I have been going here for years and it has gone down hill a lot! They barely greet you at the door. They make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. I had a dip manicure that is awful. It’s this and there is clear top coat all over my cuticles.I won’t be back. There are quite a few nails shops I. The area with better reviews.

Ive visited here twice and had a good experience both times. First time I got a pedicure and SNS, the second time just SNS. SNS starts at $35.The service was good, everyone is nice, and they do a pretty good job! I was more impressed with Jimmy, my second time around. He executed my design vision very well! Unfortunately, both times Ive gone my nails barely lasted 2 weeks. They have chipped, the nail polish chips, they crack, etc. I normally have my nails done so I take care of them during the in between times, like wear gloves while cleaning, etc. For some reason, their SNS just hasnt lasted for me.

I have been a client at La Nails & Spa for five years and have always been treated with utmost respect and care. No matter when I come in the girls are always accommodating, even if I have to wait a few minutes, they always ask if I need something. My manicures and pedicures have been done just to my specifications. I bruise easily, so I let the girls know that. I have never had a problem with rough treatment, in fact, the specialists are very conscious of making sure to rub my legs softly. I give La Nails & Spa the highest rating for their services and the cleanliness of their shop.

Went with my daughter, she had friendly professional nail tech and mine was not so much...in end BOTH Our manicures are chipping in less than 3 days!

My nails seem to chip quite often (2-3 days later) after getting gel polish which usually lasts 2-3 weeks when applied correctly. When I came back the 1st time the owner was very nice and accommodating and apologized. But the 2nd time it happened again I went in the owner wasn’t there and the girl (don’t remember her name) was rude and trying to tell me that it is normal for it to chip off in just 3 days. She was aggressive with moving my hand around like she was very annoyed and frustrated when I am the one who should be annoyed and frustrated because my schedule is super busy and I just don’t have time to keep coming back in like that. I had to wait for a few days walking around with chipped polish (when I had just gotten a manicure/gel) till I found the time to go back and get it fixed. There are plenty of nail salons in the area and it’s time that I take my business else where.Update: I changed my review to 1 star it’s only been few hours and I am already noticing one of my nail’s (the same one they had to redo entirely) is fading from the side!

The guy messed up may nails and saw it and didnt fix it.My whole pedicure was like five minutes not relaxing. There kids were screaming and running all over the place. The pedicure was not soothing it was painful he was digging into my skin.The hot lotion wasnt even hot it was ice cold when scrubbing my feet they didnt wet the brushes so it felt like a rug burn after. They werent very nice the person slapped my foot to lift it up.😡😡

Horrible customer service. Arrived at 6pm (called before arriving and they told me to come) went in for a full set and a pedi. They rushed me out,even while trying to pick a color,one of them stood next to me and rushed me to pick a color. I leave and my nails get ruined. I call them come in the very next day they make me wait 15-20 mins, she has an attitude, repaints my nails in a rush again and then charges me $15 . I mean i spent over $60 in two days for a full set ( not gel) and a reg. Pedicure, So ridiculous. I will NEVER go back to this establishment.

This place is HORRIBLE! It was dead, I was one of two customers. The lady rushed through my pedicure like I was in a car wash. She poked and hurt me 3 seperate times with the instirments.

Worst experience ever.I have never seen or faced such bad experiences with waxing in all these years.Very arrogant people and caused so painful waxing.I was even saying her it was causing pain but still she ignored my words and did same way.My skin peeled off literally.She even stopped me and ignored what Iam going through.She even didn’t let me talk .never go to that salon again.
