John and his crew cares. They take care of your car and offer sound advice. The mechanics have years of experience which offers me great comfort in knowing they will do the job right. They aren’t there to screw or belittle you like other shops. Support local and you will be extremely satisfied. Just be nice because they definitely deserve it.

The key to a good mechanic is honesty. And, these guys are honest. They tell you what needs to be done now and what can wait until a later date. JML has been servicing my vehicles for years, they are the only shop I go to. John and the guys at JML are honest, professional, and hardworking. If you need something fixed right at an honest price this is the shop to go to.

The staff are very professional and very welcoming. I went to them to get my check engine light fixed after the previous places I went to didnt know what was wrong with my truck and wanted to charge me a ton of money to do a thorough maintenance check. After I took it to JML they immediately knew what was wrong and quoted me the price to fix it which was 1/4 the price the other places did. I really appreciated the fact that they werent trying to squeeze as much money out of me as possible and I pretty much knew that Id be taking my business to them from here on in. 👍👍👍👍

My experience here was different from going to other mechanic shops, from the very first time that I entered the shop I was greeted with nothing but professionalism from the owner and his son, they made me feel so comfortable leaving my car there with them to fix it.Not for one moment did they ever try to take it vantage of me and overcharge me for anything I would highly recommend this mechanic shop to anyone that wants their car fixed in a timely manner. I had JML rebuild AX15 transmission in my 1994 Jeep YJ. The customer service was the best. I was extremely happy with the service I received. The price was great and the repairs were done it the time frame that was needed. John was great to work with on getting my Jeep back up and running. I will definitely refer friends and family to JML. Thanks for all your help.

I thought my AC compressor was all types of scuffed and was scared to get it checked out with how much it would cost. After taking it to JML they did a thorough check of my system and found that everything was in working condition. Turns out I just needed a refill on Freon which came out to be only $150 - many times less than I thought the true fix would be.In conclusion I learned two things today:Always remember to keep your Freon full and JML got your back! Thanks guys!

So I am Like most who dread having to take there vehicle to a repair shop. Ive always been one to assume every shop wants to over price and sell you things you may not need. I WAS TOTALLY WRONG ABOUT THIS PLACE never in my life have I felt confident and anxious free. I had a chrysler 200 with a/c issues and a few coolant leaks. I took it to a few other places and all of them told me I needed a new A/C systems and wants 1200 to 1800 for it I then took it to JML and told me the ac was fine and that the wiring harness was grounding out which was causing my ac to constantly blow fuses and shut off. Till this day my ac is cold as ice and as strong as ever and only 300 bucks out the door. I highly reccomend this place john and his rag tag bag of mechanics are wonderful friendly professional and they only fix and give you what your car needs. I would recommend this to family friends and strangers if youre looking for an honest mechanic you can count on to give it to you straight JML is the place.

We were in the area on our way to Chicago and our car started making a terrible noise. We needed it looked at promptly. JML stayed open a little late for us to get in there and was able to identify the problem and get us in the shop first thing in the morning. They were extremely helpful and very reasonably priced. If we lived in AZ we would go there for all our auto repair needs. Highly recommend!

I too had an AMAZING experience here at JML. After a sheisty encounter at a jeep dealership trying to hustle $5000 out of me, jml auto was able to completely fix my car for a less then half the cost the dealer was and they did a more thorough job. The air conditioning went out on my Mercury Mariner and a friend referred me to JML. I am glad they did. My air conditioning is working again. The crew at JML was friendly, straightforward, and prompt about getting my vehicle back on the road. There was no unnecessary up-selling or BS about needing other work done. Its not very often that I need to visit a repair shop, but if the need arises again, I have no hesitation in returning to JML.

So polite genuine and helpful. Theyre very honest. And make you feel welcome and that when you leave here youre vehicle is safe to drive and taken care of. Im very pleased with the service and staff.

First Impression Is the Last ImpressionIn this beautiful morning, I decided on checking up my car and get it conveniently fixed. Therefore, I went to JML Transmission and Auto since it is a big place and also it is very close to my place. I checked in with this old man with a beard and he seemed very nice at the beginning. I told him that I want to see what is wrong with my car and he said absolutely . I was at that time saying this guy is awesome. After that, he told me it is packed and I probably have to come another time. In few minutes, he told me one of the other guys will help me. So, I am like yeah thank you brother. He told me to sign a paper to touch the car, and he never mention anything else. At the same time, I am thinking of how nice these people are and putting my words together to give them a very nice feedback. After 15 or 20 minutes, the guy who checked my car came back and put the keys back on the front deck. Next, the old guy with the beard who work at the reception came back to me and said ok, sir we found out this and that in your car and it is ganna cost you this price$$ . I am like thank you guys so much and I need to take sometimes to decide, I will come by once I decide. The old guy with the beard started saying hey man it is ganna cost you 65$ for the check up unless you wanna fix it we are going to wave. I am like you guys didnt mention anything, and he started giving me the paper I singed back and showing me the check-up price. As you guys see, they have the right to get their money I am okay with it. At the same time, I was little bit shocked of what is going on and remembering what my friend told me. My friend told me he had the same situation with the same guy, but it has gone out of my memory. What I am trying to explain is that when you want to go places like this you want to be helped very well and you want to be familiar with everything before it happens. JML was the cheapest price in this city to get my car fixed, but I am not fixing it their coz First Impression Is the Last Impression. In conclusion, people want to feel they are in good hands not being feeling in a trap.
