The lady and gentlemen that did my full set and pedicure were amazing. during my pedicure I want to fall asleep. they did a perfect job I will be going back. also they give you what u pay for! they are also working under the covid-19 guidelines.

Love this place. They know exactly what design I want always and do exactly how I want it done. Coming from the Chi and finding a place that does excellent work I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. Fast service no matter how packed they are with clients I give them more then 5 stars. 💯 great service!

I go here quite often and Im always happy when I leave! Just dont go on the weekends because youll definitely be waiting. Plenty staff but plenty clients as well.

The pics say enough nails was done Thursday 4/15 polish chipped 4/16 on one thumb they fix it. Then 4/19 other thumb had bubbles n cracked off.. I gave them a 2 chance. Just not my vibe..

I love them here. I go get my eyebrows done every 2 weeks and Ive only had them mess up once. Very skilled.

I love this place. Nails, toes, waxing and eyelashes...they always do an awesome job. The staff is very friendly. I never have to wait because they have a lot of people on staff. This is the only salon in Tampa I will go to.

The worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon! They charged me $10 for glitter polish claiming it was a design. & all my nails were lifting after a week! The one on my ring finger popped of when I dug in my purse & my nail was green so I took them all off & almost every nail was green!!!!

Joy did my full set and was very sweet and fast. Although they was packed to the rim they got me in and out in under an hour. Very pleased with my nails and quality

First and last time I come to this place. I came for the great reviews it had but my experience was awful! Call ahead of time to make an appointment, got to the place and the made me wait for 1 hour.. a day later and the nail polish was already coming off. Called this morning to get the fix, came in and they charged me $10 to fix 3 nails which it should have been free because I already paid for my nails and it’s not my fault they don’t do a good job. Worst nail saloon I have ever been in. Starting to think they pay reviewers 🤦🏽‍♀️

I went to get my dip nails off and redone. The lady was obviously in a hurry and was ripping my nail with an acrylic tip! What’s the point of doing Dip/ Powder if you’re just going to rip off a layer of my nail.!!!! She broke 3 of my nails that took me 2 months to grow!! I told her repeatedly to soak them first to remove the dip but refused! I ended up not finishing the service and she still had the audacity to charge me $10 to rio my nails off?!? NEVER COMING BACK THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!

Got a 5pm appointment, instead of starting on my nails they started on my feet, offered a deluxe, took it then was told that there wasnt enough time to do my nails and I was told for Monday when tomorrow is Valentines Day. Booked at another place for tomorrow, wont be going back.

This shop is not professional and very money hungry. I stop by on a Saturday evening to get my lashes done, half of the lashEs fell off Sunday afternoon (less than 24hrs later)and they said I would have to pay them to repair it that it was my fault instead of a poor job Executed on there end. Will not be going back

Super rude. Unprofessional. Two nails fell off after 3 days. Went back to get them redone and was told I had to repay. When they went to redo them all I was getting was attitude and silk remarks. Never been treated so poorly and disrespectful.

Me & my mom just went there today and they treated us very well. We love are pedicures. I also got my eyebrows done and she did a wonderful job. I will be returning to Starlight Nails.

This is the worst place, they are rude to customers and state they use sterile utensil when it is false they repackage it. I went to get my nail redone after them messing it up and causing fugus and they were rude and cursing at me I have never experience this kind of behavior in my life. Save yourself the disrespect

This shop is expensive so be sure to ask prices before getting service. I got a pedicure and fill in. During the pedicure the tech was moving so fast she cut and snipped me multiple times with the tools. I complained and she attempted to continue even after drawing blood. The nail tech put diamonds on one nail which I didnt ask for then charged me $50 for a fill in and diamonds and $25 for a pedicure. After my nails dried the polish was lumpy on my nails. I do not recommend.

I am a loyal and faithful customer I done spent major money and done bought them plenty of clientele. I got my eyelashes done January 2 and my eyelashes came off this morning. I call up to this place of business ask can I speak to a supervisor or manager to get told that I got to spend another 25 dollars. When I normally go any where else they last for 2 weeks. This place is very unprofessional and run the wrong way. Nor do they know how to the loyal and faithful customer satisfied.

Ive been coming to the salon for almost 4 years every trip I spend no less than $120 and I tip very well but I got my nails done for the 4th of July they came off 3 days later. When I called the shop to inform the owner she blew me off then refused me service when I came back, like I did something wrong. Crazy, when Kayla did my nails before she quit my nails last 2 months at a time with the same material that they claim everyone uses. Now Bebe is saying everyone uses the same material but different styles, so thats why they came off 3 days after she did them? Over the years the service has gotten terrible. The techs mess up and then refuse to fix it or ask you to leave if you say something. Taking $100s from people giving them trash service in return. So disappointed ☹️

Inconsistent atmosphere, sometimes very welcoming other times you absolutely KNOW they are talking about you. Hours are until 7pm,went at 6:15 was told I would be seen but after waiting was refused service due to the time. I would have loved to have been told the truth.

I have been going to Starlight for a while now. Never really cared for how they did my hands (manicures,full set never lasted long) but I liked the way they did pedicures up until recently. They have expanded their staff and hired new people who definitely appear to be fresh out of school because they have very little experience. My last visit there I had to walk the guy through step by step on how to do my toes the right way and he still neglected to pay any attention to the rest of my feet. I was so disappointed I had to go home and finish my pedicure myself. I should have followed my mind and went to Alexs down the street

Its in a convenient location. Aside from that they do not provide the best services like they use to. They dont get you in and out. Only certain nail techs perform great services others dont. Your nails dont last. I only went because my nail tech was completely booked. Its not organized nor professional.

The nail spot was very busy and boomin when I arrived on a Friday Night. But they found a spot for me right away and I was beyond grateful! Just moved to the area and saw the reviews for this nail salon. All are true! I’ve been getting my nails done for years but in the past no one has has the skill to do ombré / chrome / designs and also get the shape of the nails I wanted spot on. I’ll keep driving the distance to come here :) Second time here I also got lashes done for the first time. I’m shocked how good they look.

I wish I couldve gave them no star. Worst experience. I wanted two nails fixed and a pedicure. The guy started off wrong by trying to take my nails off the brutal way (with a nail tip). My nails are sensitive from years of wearing acrylic so I prefer to soak. He eventually soaked the two nails off after I kept pulling my hands. The rest went left from there. My nails were shaped wrong specifically the ones he repaired. A woman came over and I finally thought I was safe until she tried to justify his work. Smh. Bad. Bad. Bad. The only good thing about my experience was the polish change on my toes. I decided against the pedicure after my experience with the nails. This is definitely a never again.

I visted this place last min, simply because I needed a filling for an upcoming event. I dropped in to get a filling. I was taken care of quickly but the work was horrible!. I complained a few times about being cut by the machine, the previous color not being taken off properly, the acrylic was lifting and needed to be snipped off before covering again and my cuticle wasnt clean.. With all that, i sadly decided to continue with it because I was pressed for time and planned on getting them redone within a wk. So here we are a wk later and i have developed fungus on four finger nails.. This is a warning review to be sure you get the proper care for the price you pay. Blessing! 🙏🏻

I went there Saturday for a fill. The girl that took care of me was ok the problem is that they think no one can understand what they talk about between them but I understand their language very well and one of them was making fun of me cause of my weight! Saying I look like a woman sumo and everyone was laughing 😡😡😡 thats not nice!! Yes Im puertorican but I understand your language. You people need to remember that because of us you can pay your bills and take care of your family. Be careful what you say in front of customers, you never know who can understand you. Next time you may not be so lucky!!!

To be honest, my experience was not so great. The man has shaped my nails wrong. He shaped them as stiletto and I actually asked for coffin. They charged me five dollars more to get the shape I want and I’m very unsatisfied with that. And if you have a teenager that you drop off to get acrylic, I recommend checking the prices because this place overcharged me and my friend’s daughter when she dropped her off. I wish it could’ve been better. I’m very disappointed with my experience.
