Ive been using Best Cleaners for several years. Eddie and the service he provides are great. I tried several cleaners in The Colony before finding Best Cleaners. The other guys were less convenient and I didnt like the experience or the way my clothes were pressed. Eddies new location is even more convenient for me than the previous one and my clothes always come back looking great. The personal drop-off bag is also really helpful for me since I cant always get to the store before he closes. If youre new to town and looking for a dry cleaner, give Best Cleaners a try.

Ive tried several places in The Colony area and Best Cleaners lives up to the name. Eddie is always helpful and pleasant to work with. Im biggest issue is button damage and Best Cleaners are the only cleaner Ive used that has NOT damaged buttons. Intact I took a shirt that was missing a couple buttons on one of the sleeves but when I got it back the buttons were replaced...at no extra cost! Give them a try.

I’m only giving 2 stars because they did wash my clothes at the price quoted and finished on time but I still won’t be back. For the past six months I was in south Carrollton and had a great wash and fold place that charged less than a dollar a pound. I just relocated to The Colony and I’m looking for a place closer. I was in a hurry and noticed the sign “wash and fold” so I thought I’d give it a try. I was quoted $1.75 a pound which is twice what I usually pay but I haven’t seen another place closer so I figured if they do a good job I’ll use them. When I went to pick them up today I noticed the clothes were just kinda wadded up and stuffed in a couple bags so I asked “do you not fold the clothes” as I was paying. He immediately got offended and raised his voice and said “THEY ARE FOLDED THEY’re JUST IN BAGS WHAT DO YOU EXPECT ME TO DO FOLD THEM NEATLY AND PUT THEM ALL IN SEPARATE BAGS” Wow! I just said no I just expected that if I’m paying $30 to have my laundry done they would be folded nice and stacked neatly in the bag like most places do. Anyway with this guy’s attitude I don’t see them making much money. Also the place smells bad.

Wonderful job - brought my wedding dress in to be cleaned - it was incredibly dirty, lots of stains (wild wedding!) and 11 layers deep. The manager there actually had to have his alterations person disconnect a few layers for thorough cleaning and included that in the price - $150 - cheapest Id seen. Promised 2 week turnaround, had it done in 1! Will visit again for regular cleanings as well.

I’ve been using this place for several years. Eddie provides a great service. My shirts are always pressed perfectly and buttons are always replaced when missing. Best cleaner in town. I recommend this place to everyone.

The gentleman helping up front is very kind and helpful. Great value on the 7 pieces I had dry-cleaned. They offer many services and I will be returning.

Truly a cleaners that lives up to its name. I’m rough on the inner neck of my shirt collars. A formerly used cleaners would return my shirts which made me wonder if they touched the shirts at all. When I took my shirts to Best Cleaners, my shirt collars were actually clean which made my shirt look like new. Mr. Eddie seems to take pride in knowing that the customer is happy / satisfied. So when it comes to laundering, dry cleaning and alterations, Best Cleaners is my choice... they are the ‘ Best’!

We had brought in some curtains and they cut them them short and cut them unevenly and did not refund. We can no longer use them and charged 50 dollars for that. Were out 50 dollars and cost of the curtains.

I have been using Best Cleaners since we moved here 7 years ago. I travel for work and have multiple items there at all times. My clothes come back perfectly and if a button is missing it is mysteriously sewn back on. If something was in a pocket Eddie hands it back to me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 5 Stars!

I absolutely love this dry cleaner. I never have any issues and my clothes are done super fast. The service is impeccable and the owner is so friendly. He even offers my kids lollipops when they come with me. I also love that they have a drive through and a night drop box.

Great prices and Eddie has great customer service. He even took the time to give me a Christmas card and chocolate for Christmas! Highly recommended!!

Eddie does a fine job. Ive never had a garment returned with a broken button and all of my clothing is returned in great condition. Im very satisfied with the service.

Ive tried many different cleaners in the area and the best one that Ive gone to in the area is Best Cleaners. Eddie is like family hes very personable very friendly but most of all hes efficient and gets the job done and my clothes have come out awesome for the past 2 years .I will continue to use him as long as Im in this area great service, great attitude, and a great person to be around.

I was in the day before Thanksgiving and was given a quote of $20 + tax for 5 pieces plus laundry a shirt. He (assuming he is the owner) even quoted me $1.99 to laundry a shirt and $3.50 for my wifes blouse. I wrote down the amount on my ticket so I would remember for future reference. When I picked up my dry cleaning today, all of the sudden the bill was $36. I told him this was not what I was quoted and he insisted he never quoted that amount. I would not recommend Best Cleaners at all to anyone because he is a liar and a cheat. I told him I pay the $36 but never would be back. He seemed fine with that. There are plenty of other cleaners out in The Colony that will not charge you $6 or $8 for one piece.

Showed up at 8am. Website and signs all over building says same day dry cleaning. Just drop off when they open and pick up at 4pm.Was told NO same day dry cleaning. RATING might be low already due to inconvience and customer service
