Busy for a reason- Tony today was the best! Don’t be afraid of the guys to do your nails! He took the time and care to get my feet back into flip flop season shape! (I know, it’s always flip flop season here but that can cause the callouses!) I think this was my best experience here and this is my favorite place to get my nails done time and time again. By far the worst experience, I entered the establishment to get a polish change. the nail tech who serviced me Michelle was very kind but is not good at all with customer service. My nails came out blotchy and were filed unevenly. Towards the end she put cuticle oil on one hand and then handed me the oil and told me to apply it on myself when my other hand was done drying in the LED light. She then started fixing a chair for someone who was getting a pedicure. Then when it was time to pay they tried to charge me full price $20 but when I said something lowered it to $18 which they really weren’t giving me a discount for the mistake because they literally just raised the polish change to $20 from $18 about a month ago. You guys seriously need to work on your customer service it is not ok to treat your customers based off of the monetary value of the service they are getting done . I AM NEVER !!! coming back and for those searching for a nail please do not come here. I’ve posted below the polish change i received today literally horrifying !! How are you a licensed establishment putting out nail work like this 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I personally see Lin for my nails. I have been going to him for over two years. I never have had a nail break, lift or a fungus. This is the first person in my life I can say this about. Ask for him you won’t be disappointed!!!

Wonderful! Very accommodating and they have done some improvements so its even better. Kim is my favorite..she is always kind and friendly. She does an excellent job on my pedicure and manicures. I highly recommend!!

They make up the nail prices as they go. I got the same set, length, color everything and it went up $5 dollars each time I went. I’m fine with paying whatever amount for my nails but it’s annoying as hell when a business keeps changing the price for the same exact service. They are also incredibly rude. Would certainly not recommend.

Im always pleased with my manicure and pedicure. Nick is the person who does my services. He listens and always checks-in to make sure that I am pleased multiple times during the service. Prices are reasonable. They use liners and new disposable products on each service.

I have to say that the manager there is very rude. I never met someone that rude that deal with customer service. The other night I spent a lot of money. It was close to closing, I was under the blowers for a few min. He tells me that I have to go with this tone in his voice and look in his face. I asked if I could stay under two more min. To make sure my nails and toes get dry. He said no you need to go now. Than he turns of the blower, kick me out and lock the door. I called the next day to talk to owner but he never called. I will never go back and if I was you I would never go there.

Came here for the 1st time and got a pedicure and shellac manicure. My shellac literally peeled off all of my fingers the same day!! I have been getting shellac manicures for a long time and have never had this happen. I went in the next day and very calmly asked for a refund. The man in front very rudely stated it’s their policy not to give refunds. I told him I didn’t have time to get them redone and he basically said too bad. Wow. Terrible business. So then I asked if I could have my toes repainted since I didn’t feel comfortable getting the same color (I had matching) on my fingers as I’m sure it could have been bad polish. He said that he would have to charge me for my toes. Wow again. DO NOT GO HERE. ITS TERRIBLE.

I was nervous at first and yet this professional business put me right at ease. Linda is simply awesome and highly skilled...this will be my nail & spa place.

NEVER AGAIN! I wanted a simple French pedicure with two colors the nail technician didn’t even bother to ask me what I wanted, I tired to explain to her I wanted a French pedicure but instead she proceeded to RUSH on my toes. I waited for the service longer then what my service took (basic pedicure usually 30-45mins) because she rushed and it wasn’t even done right. Won’t be returning don’t recommend feel like I just wasted money.

I am very upset with my most recent service. I received a pedicure which was supposed to be gel but she used regular and it chipped right after I left. I also received a full set dip acrylic and I have had it for three days. With that being said my nails are lifting and one broke this morning. I paid way too much money for these services to have had such a bad experience. I would not recommend anyone to come to this salon even if they were paid to.

This place is awesome. Ive been going there for over 7 years. The ladies do an awesome job. They honor your appointments but you can also just walk in. The prices are unbeatable.

Ive been coming here for a while and they are always great. Very attentive to detail. Nail salons in Tampa are a dime a dozen, but I always drive the extra 2 miles for this place.They have a stamp card so youre 6th service is $5 off.

Such a disturbing time. Made an appt for ballerina nails. Guy on the phone assured me that they do them. When I arrived the tech had no clue what I was talking about, and refused to look it up either. Motioning for the lead tech for help he hurried over. Hoping he would offer help, the opposite happened. He told me that no one told me that.No one wanted to do my nails! So I canceled 2 pedicures (my kid and I), a fill, and a mani. And walked out! Found Kays Nails up the road and finished the job.

My nails developed FUNGUS after a week. They blamed me because i did not get a full set ( i had 3 refills with them after the original set) because according to them the powder was old. They did not care that i was upset, did not offered any gratification, did not offered to take them out to check and insisted that i had to pay for the service. I left with my nails untouched. They lost a customer and i will be sure that i will let everybody know that they do not care for the customer and that they do not acknowledge their mistake.

The first time I went here I was very satisfied with my fullset and pedicure. The second time, not so much. Both were half-assed. I know it was a Saturday, but regardless of the day of the week or how busy they are I expect the same quality of work. And this just wasnt.

Ive been going to them for years, use to love them, theyve had employees come and go. Ive notice lately, the one young girl who speaks English well and looks like she just woke up in a bad mood is very rude to some of their clients. I just recently got her and she tried pulling it on me and I snapped back at her, I received terrible service from her and didnt tip her at all, not like me to not tip but had a horrible pedicure and they knew I was unhappy, needless to say, I will not be returning..

Prices are very reasonable ( same as Walmarts Regal nails) and there is a reward card .. that gets punched for every service of $20 or more, ( a basic pedi is $23) get 10 and it is $10 of next service. Usually can fit you in if you just walk in. Place is clean and they have new pedi spa chairs. They also do waxing, and gel nails, and plain manicures.

My favorite nail place, I go bi weekly and theyre always willing to try new things. Ive recommended them to all my friends & now we all go as often as we can. If I cant make it bi weekly thats fine too my nails always last me & Im pretty rough on my hands so thats phenomenal for me.

I understand they dont talk to you often but to be ignored the whole time you get your nails done is disappointing

I come here every 3 weeks only because of the convenience of the location. The customer service is terrible but the prices are decent. All of the male nail techs are pretty good and if they are busy when I walk in I usually wait the extra time. The ladies in the shop are hit or miss so use caution..

Every time I go there, it is a different price. They DO make up nail prices every time I go as well. The man in the front station, I assume the manager, is the rudest, unprofessional man I ever met. you cant even get a sentence in without him interrupting. I swear, Im done with this place.

I got my nails done 4 days ago. Spent $40 and my mom spent $40 also.My pointer finger came off a day laterI went back 3 days later because I go to school full time and work.My mom and I are regulars. Only giving them 3 stars because of how fast they attended me I went for a full set and I thought they looked “Okay” now I think they look horrible especially because I think I paid more then what I should’ve they put way too much gel it’s clumped at the bottom and not shaped evenly I like the color but I’ve been coming to this salon for some time and I never had issues.

The manager is very rude I have never met someone as rude as this guy He thinks people are going to put up with his rudeness and lack of education but I don’t think so . There are many many nail salons in Dale Mabry were the employees are nice, polite and friendly and willing to please their customers. Run away from this place

HORRIBLE PLACE! Do not go! Waste of money! Horrible customer service and manager was rude in more then one occasion. I went a week before Christmas and they werent closed yet but turn me away very rudely without even asking what I needed which was a toe paint touch up on two nails that I had painted there and in a week was already chipping. Now three days ago I went to get a fill and one nail broke that was cracked and I had told the nail tech that it was cracked but I guess he didnt properly fix... then the next day my thumb nail broke mind you all I do is type and I come here to again speak to the manager and told me that no its because of the coffin shape which is bs because my nails have been long since I could remember and I always get this shape. As a matter of fact they dont even know how to do a proper cuffin shape,... Worst nail place I ever been to very unprofessional and unfriendly place I been there three times and never again will I go! If I could give them no star I would. If I could take stars away.. I would. They dont even deserve the 3 miserable stars they have now. They should rename it Nail Trash and Spa!

Great place for liquid gel manicures.

I had been a long time customer until one day after I had finished my appt. My nail tech had another appt waiting. Normally, she cashs me out & stamps their card membership ( which on the 6th appt you get just $5 off). That day the another person who rung me up didn’t ask & I forgot to mention it. Upon returning, I let them know & asked them to stamp it. I was talked to very rudely by the Manager & told No. It was insultful for them to act like I’m not a regular customer who tips well. It’s the principle they can’t seem to get. Decided to take my money elsewhere.

I received a gift card of $28 from Christmas 2016 for this salon. I dont usually go to salons, so I didnt think to go right away. Until recently I noticed the gift card, states it expires 30 days after purchase. I called and Helen was nice and said, Dont worry about the expiration date, well accept the card anyway. I went last week, about 7pm and as soon as one steps in the door you are bombarded with yelps from the staff, of What we help you with?, Toes, nails, what? There was nothing pleasant or welcoming upon arrival. I told a lady, Please I dont want to share with the whole salon, why Im here. I asked to use the bathroom in the meantime. Instantly the noise level of the common language spoken within rose. (It felt as if they were speaking about me).When I came out I asked to see prices for services. A lady pointed in a direction and said, Right there. I had no clue what or where she was pointing to. So then she brought a brochure but hovered over me to choose something quick. I requested a moment or two to decide. Then I discreetly told a man who was stationed up front that Id like to wax my inner thighs only. I couldnt tell you how many excuses I heard from this unkind man. Nothing he said truly matched up of why I was being denied services. He said wax room was full but too late and I didnt call ahead of time. Since I was confused as to what message he was trying to convey and future instructions(as Ive never been to this salon before), he began to raise his tone when I requested that he repeat the information to me. Which drew attention within the whole salon. I asked him for consideration, as this was my first time there. I requested his name for future reference(Hey, I may have done a set with him in the future)and to thank him properly for his time to explain normal procedures of the salon to me. He flat out told me with the rudest tone, NO- YOU DONT NEED MY NAME, ANYBODY CAN HELP YOU HERE (Which was puzzling, since everyone seemed so unhelpful from the start). I explained to him I just simply wanted to thank him and within my culture, one would say for example, Thanks John for your time, I appreciate it. But no he became belligerent and repeating the same few words! I felt so embarrassed and neglected. ONE THING I DID APPRECIATE WAS THE COUNTLESS PREVIOUS REVIEWS. Which I did read beforehand but thought to still use my gift card anyway with hopes for the best. To anyone looking this salon up to try them. TRUST THE REVIEWS- THEYRE EXACT! For me, I have decided to not use my gift card because I predict a far more worse experience there if only the first 5 minutes were as bad as I explained above. This place deserves negative 5 stars!

Rude. Awful. Jai is cool. But whoever schedules needs to be off the phones.Update: gave a try again and have been going to jai..but that man is so rude!!!! I made an appointment for 12 30. Was sitting waiting for jai and ran up front to let the manager know i left my debit card at home i live across the street ill be right back. Sat there and argued with me...which all that time cld of been there and back...saying no you have to come back ltr? She has another appt?! But i scheduled for gel mani pedi like normal and that usually takes an hour and a half....om talking 5 minutes! You know how insulting that is when you think abt how much money youve given a place. My bff had to come up here pay for half and even after i said 50x om paying the other part still was trying to get my friend to pay full amount. All the tips everything....i give them a couple hundred a month so i guess i now am a risk thst o wont pay. Insulting..time to go somewhere else. This is supposed to be relaxing not insulting

I had my nails done and paid for the service. I asked the owner to help me fix the mistakes that were made and he became argumentative. He yelled at me and embarrassed me. He refused to look at the mistakes. He would not lift his head. I asked him to at least look at it. He refused and continued to yell. I left, but Im filing complaints with BBB and consumer affairs.

I went in to get a manicure with gel, the girl filed all my nails down to nothing!!! Then the gel polish was done so badly it didnt even cover my nails and started pealing off within 2 hours!!!

They rushed through my pedicure because more people came in. When the lady was painting my French manicure she had it all over my toes and left the white on my skin. She didnt even do a top coat. She put the white on and covered the non white area and that was it. It was just not the relaxing pedicure I was looking for. Very sloppy.
