I’ve been coming to this Midas location for the past 4 years. I have also recently moved clear across town & will still make the 30-40 min commute to come to this specific location! Keith & his mechanics are always friendly & very knowledgeable, as well as they have the patience to explain to me what’s going on with my vehicle & any possible repairs. They are honest about what needs immediate repairs & what I can wait on so I don’t break the bank. The turn around time for maintenance when I leave my car is faster than I expected. The staff at this location is always friendly when I walk in! Customer service here at this location will always have me come back! Thank you Keith & your staff.

My car was vandalized and a part was stolen. They gave me a quote, explained the problem, and I was able to make an appointment for the next day to have it fixed. They gave me a great price, and even got me in after their latest appointment time to make sure it got done asap. Super quick service, and everyone I spoke to was really friendly. Highly trusted place! friendly staff and great service! Recently, my serpentine belt was totally broken with some engine oil leakage. Initially, I didnt suspect that they would find out where was the leak. But, they actually figured out there was a small steel ball missing inside my turbo, which is amazing. I was thoroughly impressed! Also, Midas was able to complete the necessary work in one afternoon!

I always price compare. I always have. This Midas has come out as the best price every time. As well, the guys up front are always super friendly and accommodating to my schedule! They always fit me in and work with me. I have been coming here for years and really appreciate how well they know me and my vehicle.

Highly trusted place. Kept my high-mileage car in top condition always. I once had to bring my car to Toyota for factory recalled parts, and Toyota people did a thorough examination. My car met all the bars in green! Recently took a 5,000-mile road trip. Had the car examined before departure and serviced when back. All that my car needed was an oil change, air filter change, and two new tires! Very happy with the service.

I have been going to Midas on Broadway in Tempe for years. Go out of my way to come to this particular store. I have taken my last three vehicles here as I trust the technicians/managers and the prices and have never felt over charged or taken advantage of. Never been “over sold” on repairs “recommended”. They have also been honest with me when it was time to stop putting money into my car and think about a newer one. I really appreciate that as a single mom. Lastly.....they have always had my repairs done in a more than timely fashion. Always earlier than expected and that’s a plus to be back in your car more quickly!

I set up an appointment for 3:30 today and requested that I be contacted by phone. Never received a call from anyone so I thought we were good to go. When I got there, the lady at the front desk said they had no availability for today and asked if anyone emailed me. I told her I didn’t check because I requested to be contacted by phone. When I checked my email, I got an unprofessional email from the company that wasn’t signed and was just overall unprofessional. If you don’t have any availability, you should change your website to reflect the correct appointment scheduling. What a joke. Glad I’ve never been here before and will never try to go back. Jiffy Lube is way better.

I, unfortunately, was on a trip and needed to travel across country for a family emergency. I was able to get an appointment right after calling and the team at Midas was able to complete the necessary break work in an hour! I was thoroughly impressed! 11/10 would recommend to a friend!

Less than impressed.Had an oil change and tire rotation done which went okay. They recommended air and cabin air filters to be replaced so I order them to swap out myself later on. When going to change the air filter I found 3 of the 4 screws to hold the lid on were never put back in and the remaining screw was barely screwed in since their inspection, which meant it had been sucking dirty air bypassing the filter since their work.When I just went to swap the cabin filter I find they broke the slow open mechanism and put it back together without the bits that would control that glove box opening. Looks like they may not have known how to disconnect this slow opening arm and broke it completely with a good yank.And they wanted to do fluid flushes and other preventative maintenance on my newer Jeep after seeing this sort of attention to things?? No thanks.

I had a puncture on my rear tire while driving on the freeway early morning. I crippled it into work and changed it out to the donut supplied with the car. The tire was still under warranty and Keith and company got my car in a stall and put a new one on in about an hour. I needed 2 lug nuts, thus the time. They ordered those right up and installed. Thanks guys at Midas! I go there for all my car needs! The guys treat you like family there! Been going there for years! They dont sell you on BS, only what your car actually needs! Thanks! Great service! My mom loves these guys so much she even made them fried red chili burrows! Thats saying a lot! These guys are top notch!

Taken my car here for service a few times and have had good experiences every time.

Been searching for a shop that does good honest work and I found it!! Keith the general manager is very knowledgeable, the front staff is professional and very kind. They took good care of my 97 Mustang GT and worked on my AC, changed calipers, brake pads, rotors. My car is running amazing!! I will also be taking my 2017 Lincoln MKZ to them for future maintenance.

These 1-star reviews are crazy. This Midas is the best, seriously. Ive been in there 2-3 times over the last year and each time I receive great service and they NEVER try and upsell me.Really solid staff in the front office as well. I highly recommend. No BS auto service. Definitely hard to find.

Great service, I live in North Phoenix and the customer service was excellent that for something as simple as an oil change is worth the long drive. They were quick, thorough and explained what they did to my car not just told me... the manager here definitely leads by example and it shows in all the employees.

My daughters car needed tires. Usually this is an ordeal with a long wait. I walked in and they understood our needs. They sold me a set of tires that should hold up really well and they have a warranty.The whole transaction and tire install was a total of 2 hours.It was a good experience and I would choose them again.

They always give it to you straight and offer you different solutions to find the best price for you. Even last minute problems they’ve taken a look at without an appointment. Go here for service, or dont, thats up to you. Their work is satisfactory. But whatever you do, dont get their financing. Unless you enjoy paying an interest rate that would make a mob loan shark blush. I need my car for work and apparently didnt look at the fine print close enough because I financed $1177 for the service and Im pay $1166 in interest. My student loans dont even have that high of an interest rate...

I went in there for a oil change. They ended up telling me I need some stuff like steering power pump and hose for more than $1000.00. Plus tires and air filter for more than $2000 total refused to rotate my tires. They charged me $69.00 and didnt even do the liquid under my hood window wiper fluid ect. Called and the guy said well you can bring it back like seriously I have never felt more ripped off than this place. Never again will I ever go there..

Have been to this Midas 3 times now, 3 different trucks. They do a quality work for a very reasonable price . Good communication during the process and done on time. Appreciate their professionalism and courtesy.

After I did my wheel alignment last week, my car started steering to the right while I’m in the highway. So I gave Midas my car back, however; my car is steering to the right again but this time it is more severe.

I bring all my vehicles to Midas for repairs. They are honest, fair priced and they stand behind their work.

I took my E550 MB Cabriolet in initially to do a Muffler delete to emphasize the tone of the V8 engine in it. Keith and Ray recommended doing a Resonator delete instead based on the fact that I wanted a deep tone but nothing obnoxious and I am happy to say I am extremely pleased with the job they did. I highly recommend this Midas location and I will certainly go back for future Muffler related projects.K Oti

They did an oil change on my car. Im assuming it has fresh oil now because they took money when I tried to leave. I also got stuck waiting for a funeral procession that was maybe ten miles long. Im not saying Im glad someone died but...

Seems like they didn’t even do the work they claimed to be done. Horrible service. Never going back!!! I went there to flush my break fluids which they didn’t do actually so I end up paying for nothing. I found it out after few weeks when my car started shaking and went yo the dealers.

Well then you Darius didnt have the windshield wipers is raining and nobody seemed where to go or where to get help or they could check another store theyre too busy talking and in the back had to wait 30 minutes just get a no for an answer

My wife and I went to this Midas during 2015-2020. They would always be friendly and professional. We could consistently rely on the crew at Midas to get us back on the road. We had to move in 2020--Thank you for everything over the years Keith and everyone at Midas!

Ive been coming here for a couple years now, and theyve always taken good care of me, and are pleasant to work with. Ill continue coming here for normal maintenance, as they wont sell me something I dont need, which is why when they actually do tell me there is something I need I trust them.

Was here a few weeks ago because I thought I was having an issue with my front struts. Was quoted around 1500 to replace the whole front strut assembly. Come to find out, nothing is wrong with the struts. It is the engine mount that was causing my issue. I feel like I was just told something to either get me out or to get me to spend money. I am so glad I got another 2 opinions because my actual problems are costing me around 2500. I cant even imagine going through 1500 dollars worth of unnecessary maintenance just to turn around and throw another 2500 in mandatory maintenance. Not going to visit here again. On top of everything, I NEVER requested an oil change but was spoken to as if I had. I figured whatever Ill just do it. But that felt like a sly sales tactic.

Awesome place to go get an oil and tire changes. Best way is to set an appointment ahead a time and its a quick 30 minutes or so.

This Midas location has saved both mine and my wifes vehicles. From her axle being split in two to a homicidal hunk of plastic that caused some SERIOUS issues with my transmission. These guys have helped me with the big things as well as the simple oil changes and checking my AC. Small parking lot but these guys are good at their jobs and stick to their quotes. They even misquoted me one time and honored the deal anyways.

TERRIBLE OIL CHANGE SERVICE. My underbody engine splash shield fell off on the freeway due to the mechanics negligence of not putting up the literally 2 screws back in place JUST to save their time. It is costing me 400 DOLLARS TO REPLACE. High mistake of trusting these people. A simple $50 oil change turned out to be a nightmare. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS. So went to these guys before a loooong road trip and got a oil change, they told me everything was perfect, EXCEPT, 2 of my tires needed to be replaced which I ended up getting new at Walmart for $40....half way through my trip my engine light, turns out my coolent was non existent and transmission fluid also needed help too, had to do that myself while I was stranded. I was also told by a shop in San Francisco that my breaks probably needed to be replaced.... If I was still going to be driving more and back... THIS MIDAS WILL NOT ACTUALLY CHECK YOUR CAR. but hey I really needed those $300 used tires they tried to sell me.

Went with a coupon, but was treated top notch! Showed me everything they saw that needed attention and gave me a print out with cost whenever you can get the money. Wow! They did offer a finance option, but no pressure at all! Honest people, I like that!

On December 18 I called and set up an appointment for the next day the 19th at 12 PM for an oil change. On my car I asked the gentleman who answered how much would be for a Noyle change he said $29. I said that’s great he didn’t ask for my year make and model of the vehicle but I still gave that information on the phone call. I Asked if the price will change because I drive a Chevy Impala 2011 and I believe it takes the dexos synthetic oil and once again asked if that would change the price for the high mileage Oil change. He replied no it’s still gonna be $29 he asked me if I had a Groupon over the phone I told him no. He said not a problem what time do you want to set your appointment and took my information quoted me again before the call ended at $29. I go in the next morning get there they were friendly when they greeted me I told him I had an appointment I’ll just drop the vehicle off and come back when it’s done. I then complemented that $29 was affordable and was a better deal than fireStone. I had advised the most places over price oil changes for my year make and model. The gentleman that was assisting me in person said “Oh wait for that vehicle it’s going to be $49 not $29. “I did advise while you guys called me $29 after giving you my information over the phone call I even gave them my vehicle year make and model. The gentleman then looked at me and said well do you just want to reschedule? I’m not going back to this place it reminds me of when just breaks used to rip people off. Make sure you double check your prices when getting service is done anywhere but I highly recommend it at Midas. The misleading information has now interrupted my day due to me having I personally do my own oil change. This could have been a lot worse if I went through not questioning the prices in person while dropping off my vehicle. Seems like they would have switch the price upon pick up if the job was done I’m so glad I did not do business with this Organization. As hard as it is to trust mechanics I figured this place wouldn’t leave me with a doubt in my mind.

Walked into Midas and the employees interacting w customers where not wearing masks. Won’t be using their services if they can’t have the simplest regard for the law (county mandate) and customers safety.

I was told i was getting a oil change, brake check and tire rotation. I was told it should take about an hour. While I was waiting for the oil change. I see my tires being very thoroughly checked out. Someone comes to me in the waiting area and lets me know that my tires are bad and they need to be changed. Gives me a quote. Doesnt give me any kind of price range. And in 30 tells ne my car is done. Doesnt rotate my tires or let me know anything about my brakes. I dont ever say this but..... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Just stopped in for an oil changed. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Mentioned I would need new tires soon. Nate was a salesman and he didnt pressure me in to a sale. He was great will definitely be back for those tires in the next couple months.

Do not go here. I made an apt online and thought I was good to go but when I got there the manager tried to convince i was at the wrong location and act like it was my fault and was very rude about it. I know for sure thats incorrect. Turns out making an apt online does not mean you actually have a reserved time but they didnt give me the option to wait and I was there when they opened.Glad this happened i call the an actual dealership and the told me how midas overcharges for the same product and the gave me the full inspection and didnt try to upset sell me. I save money just going to the right place instead of being talked down to like I was stupid.Change your apt system. Train your management. Start giving fair prices.

I love this Midas. Mike and Keith are always so helpful and kind. They always help me out. Weve been going here for 3 almost 4 years and they have been nothing but helpful. They always get my cars running great! They are THE BEST.

The ad said $49 Synthetic oil change but when you go in they charge you extra $30 because your truck takes more goyle when they should put the full price in I went from 49 to 79 to 84 that is not how you do business Midas is a good company but lets put that I would consider that price gouging

Its comforting being a female and taking your car somewhere who doesnt b.s. you, and that alone is enough reason to come here. The service is just a bonus. Highly recommend to anyone!!!

I had both my vehicles serviced at this Midas. My service advisor was Mike, he is very friendly and knowledgeable, but most importantly transparent. I did not feel like they were pushing services on me that were not actually required. I highly recommend this location.

No complaints about expedient service and they did a satisfactory job of welding on my muffler system. My dissatisfaction is I feel the $200 charge was too high for two welds that took 15 minutes to do. I should have gotten other estimates in hindsight but was in a rush. Anyhow cant see such justification of price for such a quick job with no parts, just labour. I only hope the welder gets paid at least a half which I doubt. Bottom line I dont trust this shop to give you a reasonable price get other estimates before doing work with them.

I called the service 2 times on Saturday (10/26/19) and spoke to Mike. They told me that engine diagnostic is free. Because Midas is a franchise the price is different in every store. And you will get a different service from store to store. When I actually arrived to the store they pretended that there is no Mike and the price was $150. And its not the first time they did this at this location. And I called again the phone number that I called on Saturday and phone at this location rang. As for work... I assume they do a good job. Its not like you can know if they did well or not.

Purchased a groupon for four wheel alignment. The manager ask me to pay additional $40 since my car is 4-wheel drive. I knew there was no difference in price between 4-wheel or 2-wheel drive on wheel alignment. I went to Midas in Mesa to get it done.
