I had a full long set from another place but they were a bit expensive for a fill so I came here and for sure want to come back. Manuel did my nails and shaped them better than they were before. He took great care of me and finished off with an AMAZING hand massage my hands cracked in places I didnt know it could I laughed. Will be back

I got a full set done here as well as a pedicure. The pedicure was fantastic... but while I was getting my toes done another lady was trying to do my nails at the same time. She rushed through the set and the shaping was terrible and I asked for a French tip and the lines were very sloppy. It seems as if the only good nail tech here is Kimmy because as I was getting my nails done numerous people were asking for her and refused anyone else but she was busy with another client. Kimmy has done my nails before and they always look bomb. So if you go there I would go with her only.

The staff rushed to finish my nails and feet because they where closing, as a result my nails are poorly shapen and uneven. I had a picture of what I wanted and they did what they wanted to do so they could go home. The color I wanted they didnt have ..not surprised so they basically just threw somthing on there to get me out the chair.Its the new staff, Ive been going there for years and never had this experience before. The last 2 times Ive been there Ive had to come back and have my nails redone. I will not be returning at this point, this is the last time I will give them my money.

I used to love to get my nails done here but then I got charged 85 for a set that I hated so much and she cut me 3 times it was so rushed because this lady wanted to go somewhere it was so uneven and so short I wanted long nails she kept messing up and filing them shorter and shorter and when I was ready to leave she just waited there for me to give her a tip I couldn’t even tell Kimmy I didn’t like them because the lady wouldn’t leave until I left. Learned my lesson not to go to the person with no clients I see why.

I was trying to find a place closer to home to have my nails done, so I tried here. The service was good (both ladies did a good job), but they are WAY OVERPRICED for what you get. At my normal nail salon I can get a gel manicure and pedicure for $55 and here they charge $80!!!! No designs or anything just a basic gel manicure and pedicure. Those prices are insane!!! I would rather travel to my normal nail spot. Oh well, lesson learned, you should never cheat on your nail salon!!! I should have known to ask more questions.... 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I got my nails done by a young Spanish woman that didn’t understand English so she didn’t understand anything that I wanted 🙄 I’m sure she just started doing nils because every other nail was crooked and fell off 5 days later 🤦🏽‍♀️ I will never be coming back

I went to this salon because they had the best reviews and i wasnt disappointed. They are very professional and provide wonderful customer service. My nails were getting old and needed to be replaced. My nail technician showed me how my nails were going to brake in the near future and made me feel comfortable getting a new set of acrylics. My nails look amazing and i couldnt be more happy. I will definitely be coming back.

Ive been coming here for almost a year and as far as nails go, all the ladies do really well most of the time. The price is the most affordable Ive come across and they take care of you. They do get very busy some days so Id call for an appointment otherwise there will be quite a wait.

Need to be careful with your card transactions in this place I was charged 28 bucks for a service that could be charged 20 buck, I checked my oneline banking and the had to lend 10 extra buck. Not good. I will not go there no longer. Be careful people

Came here a few months ago!! Manny was awesome loved everything came back today an it was horrible. Asked for French pedi an the girl got up an walked away when done, I had to call her back to fix the paint an still left unhappy just got home an looked an it was worse then I thought!!! Worst paint job ever don’t think I’ll be back unless I have Manny!!!

I love this place, the owner Kimmy has great customer service, on Easter she’s sends me a Happy Easter text and Mother’s Day, I’ve been coming here for about 6 months, and each time my nails been on point, I don’t have to pick who does my nail, because everyone in here does a great job, I’ll texted or call them to let them Know I’m on my way and they always takes good care of me. It’s clean professional, and great customer service.😊 I truly ❤️ This place.

Patient and precise service

Kim is a sweetheart. I was a walk-in on a very slow afternoon and got exactly what I requested. Someone mentioned they are pricey --they are not. $35 for dip powder is the least expensive youll get. That is if you dont use a nail tip, of course. A friend of my comes here regularly and she recommended them. No harsh acrylic smells or whatsoever, something thats very rare considering its a nail salon.

Will not go anywhere else. They have another location in the Merritt Island Square Mall. Loanne is the best!

Was waiting for my husband. I had 2 hrs and needed a pedicure. The staff was so nice and the spa was nice and clean! And the pedicure was one of the best I ever had! I will definitely go back when I’m in the area again!

Kimmy is amazing and so is the rest of the staff at Loann Nails. I have been going here for 2 years, I know a lot of customers who have been with them longer. I have been to other nail salons and no one compairs to Loann Nails. The 3D art is amazing and so are the designs. If you ever have any issues all you have to do is come back in and they fix it for free. I have never had a nail chip with gel polish or any of my nails lift. If you want amazing nails you need to come in.

I have been coming here for a year and Kimmie does the best job for my nails. The gel polish last forever. My polish from the beginning of May to June without chipping.

I wanted to like this place for the convenient location and prices but it was an overall bad vibe. I should’ve left after walking in. They barely have any polish choices. Also after asking how long of a wait there was I never got a clear answer. I sat for 90 minutes with my feet soaking in cold water.The worst part was the chair. The massage chairs have weird pillow coverings that are very unsanitary. I got lice! From sitting on a that chair

I love Kimmy at Loann Nails, she has been adding to my glamour for almost 10 years. She come in to work and has stayed til 12am for me. Ive drove 2 hours just to see my favorite glamour tech. Sometimes I go 2-3 months without getting my nails done, but when I come in she looks at my nails and says, I see you still love Kimmy.

It was my today birthday i guess you have to mention it while doing your nails or u wont get the discount I told her before we paid for it she said all of it is finished and got angry and caught an attitude bc I mentioned my birthday I didnt know you have to mention it before nails were done. One of the co-workers were talking about me in Spanish. I can understand some Spanish enough to know what they are talking about she mocked me and turned it into a joke that it was my birthday and I mentioned it after my nails were done before I paid. It was my first time coming there I didnt get a discount. Not for my birthday or being a first time customer. They were screaming everywhere in Spanish it was annoying. They were highly unprofessional. They suck at customer service. They lady then stormed out of there and smoked a cigarette in front of the store. To be honest this place is really bad to go to. Unless u like horrible customer service. Go here where some of the women here r extra for no reason. I got cherries on my hands and they said it wasnt a design and charged me 5 dollars for a basic design most place charged only a dollar the one I went to. And 2 of them are free they didnt do that to me. This place is terrible.

The worst customer experience EVER!!!!! My fault for not checking their closing time, but having employees laugh in a customers presence at the thought of taking care of a clients fill set at the last minute is unacceptable. I shall never return.

HORRIBLE!!!! Well, when I first got there the staff was very nice. My pedicure was really good, she did a superb job painting my toes. I then got a fill for my acryllic nails with gel. Keep in mind this polish is guaranteed to last 2 weeks.. or at least supposed to. I looked at my nails today (about 4 days after I got them done) and on pretty much every nail there was paint coming off. Need less to say, Im going in there to ask for a refund or demand my nails re done.

Been going here for a few months I wanted to give it a few chances because of the good prices and nice people but the actual service is just horrible and unsanitary. Brought my little sister with me once and specifcially asked four (yes four) different people if they could wait until after my pedicure was over for her and I to sit together and get our manicure because it was supposed to be a little bonding experience and even after explaining that they just continued to insist and I finally gave in sick of arguing. Then they rushed her nails at the nail chairs and rushed mine while im getting a pedicure couldnt even keep her seated with me and then the woman doing my manicure left in the middle to do some other womans nails! This was all just the last time. Times before I have bled, nails chipped the next day old nail Polish used and clippers and such used on me that werent sanitized all while trying to pressure me into buying the more expensive deals when it aint worth it. No thanks wont be back already gave them too many chances

This place is lying on their prices, to just get you inside the door. I called them and asked how much it would be to refill the acrylics and they said on the phone it is $15 dollars thats the regular price. I only wanted regular, so I went there from land o lakes to get it done, the girl asked me while shes doing my nails if I want color powder and I ask if theres an upcharge for that? She just ignored me and continued putting color powder on my nails, so here I am thinking I only have to pay $15 plus any tip, right? But no, that didnt happen. Instead my bill went to $23 dollars! And they both argued with me, that my nails has color powder even though I said I wanted regular (the $15 dollars they told me on the phone). I would never ever come back again, and I wont recommend this place at all. Money hungry and liars.

I just moved to Tampa and i was looking up nail salons that i can call my own and this nail salon was beyond amazing. When I first walked in it was a very welcoming and warming atmosphere. Got a pedicure eyebrows and lip wax and a full set. since it was my first time they gave me 2 free designs which kimmey did amazing on. IDK about anyone else but i was so indecisive on what i wanted my design to be i just knew my colors and kimmey literally hooked my nails up with a beautiful design i know for sure i wouldnt have came up with myself! it was truly amazing i was in and out within a hour maybe a little bit more. they even massage your feet and legs with the pedicure. I highly recommend to anyone!!

This place i seen on facebook thought they did great nails wich they do but far as customer service it was horrible when i walked in i wasnt welcomed i was told to sit it will be 30 mins i felt so uncomfortable to the point i heard the tech talking about eachother and just kept being so loud i waited for an hour to get my nails done finally i just left i would not recommend this place if u want to be comfortable and feel welcomed especially coming to bring money to the business
