This mechanic shop is hands down the best place for a girl to take a car and not get screwed over. They dont fix whats not broke, they do good work, they dont upsell. Let me nut shell it for you this is one of the few rare honest mechanic shops and I love these guys. I wont let my daughter or myself take our cars anywhere else... Because I trust the work and their mechanics. The only drawback is they are so busy that its really hard to get a human on the phone to book an appointment with them just keep trying its worth it.

Wish I still lived close by. Only stopped going here cause I dun moved. This place is amazing. Honest, efficient, fair priced. They really shine in service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any service.

These folks are very good. I have had them install a winch and additional LED lights on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler. The price was fair and the work quality. Stay after them, though, as when I returned in hopes of having the Jeep lifted, the call was returned with a promise to have someone call me. It never happened, despite at least 3 attempts; they must have been too busy?

Choice has been the shop for my two older cars for many years. These guys are professional, friendly, and timely. I feel like the advice and repair I’ve received was always in my best interest, and never just to make a buck.You won’t regret taking your car here.

I believe I found a gem, too bad Im moving away in a week. I was in a bit of a pickle with an unconventional request. 2 other places refused to help me, before I went on google and saw that this place had really good reviews (many reviews too). I wasnt disappointed, Brent went above and beyond to help me, very kind and trustworthy people. Great customer service at the front desk as well. Love this place! They are always so friendly and professional. I don’t feel like they take advantage of me like some other shops. I often go to a closer place for an oil change. Sometimes they have told me I needed something fixed. I go to this shop and it turns out it doesn’t and they explain to me why.

Always a professional crew anytime I visit, and always takes great care of my car. Had to get a new timing belt and water pump replaced a month ago, and brought it back now for an engine light issue. Sometimes you find a place so good that when you move out of town you still come back to use the service. Ive tried a bunch of places in midtown Phoenix and realized that Id just rather make the trip back to Choice to work on my car. Both were and are totally above board and honest beyond belief! Even tho its hard for me to get here because I work over an hour away, they always try to accommodate me to get me on the schedule and get the work done! Everyone is so nice and never ever recommend work I dont need done, and even when I think I might need something, they let me know I can wait if its not immediately necessary. Took my car to get an engine light check, when they were finished the car engine would shake loudly when accelerating. My car hadnt done that before. I dont know how their other services are, but I would not recommend getting your check engine light looked at here.

They are the best...hands down

A mechanic helped me pinpoint the problem of the car for no cost and they were not trying to make profits out of you. He honestly let me know what was the problem really quickly with professionalism and respect. He referred me to go to the pro tires to get the tires changed. I will probably come back for my alignment for giving me a such a honest service. The guy in the reception seems like he is having a life crisis or having a bad day but other than that, I would recommend this place to anyone.
