light on and I took it to jiffy lube. They said I needed to get new brakes and brake fluid costing me over $500. I called Conejo and they said to take it over. Not only did they do an inspection, they found it wasn’t my brake but actually my alternator and they fixed my car within a hour.Analogy: I had a broken foot but Jiffy lube told me I needed to get a cast on my arm. Conejo said my arm was fine and fixed my broken foot.

Condo Auto Repair is top notch. Daughter took her car to a friend of a friend to save few dollars. The mistake could have led to her wheel falling off. Cost her more in the end but I always trust Ernie. Over two decades taking care of my cars

Ernie saved the day for me once again today. The battery light came on in my car this morning. I took it to a national chain to have the battery tested and replaced. After paying for service, I turned on the car, and the battery light was still on. I was confused. I asked them about it, and only then did they test the battery. Turns out it was the alternator. I called Ernie. He looked at the car right away, said they should have checked it BEFORE replacing the battery, and that the new battery was not going to last long without a functioning alternator. He ordered one right away and replaced it for me. I was very grateful for his fast and expert assistance. As always, he goes through the pricing with customers to ensure they know exactly what they was paying for, and what their options are (e.g., Did I want a new alternator, or an after market one, and what the prices were, and what the pros/cons were.) He does beautiful work, is fast, offers fair pricing, and ensures you understand what is going on with your vehicle. And hes a super nice guy. Thank you, Ernie!

I always take my car here. I’ve had my car fixed at a few places in Thousand Oaks but Ernie is always the most reasonably priced. He also takes the time to investigate what’s going on with your car. I’ve never left with a “I don’t know what the problem is”.I’ve had two Toyota’s and a Honda that I’ve taken to him but he works on all vehicles and is a lover of the classics.
