I have two loved ones that have been attending appointments with the Kennedy Center for some time now, and even though Im not directly receiving care, I want to reinforce that this team is INCREDIBLE!They truly do care about their patients, and from my perspective, theyve been an immensely valuable aid to my loved ones whove been affected by mental health issues.I want to give a huge thank you to this team, and to Jamilah specifically, for all their help given over the past few years - thank you for all you do and all the help you give!Strongly recommended for counseling services based on the positive effects on my loved ones.

Very lovely environment! A good long time friend of mine has been seeing a therapist here for a long time. Ive seen how her mental health has improved over the years since shes started going here and has greatly benefited from it. I would recommend this place.

I have been seeing my therapist Jamilah for a few years now and she has helped me greatly. My mental health issues used to interrupt my daily life. Now I am able to continue living life without my mental health keeping me from doing so. I still have some issues but my amazing therapist is still helping me. I recommend this place and her. The people in the office are also very helpful and willing to work with you.

I love my therapist. She is perfect! Communication at this office is great, and its also very affordable! Would recommend to anyway that is seeking a therapist.

Horrible. Made an appt and unfortunately husband dealt with traffic so we were 15 min late. Sessions are 55 min and she didnt (Elaine Clarke) have time to evaluate. I called and stated we were running late nothing was said of a time limit. When someone is in need of help and they cannot make time for a patient especially a new patient i would not recommend!

I’ve been seeing Jamilah in counseling at the Kennedy center for almost 3 years. She has been so great and knowledgeable and has helped me with everything from severe depression to job changes, relationship issues, family challenges and severe anxiety. Jamilah has helped me through some tough times in my life with compassion and professionalism. I would highly recommend seeking counseling at Kennedy center.

Bad experience here, and would give 0 stars if I could. My daughter (a minor) was seeing a therapist here and was coming out of her sessions in such a bad state of mind. I do NOT recommend sending your child here.

This is a review of the billing department for the Center. The counselors are great. However, I just got a bill for visits from 16 months ago. When I called to ask why they waited so long to send me a bill, the lady on the phone said that they bill kept coming back as undeliverable. I had lived at the same address for 3 years when the services were rendered for this bill. I moved back in December, and did a change of address with the USPS. So there should have been no reason why a bill did not get to me. Then I asked why did no one call me, I have had the same phone number for over a decade. They said they called in January 2020. When I stated that was 10 months after service and I also did not receive a call. The lady insisted I did because the note in the system said they called me. When I insisted (I admit I lost my temper and I am very sorry for that) I never got the call she did not believe me because her computer said otherwise. When I asked why I never got another call after January, the lady said it was not her problem after that because they called once. Very disappointed with this and very unexpected from The Kennedy Center.

If you value your mental health avoid this place at all costs.

Good location, easy to find, and the staff is excellent!
