We have been in the customer service our entire working lives and KNOW when we encounter a company with outstanding customer service. I could go on for pages telling you all the reasons why but you would think I was family or friends of the owners. We are not at all. We did have an opportunity to meet the owner as he offered to stop by on his way home to fix a very minor adjustment on our set up. Until he finished the job we had no idea he was the owner!!! When is the last time that has happened to just about anyone???? From the office staff to the team members digging the trenches they are all amazing. Not only are the team members knowledgeable, accessible and friendly, the Company’s promises of what they will deliver are spot on! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Consider yourself lucky if they are servicing your area.
Although I could not get service with them at this time, I wish I could have. This is the best ISP in town. I have had nothing but positive experiences with them, and have heard nothing negative about them. Thanks and keep up the great work.

Cant recommend Brazos Wifi enough. Because of them, I am finally able to have high speed internet access. The team has been straightforward and honest with me from the moment they picked up the phone. They have been able to walk me through any issue I have had and were friendly and professional.An absolute dream of an internet service provider. The billing portal is simple and direct and they have home built tools to help me monitor my usage and network health. Compared to other ISPs, especially local ones in the area, Brazos WiFi is a better value, better quality, better customer service and even better user experience.
Very slow speeds. Apparently the equipment is outdated but they wont update it. They dont do anything to fix this wifi

My streaming constantly goes in and out. When its on its poor quality (blurry) for sports games. Its very frustrating. Unless you pay the highest rate you get slow internet. Our internet service is similar, very slow.
Found out that they now provide service to my neighborhood and called them to set up the service. Very professional and courteous, answered all my questions and set up a time to check the signal at my home. Once that was done, they stated that I do need a 10 ft tripod on my roof to get line of sight and a good signal for the 30/10 sustained service. Installation went well, staff were nice enough to take down the dish of my previous service company. I have had the service for almost a week and have checked it multiple times a day with Speed test and is pretty close to 30/10- coming from a 10/4 burst where I was lucky to get 5-6/2, I am very happy and it costs the same, to boot!

As evidence seen below the owner is petty. I originally left my 1 star review and was more than happy to leave my review without airing my grievance in a public space. However if you feel the need to go there then here goes. Do I get the nagging screen asking for payment, you bet!! I got it because this place kept crediting my payment to the wrong account. I had to send them proof they had cashed my check two months in a row!! That was the first two months of service, so to say I was inimpressed is fair. They were trigger happy with their disconnect switch/warning screen when they couldn’t manage to post my on time payment to the correct account. I had payment set in auto pay from my bank, the first two months when they couldn’t credit my account those payment had no problem being on time. After expressing my concern about their inability to get my payment posted the next month my payment was sent on the same date as before but some how took extra time to get posted again.Your defense of my one star review lacks credibility, it’s simply not based on the truth. Get your accounting together before you come after your customers.
Nothing but good interactions with this company. Very professional. These guys provide some of the best customer service Ive experienced. I especially like the email updates they provide if/when there may be some technical issues.
🤔Service hasnt worked good since I purchased it. Mind you my friend down the road a quarter of a mile has no issues. Great customer service, but that is not going to keep customers. Im still waiting on some fiberoptics to be updated. Ill wait a little while longer...🙄

We have been more than happy with the service Brazos Wifi has provided and their excellent customer service. The installation guys were very knowledgeable and courteous, they even came back and moved it when I found a spot that would be better for the location of the router! (all at no cost, mind you). We have the medium package and have had no problems being the internet on 2 phones and the kids streaming TV Netflix and on the kindle at the same time out in the country. Nothing but happy customers here, thank you Brazos Wifi!
Our family uses BWF. Two frustrations: During normal peak internet usage times after work & in the evenings, our service slows considerably. As others have said in the reviews, we have reached out to their customer support about our slow service after doing internet speed test to get the actual speed we are receiving. BWF always deflects responsibility & always blames it on the 10 other imaginary devices in our house using our allotted bandwidth.The second frustration, which is compounded by the first: they are VERY Expensive. We own a business in an adjacent rural community where AT&T provides us with 24GB service for $30/mo. I cant even imagine what BWF would charge for that kind of service.
Finally able to have service at my location. Extremely pleased with the service as well as the reps.
From day one I have had nothing but professional, courteous, and quick service when dealing with Jim, the owner, or any of the technicians that have performed services for us. Most notably Scott, who is very knowledgeable. Not sure about how some of the other reviews have had be service, but not everybody can be happy all of the time I guess. This is a wireless internet service so understanding there will be times where interferences can, and most likely will, happen should be expected. Having some work experience with communications might just make me more understanding.Jim and his team are usually quick to notice when there is a network issue, and almost always send out and update email (I get that some will not receive the email until their service is back up, however there are those of us that get email through our phones as well.) If I have to call about anything, I usually speak to someone immediately or, if I have to leave a voice mail, get a call back much faster than any other company I ever have to deal with.As far as the quality of their product, your opinion is honestly going to vary on what you are accustomed to. If you have been running on super high speed cable internet with gig speeds for up and down loads you will probably feel like it is not food at all. When youre only other options, such as mine are out in the country, with satalite and DSL, both with monthly data limits, then Brazos WiFi and their wireless internet speeds and unlimited monthly data limits are extremely great. Im able to play online games, stream movies uninterrupted and at very high definitions, have multiple devices running multiple things at the same time, etc.The only thing I have seen them run into an issue with, which I completely respect, is that they cant service everyone. They are careful not to hook someone up to their system that might not get quality of service from them, and or may drain from others on their network and cause their previous customers to have any less service. They want their customers to get the best service they can, or not get bad service from them. Overall one of the best companies I have ever used for anything.

Good reliable internet and service. I have no problems streaming Netflix or using Xbox live.
First off they use old equipment over 4 years old so youll have a bad connection right at the get go. When you have an issue with your connection they look at their end and if it is fine then they wont do anything. They dont want to come out and check to make sure that the old receivers they setup at your location four years ago are working correctly need to be repositioned or if anything is damaged. If you use the internet for work, like to play online games, or stream videos from a streaming sight avoid them at all cost. Youll just become more frustrated with having to wait for things to load or have extremely bad lag time and just hate playing online. If there is a small breeze or cloudy outside your internet connection will get slower (Im not even joking its that bad). The owner goes off of the word from his tech from 4 years ago about how the internet was setup and wont send a new tech to look at anything. So if you like to do all the work you pay the internet company to do and have bad internet then have fun. Otherwise I would look somewhere else and ask questions about the type of equipment they use, how often they replace their receivers, wires, and when they send their techs out to check on equipment.
