Very laid back and modern atmosphere! Easy to communicate and super friendly techs. Angela is so cool and great to talk to! She is wise beyond her years and does a wonderful job with nails. I rarely used to get my nails/toes done, mainly because it wasn’t my thing but also because I always ended up cut and bleeding..But I am very comfortable here!

This is my favorite nail shop. I really hate when a nail shop smells so strong I get sick. This shop is clean and smells fresh all the time. The employees are very polite and do a great job. They get you in and out a lot faster then other shops. I would highly recommend them.

I got a pedicure here with my aunt one week ago and came back today for a full set of acrylic nails. My nails were done by Johnny and I absolutely love them theyre beautiful. They were very patient with me as I had them redo two nails because I didnt like the second coat of the glitter. Its very clean and chic inside very great environment. My absolute only complaint would be that the nails are a little too thick which I suppose I should have asked them to thin out more but Im shy. Theyre all so not even in thickness the left hand does look better than the right hand and a few of my nails are a little bumpy, again maybe I should have said something otherwise a great experience

Loveeeee this nail salon! Weve gona as walk-ins twice and theyve always taken us. They also take appointments. They do get busy so an appointment may be best but if you decide last minute to go, then totally do it - you wont regret it! The cleanliness is top-notch, the people are extremely friendly, and the prices are reasonable. The first time we went, we just got regular pedicures for 35$ and the next time we went we got spa-pedicures for 45$. Both of great qualities. Soooo relaxing. The massage chairs are great too. Would 100% recommend!!

I love everything about this place!! The people, the music, and of course, the services!!! My acrylics always come out perfect and everything is priced well for the quality of work. I came in for my first time today and got a pedicure I got the upgraded $55 one and it was literally the best most enjoyable pedicure / experience Ive ever had it smelled so nice inside not strong of nails at all the atmosphere was so chilled and laid back everyone was so friendly! The wax after the message with the Chinese oils ughhh to die for! Ive never had that before! As soon as I came in I was offered a drink and they got started right away! I talked to a women next to me and she had only amazing things to say about this place as soon as Im ready to get my full set on Ill for sure be going back!!! Angela was so helpful in telling about the nail shop and so honest definitely a beautiful family owned business! Veryyyy pleased to have finally found a great nail shop! Ill see you soon !

My Love surprised me with a flight to Tampa Florida for Valentines Day weekend and took us to NAIL SHOP for a couples pedicure. The staff was awesome. I got my eyebrows done as well and they turned out nearly perfect! For the record we were happy with the service.

Clean, friendly, knowledgeable. Love the atmosphere, adults only. A bit pricey but quality is worth it. Recommend for the Town n County area.

I went back in March but had to edit my review. I do love my nails, they came out pretty nice BUT they are way too overpriced and I was overcharged for what I got done. I was upset when I was done I had to take off all the acrylic and nail pieces off my own fingers. Then had to put cuticle oil on my my own. I expect that to happen from the nail technician like it is done with other nail salons. Aside from the the nails came out nice but I did the finish product. I wouldnt go back for those reasons.

I never get my nails done, but wanted them done for vacation. A friend recommended Nail Shop to me and I had a great experience. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they did exactly that. Both the women who did my mani and pedi were sweet, attentive, and personable! The rest of the staff was friendly as well. The price was what I was expecting and what I think is average for a nice mani/pedi. I even messed my toe up in the parking lot and went back in and they happily fixed it! I definitely recommend this nail salon.

I’ve been getting my nails done for 6+ years and I have never found a place like this one! The team work, cleanliness, the great work! There’s great music playing of all genres, variety of beverages (including sangria), and more! The owner does not hesitate to step in and do work. She was helping out the whole time I was there. While I was getting my pedicure she stepped in and made a recommendation for my nail shape and I LOVE it. She holds all of her workers accountable and everyone works together. The work is so nice and they get it done QUICK with the team work. I loved this aspect because sitting in the nail salon for hours is the last thing I want to do. Just do yourself a favor and go here! I drove 30-40 minutes for this place and it was well worth it!! This will be my permanent place

The Only VIP experience in the area. I was very impressed with The relaxing atmosphere, the salon is beautiful and the attentive staff, offers snacks and drinks as well as fast and friendly service. Extremely professional, I will definitely recommend and I will be coming here for now on. I was not harassed into wearing the mask. The way the salon is designed there’s no need. Everyone has plenty of space and it’s very clean.

I got a fill here and I must say it was the most enjoyable nail salon experience I’ve had ever. Everyone was so nice and professions and really made you feel comfortable. The price was a little higher than what I’m used to but my nails look way better than normal. Apparently, all my nails looked crooked before but now I can tell that they are straight and seem as though they’ll last a while. Not to mention the sangria was fabulous, but I didn’t want to mention that before because obviously I was there to get my nails done first and for most. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I believe I’ll be going back regularly. I was in and out fast which is what I need because I do not prefer to be sitting in a nail salon all day but the atmosphere here wouldn’t make me mind sitting there all day anyway. 10/10 would recommend to a friend

This was my second time here and I love this place! I find a lot of nail shops to be generic and interchangeable. But the vibe here is so fun. Not your typical nail place with with cheesy decor and boring “spa music.” It’s very high energy and they aim to get you in and out. I’m not a fan of nail places that take two hours to do a pedicure and manicure... both times I’ve been I’ve been out in an hour and ten minutes for a full set or fill with gel and a pedicure. If I want a long service I’ll take a spa day. You get all the perks (leg massage, sangria - even to go!) without taking half your afternoon! They work as a team here with people making sure your sangria or tea is filled and when it comes time do do your nails for gel they double team you so you’re in and out! The owner Lyn is always walking around making sure clients are happy. Prices are comperable and again love I’m not spending hours getting my service done but still walk out feeling pampered!

As soon as I walked in, I felt I was in the right place. Welcoming and professional. Normally, I have a difficult time making the nail tech understand that I dont want my nails force filed into the shape of the current fashion. Virginia, Sarah and Lee were all wonderful. Ill be looking forward to returning to a salon that respects my nails! I dont like using a dremel and Lee totally got that. He could see the ridges and dents left from the last manicure I had 2 months ago. Great spot & I sent a text early, got an immediate reply. 👍🤗 my nails are dipped. Post review: my fingernails tend to swing up as they move toward pinky. Disregard the angle of the photo! Thats3my natural nail, not a tip.

Just visited the Nail shop for the first time and I’m obsessed. I wouldn’t write a review for a place I didn’t absolutely love. Got a full set within twenty minutes and the outcome was amazing. Normally when I go to nail salons to get waxing I never like the outcome but I love the way she did my eyebrows. Pricing for each service was incredible, compared to most places. The experience was spa like and very relaxing. The owner, Lyn, along with each employee are all very welcoming and respectful. The salon itself is beautiful and very well decorated. There is a hair salon attached with great pricing as well, my mom came along and ended up having her hair done, which says a lot for someone who only does their hair herself. Already recommended this salon to my cousin and friends! If you’re looking for a good do it all salon, this is the place to go!

My Wife gives it a 2.5 actually, (cons)where not removing the acrilic when she ask her to do so...employees working to fast to move production... management calling out employees infront of customers making them look bad..(pros) really clean and attention to the customer.

I came here for french tips on my toes and hands. on top of the great atmosphere, unlimited sangria refills, and perfect music playlists, the boss lady proved to be running great business. as she finished up with her tasks, she helped out where she saw fit with some of her employees. i work in a call center, where supervisors walk up and down the isles acting as if they care about the pressure were under.... so to see that she stepped in where she saw she could help was amazing to me! that shows that she appreciates the helping hands in her shop, and for that, i definitely recommend stopping by for a service!

Being in the medical field I found it personally comforting to see the length the owner and staff have gone to to make the customers feel as safe from this virus as possible while taking care of the personal needs. They have a disinfectant area before you walk into the shop! VERY professional. IF ANYONE has a spare thermometer with disposable plastic sheaths, this will make this the perfect TRIAGE area. I felt extremely relaxed during my visit and highly recommended you visit. We could all use the attention on ourselves if only for 1 hour

Just left salon! This salon is incredible! They are taking the virus very seriously in order to protect people coming in to the salon! Do not be worried to come out and get your nails done because they have out done themselves in preparing the salon for this virus! A group of seven people were trying to come in while I was getting my nails done and did not want to be disinfected. Mind you, they were just in Australia. They were cussing out the owner when she is just following the law and keeping everyone safe!So if you are in need of a nail appointment or a relaxing day at a salon, this is the place to be!

Ive been to several other salons, but this one is the absolute best by a mile! Very welcoming, friendly, and customer-oriented. In other salons, the gals all chat among themselves, making the customer feel like an outsider whos intruding. Not here! Here, they are just as happy to chat with you as they are to just let you relax and be. They always offer (and then refill) sangria, iced tea or water in chilled tumblers, and theres always those amazing massage chairs at the end of your experience. Its the best. And the prices are very reasonable! Destiny did my pedicure this time and she was fantastic--gentle and meticulous. Ive had a French manicure here, too, and they did a gorgeous job (and it lasted 2 full weeks!) I love coming here!

This place is amazing! My friend told me about it since I had moved and needed a new spot. You can tell as soon as you walk in, you will be well cared for. They greet you immediately and ask what youd like from their HUGE menu of services (not just nails!) The owner is high energy and keeps that place efficient. She walks around to check in every client and talks to everyone as if theyre a good friend. They offer all kinds of drinks to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The massage chair after your service is such an added plus! Theyve also got cute little items for sale in the front of the shop...which during Christmas, they gave away small candles with any service. So nice! I was like, “yes” this is the way it should be done everywhere so people can still work and keep their business open. This shop...I flew in from California for a week right after breaking a nail and saw that this shop was highly rated. They saw about me immediately and answered all of the questions I had before giving me a perfect set of white nails.I decided I needed to get my eyebrows done also and was ECSTATIC when I saw the finished product. My eyebrows have never been done so quickly OR perfectly!I mentioned eyelashes and was informed that there was someone available to do them if Id like them done, of course with the experience I had with the other services I decided to get them done. They were done exactly as I asked, and in no time.I took pictures without makeup, jewelry, or a nice hairstyle so you all could see how naturally great the finished product was.This is definitely the place to go. Great people, great service, and the tea is pretty awesome too! They also offer massages, cupping, hair services, and a variety of pedicures that Ill be returning for before I leave. Hands down the best. Im a traveler with plenty of places to compare them to, and they still get the trophy.

So I’m fairly new to the area and I had been looking for a nail salon to go to hince the others around weren’t so great. So today I decided to stop in and I’m very pleased that I did so. Ruined my nails. I had two different nail techs for manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was messy and had a scratch so I had to redo my nails when I got home. Did gel manicure and left a bubble but they fixed it. I asked the guy not to grind my nails as they are weak. He said he had to for gel and destroyed my nail bed. I was horrified when the gel was removed. I didn’t plan on posting a review when I left as every nail tech is different and I did like the ambience of the shop. However, after seeing the aftermath of the manicure I feel like I need to warn others. Their techs need to be more detail oriented and listen to their clients more.

I was shocked at the price increase since January for the same services that I have received for more than 5 years. I understand a price increase but over 30% is a bit excessive. Add on services that were previously complimentary are now an additional surcharge as well. I did question the bill and the gentleman said they no longer offer combined mani/pedi discounts. I am hoping this was an error as he typically is not responsible for check out. In addition, it was a disappointment that my pedicure tech could only speak/understand a few words in English. I fell in love with this place because Lyn always made sure her staff spoke English or were in the process of taking English lessons and trying their best. Im not sure what has happened since January 10th when I was last there, but I hope they return to the shop that I have recommended to so many others.On the bright side, it was refreshing to see ANGELA and BELLA again!!! This is by far the best nail shop around. The owner takes care of her customers and her employees and it is clearly evident in every experience as soon as you walk through the door. The prices are right on point with a classy mani or pedi. Wine or tea is complimentary and your cup is never empty. The store is incredibly clean and has a very upbeat atmosphere. EDIT: Ive left my original review at the bottom of this. Ive had to change my review since I have last been here. When I originally went, it was a Wednesday evening and there was almost no other clients in the shop, we were catered to. I recently went in on a Sunday with my mother and grandmother for my mothers birthday and this place was completely different. I had made an appointment a few days prior and mentioned that when I walked in that we had an appointment (we were about 3 minutes early for our appointment, not late at all). We sat in the waiting area and they took our orders. Then they moved us to another area behind a bookshelf. We then waited for about half an hour only for another group of 3 to go in front of us. Its possible they had an appointment as well but they should have been prepared for that if that is the case. When the other group of 3 left, we were instructed to get up from our chairs and move over to the chairs the other 3 ladies were sitting in before. Myself and my mother looked at each other confused because this would be the third time we would have to move, we felt like we were playing musical chairs. It was especially irritating because my elderly grandmother was with us...you dont ask an elderly woman to move around several times while just waiting for their appointment. Already annoyed by this, we got up and moved to the other seats anyway. As we were sitting down, one of the employees came up to us and said in a VERY rude tone come one, get over here, we need you to move so we dont have to think!. This was said right in front of the owners daughter with zero repercussions, she didnt even flinch at the employees rude tone. Thats when we had to get up and leave. Being herded like cattle and having to wait over half an hour when we had an appointment was bad enough but were definitely not going to sit there and be spoken to like that. Thats absolutely unacceptable treatment of clients. I will never go back to this place.ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is without a doubt the best nail shop Ive ever been in. Always having the best time getting pampered by my lovely nail techs especially by Bella, Jubei, and Johnny. I never leave this place unhappy or unsatisfied. I even get my amazing glass or glasses of wine :) coming here makes my day

This place is unique, upbeat, relaxing, amazing. When you first walk in you think to yourself how different the place is to every other nail salon you visit. You will be greeted cheerfully first thing when you walk in. You will notice the wall detailing all of their prices, not the small sign all nail salons have showing their services. Once seated, Ms. Carol will offer you something to drink, and yes they do offer wine. While you get your nails done, a movie will be playing, or someone will definitely will talk to you trying to get to know you (because they care). They all help each other out. If someone else is done with their job, they will help the other person get you pampered. They remember their customers and their names. They will make you smile, laugh, and everyone will thank you for visiting their shop. Everything is clean, sanitary, organized. And you get to seat in a massage chair after youre done with your nails. This is what taking care of yourself should equal to when you decide to go to a nail salon. Nothing better than a family owned business that is genuine.

I cant say enough but this is hands down, the best, full service nail, hair, skin, makeup, all things self care shop Ive ever been to! You will not be disappointed. Impressive in every aspect, and I am tough to please! My favorite piece of peace for my personal care!

Today was my 1st time coming to this nail shop. I walked in and it was such an up beat positive energy! I was greeted by the owner. Her energy and customer service was top notch! Took her time to talk to me to see what I needed to get done. Didn’t feel rushed and she was happy to answer my questions. Took my drink order while I waited for a nail tech, which was not even a 5 min wait. My drink was waiting at the nail station for me. While sitting and getting my nails done. I got the pleasure of watching the owner take her time with this older lady to make sure she was happy and to help with her service. Was great seeing real customer service in a nail salon, it’s really hard to find that! I felt very well taken care of. The nail salon design is super cute! Huge price WALL so there’s no confusion about what you’re paying for. Prices were a little higher than what I’m use to but tbh with the service I received I would’ve gladly paid more! Loved my experience and I love my nails. Looking forward to going back in 2 weeks. Thank you Nail Shop for a great experience!
