This location is closed, vacant, shut down, Not Open in Henderson. I even called their 8** number and they said it was Open.... haha They need to let everyone know this...on their Website. I was setting at their vacant building when I called them.
Have been trying to cancel since April, 2020. No responses to this day, other than a bill. Overseas call center which is the absolute worst business tactic Ive ever heard of.
I’ve had this service for a week and the modem drops service for hours at a time for no reason. It always come back randomly. The customer service is outsourced to nice enough people doing their best but they are not very good at talking on the phone and the phone connection is always bad. They charge to come out and fix any problems even when it’s no fault of your own. This company acts like a manufacturer by cutting corners while they are a service. Somebody please help me with an alternative.

Consistent outages. Can never speak to anyone ever. I pay for internet speed that I never get. I am going to start looking for another provider right now. If you have an alternative to select other than Suddenlink go with another company.

We have been trying since December of 2020 now it is the end of April 2021 to get this service installed. The line is literally about 20 feet from the house and has been checked by a technician and yet... no answers. Its as if they really dont care about getting new customers.

Zero stars.. They decided to do maintenance on NFL opening night and Gears 5 opening night.. Waited 50 minutes on hold to find that out. Canceling tomorrow. Plain ignorant.. Had service for 3 weeks, and it went down twice already. I guess Ill read a book while the rest of humanity enjoys the celebration.
If you have a problem, all you get is automation. I need to speak with a real technician. My cable box is not lighting up and cannot get a picture on the screen. This is ridiculous. I need someone to look at this box and fix the problem.
Great customer service, in person. Do not try calling them, It is almost impossible to get a human on the phone. So, we go in person and this particular office greets everyone who comes in the door. They know the company really well! They are excellent at answering questions, assessing your data usage to make sure you are on the best plan. They are wonderful about telling you how to save money.If you are going through a hardship they are extremely sympathetic and will do all they can to extend out the due date on your payment date. They dont mind explaining why your bill has gone up and if they have made a mistake they will correct it.We had a tornado come though our town and once the electricity was restored they started going out and making sure customers had service. If a technician was needed then he waived the fee for the victims of the tornado. There just isnt a better suddenlink out there!
Very bad service on comercial accounts They offer you something and they make you sign without carrying out what is being treated. The name of the sales agent is Chris Carlyle. He never answers the calls or the messages.
On time and,friendly. Good price and no interrupt during a storm. Unless power gets knocked out lol. Love it and recommend it to everyone. Ty, sudden link. Leslie lamp a customer for life.
Great cable internet and phone bundle for good price
Have been in this location a few times now and they have always been kind and professional, answered any questions I may have had and even helped to take off over $100.00 that was on my bill when I agreed to try a 30 day trial of TV service and before the came to install it I canceled the TV service and just kept the internet service. When I received my normal bill it showed I had cable service when in fact it was never installed. Went there showed the bill to them and they looked into it while i was there and removed the charge for the service. I really enjoy having a local office to go to instead of being forced to only contact them via phone or internet.
TiVo box has a faulty HDMI port. Prior to Altice, I was welcome to simply bring the box in, on my nickel and the local office, would switch out the the item in question. Not anymore... I the (customer), experience a problem with a Suddenlink TiVo HDMI Port. I do the un-install, my time effort and energy, and me, the (customer) drive my vehicle, with Suddenlink/TiVo box in hand into the front door of Suddenlink to try and get my services back up.... The Suddenlink counter person says that they will have to send a service person out to the house on Sunday, between the hours of 2pm and 5pm.... Doesnt seem practical or efficient... This is a very arduous procedure that seems to be corporate red tape. $$$-???

Wish I could give negative stars. Internet stops and goes out almost every day. I pay for internet and cant use it. I sit on hold for hours and cant get a person on the phone! I hate this place!
I am so very aggravated with this company, the internet drops multiple times a day, when you call in to get technical support or any assistance for that matter be prepared to go through the entire automated system and then sit on hold for at least 30 minutes each time you call. No one at suddenlink can give us any explanation as to why my internet continues to drop! The amount that we pay a month for the terrible service is not worth it. If there was another internet company in town we would be switching in a heartbeat!

I just started service with Suddenlink a week ago. They showed up hours late for installation, the box didnt work. A service came back to fix the problem, he messed with the cords and left. I still have a cable box problem. I am waiting for them to come out one more time. If its not fixed Im going back to Dish.
Low quality of service at the Henderson Texas, need to train their workers better.
No customer service no knowlege internet WIFI stops working frequently way over priced such a monpoly here if another cable company came in such as Time Warner or Fios sudden link would get shut down everyone I know would switch. Welcome to Quitman.
This is the worst ISP i have ever had it always craps out at night we get a limit on our downloads and i pay 50$ for what i was expecting to be 25 MBS and i barely even get one do not sign up with these people trust me id rather have no internet.
Awful. Been a VIP customer for 14 yrs. Changing my service.
