Edit to add: after almost 3 weeks my nails still look great! Usually my growth would be showing by 2 weeks!I tried out pretty nails last night and let me tell you, that was by far the best nail salon in Bonney lake! Pedicure was amazing, and so was my full set! I really needed to relax and this place was the best at getting me to almost fall asleep! Thanks so much to Jennifer and Linda for doing a phenomenal job!

They do a good job on the pedicures and manicures. I have been going 2 them for about a year. My problem is they are never timely. The last 3 times I have gone there I was kept waiting. I did have an appointment. The last time I went there they made me wait 45 minutes for my manicure. I had an appointment. So, I am going to a new place that seems 2 be more efficient

My pedicure was with Bella it was my first time going there her massaging was great but when I got home and looked closer at my toes wasnt real happy with the paint job saw my big toe was smudged in four different spots she already had to fix a different tie that she smudged when putting on my flip-flop will go there again but will definitely let her know about this time the atmosphere was relaxing and I know husband will for sure enjoy the leg massage

Yes, they put a plastic liner in basin, but they are not disinfecting the chair or foot pad that we are having our feet on for pedicure.

Worst experience ever. They messed up my acrylics and the guy doing my nails was pretty rude. Plus I wanted my nails matte, asked 3 times for it and never got it. Dont get me STARTED on how the guy accidentally launched my phone in the air and he didnt even care.Then I called them a week and a half later when five of my nails fell off on their own with the rest barely hanging on. They told me that they would fix it for free (especially since I paid $40).At first it went well. The girl was great and I can honestly say that right now theyre holding on right. But when it came to painting them. Oh buddy! Was that a fun time!The five nails that were still holding on for dear life are black. They told me that if I want the black nails to get painted a different color, I would have to pay $20. She didnt even TOUCH the nails that were still messed up and about to fall of. THATS RIDONCULOUS!!!The woman I talked to in the first place kept cutting me off and changing her mind on whether or not she would charge me to get my nails painted. It was so hectic that I just walked out because I couldnt deal with it. Plus I have really bad anxiety and I suffered a panic attack in the Walmart nearby while I was buying nail polish.I posted pictures of my nails for reference plus because its kinda funny.

Friendly, clean and great customer service. I’ve visited this salon at least 3 times so far now and each time has been a pleasure. I’ve had a pedicure, manicure w/ shellac and a manicure to remove the shellac. The nail polish selection is the best I’ve seen in a long time. They use clean utensils each time which you don’t find at all nail places. I’ve been in twice right at opening and they’ve been the most accommodating with me not having made an appointment. They have 3 ladies who work Mon-Thur (they may be closed Tuesdays) and have a staff of at least 4-5 Fri-Sun. My pedicure usually lasts a good long while, at least 3-4 weeks. The Shellac I had done lasted about 3 weeks. I’m not huge on shellac, but have it done once in a while. I was in there today and heard someone ask for a powder dip, not sure what that is but I’m intrigued!

I was quickly greeted by several women. I explained that I was in search of a gel nail fill, and was promptly attended to by one of the nail technicians. She did a fantastic job. I was so pleased with her work. I will be a returning customer.....

Really nicely decorated and clean shop. They used sterilized tools fresh out of the package and the massage for the basic pedicure was really long.

The customer service was great. They were able to accommodate our small group at the last minute. The lady’s were so much fun and we had great conversation. I did the pedicure and my legs and feet feel absolutely amazing. I would recommend pretty nails for all your needs.

Worst manicure ever! My daughters and I came in to this shop for the first time. Nice at first but quickly became rude. We each had a different person doing our nails and all 3 our nails look horrible! My nails are uneven and the lady broke one of my nails. To top it off they charged me $60 for 3 basic manicures?!

Ive been here a few times with generally favorable results, however my visit on May 5th was so bad that I will never go back. I had a dip manicure and it was done so horribly that I decided to go back in before I even got in my car. It took them 30 minutes to get to me, very obviously taking other people before me. The lady who fixed my nails did a really great job, but by the next day that whole polish was separating from my nail, much like a fake nail would, from the bed out to the tip. They werent coming off completely so they would catch in my hair and rip it out. I ended up removing the polish with remover (which was a complete pain and took up so much of my time) within 6 days because it got so painful. My pedicure wasnt any better. The nail polish started chipping within a week and a half. I have tons of pictures, but Im not sure Google will let me include them. Dont go here. Find a different place to spend your money. I spent $92 with tip.

Im a regular and I bring 4 girls with me every time I come in. They always have very amazing customer service, positive attitude and talkative. They do anything I want on my nail, love to spend money on them so they do their best on full feel my needs to rhinestones charms and diamonds and along with designs. Amazing in price due to what I like my nails to look like.

RUINED MY NAIL! While they are really nice there they ruined my thumb nail permanently. When I had fake nails on they ended up grinding the cuticle down to much and now the nail permanently has had a huge ridge in in down the middle and it indents so much it has been painful. Not all workers they hire are trained well now I have a permanent scar!

You can get your nails done well, and in a timely fashion without making an appointment. The nail techs here are always different, but for the most part, they are well trained, and fast.....

Totally disappointed went in for a dip and new color to my previously done nail (with tips) came out with no tips and short dipped nails ... certainly not what I expected for $50.00... the pedicure was great. I will not go back.

These ladies are always very friendly, and never make you feel rushed. They are open 7 days a week too! I have had my nails done by a few different ladies and they are always great! Pedicures are amazing! Thanks ladies :)

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!! they messed up my nails so bad they were chunky and lumpy and they didn’t even file them down after the acrylic and left the paint on my skin and under my nails and the shape was horrible and un even. NEVER GO HERE!!! I’m warning you now

Staff was very considerate. They were wonderful with my 85 year old mother-in-law that I brought from her retired living facility.

For sure the worst experience Ive ever had having my nails done. Made an appointment for a full set as I was going in an hour before they closed and many places can get busy. They saw me quickly but from the beginning I could tell it was going to be bad. They didnt bother to cut down my natural nails or clear out any dead skin or hangnails currently there. Then she starts slapping the fake ones on using too much glue so it went down my finger. I asked for them almond shaped and on the shoeter side. This is where the arguing started, she was cutting them in a stiletto shape and keeping them way long. Every time I asked her to change it she would push back. Eventually she got the gist that I wasnt going to let up and got them somewhat like I was asking. Every nail is a different length and a different shape, half of them are round not almond (see photos). She then doesnt use a base coat, only two coats of color and I had to ask her to use a top coat. Then she sprays all my hands with alcohol which I know is normal but then doesnt bother to put any lotion on my hands or give a massage in anyway. You can see how dry they are in the photos too. At that point I was done arguing and went to pay. They charge $46 for a full set! Thats a ridiculous price especially for such a terrible job. I will never be back and will tell everyone how terrible they are. Seriously thinking of going to another salon to have them fixed.

Went there to get a mani/pedi and they didnt have very many color options to choose from if youre not doing gel. Clean and friendly environment. My 5 year old loved that they had a little kids chair so of course she had to get a pedicure too. They are great with kids!!! The prices listed on their website were not the same as in shop.

They Over Charged Me For a Basic Fill $30.00?! They kept pressing me to pay cash. They kept on and on asking me to pay cash, I told them I didnt carry cash, and then they said I owed them $30.00 for the $15.00 fill that I have been getting there for months and months! They claimed I got some kind of gel, but they have been using the same light to dry my nails, and I never ever asked for gel, or anything other than the basic fill I always get. None of my nails were broken, I didnt need a repair, they overcharged me, and I should have called the police for blatant Robert.

Ive been here a few times, nice atmosphere and lots of gel colors to chose from. This time tho the guy was having a hard time with the pink I chose so he scraped the gel off with a nail file and tries again. Again it kept separating like there was oil in the bottle so he decided to scrape it off one more time with a nail file making me bleed on every cuticle bed. Then got mad that I was wincing in pain so he didnt bother to remove the rest of the pink before changing to purple. Well by this point hes done and he didnt bother to clean any of the purple off my skin and the clear coat was gluing my nail to my skin. Terrible customer service once at the counter. Never going back.

Long wait, horrible job. Waited 25 mins to have my eyebrows done after being told itll be just a few mins. Then they jacked them up and took off half the thick part of my eyebrows.

Agree nice atmosphere. I am a man and went for full manipedi. Washed my feet and moved on. I patiently waited for them to clean under my toenails, file, trim, push my cuticles. My mother was waiting for her manicure. Found out they had no intention of completing my pedi or giving me or my mother a manicure. Wont return.

Husband and I went for pedicures and the massage that came with it was worth twice the price of the pedicure. Super friendly employees and did I mention the massage??

This is a pleasant, relaxing, spa-like atmosphere, and its unfortunate their pedicures are sub-standard. I didnt like leaving with cracked heels. Wont be going back.
