Got to be kidding me...very poor quality hemming job done on my pants...Is this your first time doing hemming pants???

Mr. Cantu did a fine job on several pairs of pants I needed hemmed. It took a bit longer than expected but after-all he is just one man. If you are needing something done in a hurry just let him know and I’m sure he would do his best to accommodate.

Dont be fooled by their (very) modest digs with (pretty much) no signage. These folks are great, they were one of the most - if not the most - sought after tailors in the Park Cities of Dallas for decades. I have brought several suites and some pants to them, and every time the work was as expected. Great craftsmanship, there arent many lifers in this trade anymore. Make sure you support them so we can keep them around.

Called to check on my alterations. The lady couldn’t find my pants and never called back. Finally after 2 and a half weeks went there just to hear that they were not even touched... Seriously, I will not be back. This is the kind of place that will take anything and be always running behind. When I had clothes altered before, they were ready after a month (a single piece). This time it’s time sensitive and they failed.

I have been going to Mr. Cantu for several years. I have taken him dozens of items, some of them very expensive. He has never messed one of them up and I have asked him to do some fancy alterations, such as detaching the sleeves of a coat to shorten them, and working buttonholes. He has even declined a couple of requests, which tells me he knows his limits & doesnt want to risk ruining my garment - BUT, if Mr. Cantu cant do it then it pretty much cant be done!

This is NOT for men only (as one reviewer stated). The tailor did a amazing job altering my 3 year old daughters party dress! 👍👍
