I’ve been going to Aava for two years now and have not been disappointed. They always have the nicest receptionists that answer all my questions through the phone or in person after the service. The dentist there is also very kinda and understanding while doing work on me. I personally get very nervous and anxious when ever I go to the dentist but here they always help and listen to their patients which I love. They did a great job with fillings where it looks so natural now. And recently got all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted which the dentist did so quick and by the time he was done I had no idea cause he made sure I didn’t feel it. Overall I’ve only had great experiences here and highly recommend to check them out especially with how nice their new location is.

My experience here has been wonderful! To be completely honest, I dont like going to the dentist but, when my tooth cracked I was forced to get dental work done. The receptionist was great! She explained everything to me in detail and, that helped me be more calm about the situation. The dentist himself was great and so is the staff. This is a great dental office! Walk in and you are greeted by nicest people ever, Irene and Ana. They are super helpful, communicative, and friendly. I then got my X-rays done by Juana who was so sweet, quick, and always made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Aaron Au was also very kind, professional, and gentle. Coolest Dentist ever!!! My siblings also agree that Juana, another nice lady (I forgot to ask for her name), and Dr. Aaron Au were the best! My family has had bad experiences before with other dentists, but feel very safe and comfortable here! Highly recommend this place!

The staff here is very friendly, professional and courteous. They do everything to make you feel at home. Dr Aaron is a very nice doctor who listens to your concerns and explains using real life examples regarding your teeth. I was afraid of going to the dentist before because of my past painful experience with another doctor and it has been 6 years but Dr. Aaron didn’t make it painful at all, highly recommend this place. It had been about 5 to 6 years since my last dentist appointment until recently. I finally went in because I thought I was developing a cavity with the pains I was having. As my appointment time grew closer to the day, so did my anxiety level. The staff at Aava Dental in Fullerton helped me ease my anxieties every step of the way. Thank you Dr. Aaron for not only the great work you did on my teeth, but being patient with me through my procedures. Yamileth and the other techs were so kind in making sure I was informed and I was ok in my chair. Irene was the first person who greeted me to this great office. Highly recommend in going to the orthodontist at Aava Dental. Dr Crandle is a perfectionist in getting your teeth straight. She wont take your braces off until she sees they are perfect. Went in with a bad chipped front tooth. They were taking a lot of Covid precautions so I felt very safe. The place was really clean. Everyone so friendly and kind and welcoming we always. Dr knows what he is doing! I got fixed in less than 30 minutes! It looks like nothing happened to my tooth. I loved my experience here. I recommend it to anyone deciding where to go. You won’t regret it.

Best dentist experience ever. I went in to get a wisdom tooth removed. I ended up getting X-Rays, a cleaning, two fillings, and the extraction. I was out of there in under 2 hours. Procedure was painless, everything was thoroughly explained before, and I felt comfortable from the second I walked in. I would recommend Dr. Aaron to anybody.

I had a good experience with Doctor Aaron. He was so good in explaining what is the issue and his suggestion and options on the various treatments for the issue is wonderful. The lady doctor who did x-Ray stuffs also quite good and helpful. The another lady doctor who did operation along with Aaron also good in treating the patients.Front desk people are so friendly.I had a bad experience with other dental clinic where their motivation was only money from me. So I did cancelled their appointment and went to Aava clinic and my treatment done within 2 hours.I ll again write a review after two weeks regarding the healing process of my treatment.Thanks dears 🙂

I just started going to the Santa Ana location and I gotta say they are the best!!! The staff is amazing and the dentist is awesome. He is such a cheerful guy, always pleasant. And both dental assistants that I’ve had are friendly, caring and really know their jobs. So professional yet thoughtful. What I really appreciate the most is during whatever procedure they are performing on my teeth they stop and ask, how I’m doing? Am I comfortable? Would I like some water? Things I am rarely asked from other dentists. This place is a keeper!!

The most friendly staff, Aava Dental is very high-tech with digital X-Ray, Paraffin treatment for my hands digital cameras that show the conditions of every single tooth with pictures, not just X-Rays. The office is older but very clean and cozy. I have been to another Aava Dental offices in Orange County and have had the same great experience. Ana is number one!

I had a problem with my insurance that two other dental offices just gave up on. Yolanda at the Santa Ana and Foothill Ranch offices didnt-- she went the extra mile to solve my problem. Shes my hero! This dental office has been the best I’ve ever been to. Ana is so polite and makes my visit a very pleasant one. They make me feel like family and going to the dentist hasn’t been this fun in years. Dr. Tu Nguyen is by far the best. She is so detailed in her work. She switched my amalgam fillings for composite fillings, and she made them look so natural and tooth-like; no one can even tell I had silver teeth! Miguel is amazing at doing my cleanings. He gets every crevice and inch of each tooth. Maria is the best as well. I just love this office! I am so thankful for my union (Teamsters) for referring me to them

This office is wholesome and professional! Ana the receptionist greeted me with a warm welcome and helped get me through the paperwork on point. Yamileth the assistant helped me get ready to see the doctor and the dental hygienist. Sun Set the billing assistant broke down the billing really well for me. Miguel the dental hygienist is very knowledgeable and very, very gentle with the anesthesia. Dr. Tu is a really good craftsman with her work. Everyone there is super helpful and super nice!

Warm, welcoming staff took great care of us. Cavities were found and filled all on the same visit, and the preauthorization paperwork for our upcoming oral surgery was submitted to the insurance while we were there. It was the best, most efficient dental visit we have ever had and look forward to sending our family there from now on. .
