Always clean, fast and friendly. What is pictured is gel polish only done by Hanna. My niece gets her acrylic nails done here (by different techs) and they always look picture perfect!Update: The stones were coming off the next day and by day 4 the gel on one nail was half off. I couldnt come in to get them fixed right away dye to work, so I went when I could (still within their guarantee period) and after waiting for 45 minutes I left, went and got some gel polish and stones and fixed it myself. I was told that there was no set time for how long the stones would last and the gel should last 2weeks. My argument was it wasnt even a week. My nails should last longer than that. When going to other salons my stones last at least 2 weeks and the gel until I take it off... Most times over a month.A relative stated that she also got pushback with this place when her nails had issues. This is a nice place, but I wont be returning. I want to know that a place is going to honor their guarantee and treat the customers that need to come back just like they would treat any other customer. The 3 people that approached me didnt make me feel comfortable.

I always love coming to La Lily! This salon is amazing and they always do an excellent job on my nails. Pedicures are super relaxing and manicures are very gentle! Highly recommend !

Appointments are necessary because they are so busy.... but they do take walk-ins and can pinpoint just how long your wait would be . When I first sat down the woman who tended to me was an older woman who was so cold and rude. She looked so bothered by me and like she really wasnt happy about me being her client. So I ask who the owner was she said she didnt see her and why? so I asked her is anyone else available? She said oh you want someone else? I said yes please and she grabbed her stuff and started speaking in her native language. So Im waiting like 15 min before the owner comes and tells me itll be at least another 15 min so I tell her its OK, Im going to leave, that is when Hannah said she felt bad that Id waited so long and shed do it. She was very professional and nice. I found this place on Google with good reviews and decided to try it out. With the exception of Hannah who made my experience better I was extremely disappointed with how I was treated.

Wonderful service! Definitely book an appointment before. They have many options for pedicures. The deluxe felt amazing! They are really attentive and thorough with their work. They offer water as well. Really clean and beautiful inside! Will definitely come back!

I went with my younger sister and they did amazing. I dont think Ive ever been to a nail salon that was this pretty, clean, professional, friends birthday, and did great work- especially since their prices are fair. Even if you dont have an appointment they make sure to get you seen quickly.Theyre choices of colors are a bit much (Im not good at choosing), but my sister loved all the options. We had an amazing time, so I will definitely go there again the next time I need to get my nails done.

Just moved to the area and decided to try this place but unfortunately my dip nails (on natural nail) looked way too bubbly, I was nicked on 4 fingers during the process, and after removing them my nail beds are completely destroyed. Ive been doing dip nails for years and have never had a problem with my nail beds. Also had my eyebrows waxed during the appointment and my stylist was not gentle at all.

Never had a pedicure in my life. I was greeted quickly and was in the chair in less than a minute. Great and friendly staff. The spa looks like it has been remodeled recently and is very clean. This is going to be a regular thing now! Highly recommended.

The place is extremely clean. Technicians do take protective sanitation precautions.Several of the technicians do not greet you. They just start talking, “ what color do you want, may I help you “ is the very least. The guy I use, does a much better job.

Hanna did an excellent job on my nails! She was impressed that my nails are real and long. She has a peaceful air around her and I will make an appointment with her in 2 weeks for a mani/pedi.

It was suggested by a male friend as I try to stay with the same nail person. and when I looked on FB -Williams name came up and I was lucky to get in with him. Everyone is very nice and they all do a great job. I took off my nails after wanting t get he clear acrylics and have been just getting pedis. They are all very friendly and welcoming. Lily Is also very 😊. I actually just stopped in last night before the holiday weekend ! Happy 4th!

The atmosphere was great and my tech jerry took his time in making sure my nails were clean and neat. Great service and the staff were super sweet. My boyfriend almost knocked out getting his Lil foot massage and that should tell y’all how comfortable and chill we were! Highly recommended will def come back!

I have been going to La Lily for about 6 months, getting my nails done by William. It’s almost an hour drive for me, but I was very happy with his work, so it was worth the drive. Last Friday, I had my appointment at 10am. I even double checked and made sure that’s when my appointment was. When I get there, I am told my appointment isn’t until 12. I was so upset, not only because I double checked, but I had no time to sit and wait like they suggested I do. I was told this happened because of her “language barrier”. Finally the main lady said I can get my nails done with someone else. I had no other option, but I did say I was so disappointed with the way I’ve been treated. She said “well in that case, no one will do your nails” and asked me to leave the salon!I will never go back there after being so disrespected as a customer.I do not recommend this place and their rude staff, including William. They treat their customers with no respect, obviously they don’t need them.

First time ever using their services and was very satisfied. Very clean and professional team. All safety protocols in place. Just went in for a manicure with a little design. My tech was William and he did a fantastic job! He was very detailed and did a beautiful design of exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be coming back. The new set up to protect customers and staff is great. Made me feel very safe. I loved how relaxed I was with my spa pedicure by William, his hands are the best! Cannot leave my guy James out, like always, he did an outstanding job on my white tip full set. My mom and daughter were also so relaxed during their pedi and loved their toes! My mom and I have been costumers of this salon for years up until recently I had no negative comments about this salon however last time I went I no longer felt like a valued costumer I understand that appointments must go first I have made an effort to try to always set an appointment however last time I went I did not I was kept waiting for an excruciating amount of time but honestly not what has bothered me because like I said I understand appointments come first what bothered me is I felt like they were in a rush to get to the next customer and while paying my mom told me she felt the same I dont know what  the nail tech heard that she told my mom and I there were cameras and she can replay what we said I dont understand what would cause her to say that to us I felt it  was disrespectful and uncalled for because of this unfortunately I will not be returning I still honestly wish them the best and hope something like this does not repeat itself.

I have been going here for 11 years now! I’ve tried other salons and I ALWAYS regret and find myself back here. My nails never chip, have never fell off and the two times In the 10 years that my polish has messed they fixed it. They always give me what I ask for at a fair price and it’s just a relaxing experience altogether. I’ll be back again and again and again. I refuse to let another salon touch my nails it’s a waste of money. I love the details and time that William and Lily put into my nails(I’m a perfectionist and I pay attention). Im always skeptical about where I go, but La Lilys never fails to amaze me and I love that its family owned versus a large chain. This was the first time since I had surgery on my finger that I went and got an acrylic full set, and I notified the nail technician, James, about it and he made sure to not hurt the sensitive area. In fact, Ive never had someone be so gentle in general. He was so careful to make sure to do it right and was so focused as well. A little sad they had to raise their prices, but it wont stop me from revisiting this location and requesting James. Its hard to find a good person who has a gentle hand and takes time to perfect what is being done. Definitely a 5 stars for James and the beautiful interior of the building. I cant complain too much about the prices because its hard to get a good set for less than $30 but I successfully did here. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone and will be returning for future purposes.

I don’t get out very often for nails/waxing, etc., but I always come to La Lily when I get the chance. The staff is wonderful (William = fantastic pedicures!) & the entire spa is spotlessly clean. Can’t recommend La Lily enough!

Nghia Le was my nail tech. He was professional and thorough. Took about an hour total for a full set and was extremely reasonably priced. Rewards program with a phone number sign up. Just moved to a bigger location in the same strip mall. Very clean. Awesome bathrooms. HUGE color selection. Will definitely return.

Very unhappy with my service. Wasted money. The lady who did my nails did them horribly and had to redo some nails because they were completely crooked. She had a horrible attitude towards me after and raising her voice in her language to another worker, she sent me over to another guy working. My nails were not all the same, I asked for round shape kept getting told later later later and they ended up square. And the guy knew I was Unhappy and charged me full price. I left no tip and will not be back. They are not skilled in doing nails and I couldn’t believe how rude they were because THEY messed up. Any other nail salon recommendations, please let me know.

I wanted my nails done last minute on Wednesday morning November 26. I called and was told to come right in. James was my nail technician. He is an extremely polite and attentive young man. I have never had a man do my nails. I want to say he is the best I have ever had. Why? First, he didnt speak in his language to other technicians or take phone calls while taking care of me. He only spoke briefly to others when spoken too. Second, he listened to my concerns. I have been very ill for over 10 years and when my Primary Doctor discovered what was wrong with my health, he put me on medications that required almost a year to rectify my problem. I unfortunately had another health issue which required strong medicine for 7 days. All these medications have affected my nails. James performed gel dipping at my request. But he on his own made additional layers and literally restored a protective coating that made my nails look longer and more full than what he had to work with. He is very humble. He did not say anything about the additional layers. My nails are beautiful. They are protected, strong and do not hurt when touched. This salon charges less and does more than any salon I have ever gone to. I do believe James was a blessing from God.

Love this salon. William is the best. A real artist! My nails have never looked so good.

Ive been going here for years! My nails always turn out great and they always spend time on me. Sometimes it gets busy and the wait is long, but otherwise no complaints!! It is definitely a great price, plus all the nail techs remember us regulars! Its the only nail place I go to, definitely recommend.

Lilly is absolutely amazing!, I told her I was in a hurry and she finished my fill in 15 minutes while making me laugh the whole time! And my nails came out so beautiful! I will DEFINITELY be back to see her and mom again!

I love La Lily Nails & Spa. I’ve been a patron since they opened. My nails always look fantastic. The pedicures are always solid and I’d suggest treating yourself to a deluxe pedicure. Lily and her Mom are the only people that touch my eyebrows. Wonderful family running a wonderful, clean, consistently great spa experience.

The guy working the front desk was extremely rude . He was telling me I need a fill in over and over agin she I stated I just wanted a polish change. He kept making comments saying my nails would be ugly. I had a long day I don’t have time to deal with foolishness I’m the customer no matter how he personally feels he should go out his way to please the customer. I don’t like the way I was treated and I will not be back he needs some coaching on how to talk to customers because his customer service skills was horrible wish I had a his name.

This is an amazing business!!! The full pedicure that you receive there will put you to sleep...they do not reuse the utensils, they open up a new pack of utensils per person..theyre prices are very competitive...people are very friendly and the salon is beautiful.

I have been regularly getting acrylic nails done for years! Nowadays, I only get my nails done at La Lily’s Nail Salon. All the technicians are super friendly, they always go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and give them exactly what they ask for! After I started going to La Lily’s anytime I have ever gotten my nails done elsewhere I’ve been extremely disappointed. The Salon owner, Lily just recently upgraded the salon and the new location is absolutely gorgeous, she stays on top of ordering all the new products and polishes so theres always so many options to choose from! I am sooo thankful, I found a nail salon that I am beyond satisfied with because let’s be honest every girl is happier when their nails are on point! If you ever leave the nail salon unsatisfied, I highly suggest stopping by Lily’s Salon, you’ll never want to go anywhere else!

The owner was not welcoming to me at all and seem as if she did not want to do my nails. I hope it had nothing to do with race, but she sure was welcoming to the other customers who were caucasian that walked in. This would be the last time i will ever support this shop i don’t recommend it to people of color. Some of the employees were nice thankfully.

I have always come here to get my nails done due to it being literally 2 minutes from my apartment, but lately the service has been getting worse and worse. At first my nails always looked good and I loved the place. But the last couple times my nails have looked not the best and the nail tech have sucked. I had a male nail tech 2 weeks ago and he was literally the entire time (sorry this is gross) picking ear wax out of his ear and he obviously had a cold and kept wiping his nose on his arm. It was disgusting!! He charged me 20 dollars for a gel manicure. Now yesterday I had a newer nail tech who I am skeptical of even having a license because she doesn’t have her own desk and I have never seen it. She was being SO rough on my hands to the point she was cutting me with a file. Then while taking off my cuticles literally ripped my skin off and I was gushing blood. She didn’t say sorry or anything just kept working and would occasionally put cotton on it to dry up the blood. It was bleeding on and off the rest of the day and it is very sore today. While painting my nails she didn’t clean any of the excess so my nails look like I have done them myself. After she realized and my nails were already dry from the light she took a VERY rough file and tried to file off the excess nail polish which hurt pretty bad. I am more mad that she never once apologized for cutting me. She charged me $25 for a gel manicure which is confusing since I just had one for 20? But they seem to always switch back and forth between the pricing of my gel manicure.I am ONLY giving 3 stars because I know Lily the owner and Kim do good work and actually care. Otherwise no, I would go somewhere else.

I love this place.! Nails perfect to the point and the staff very nice.! Specially Kim, Tom and the rest of them. Now, Owner needs to work on her professional customer service skills. When you ask for something different on your nails staff ask her and she responds with little actitud. I keep going there for Kim and Tom. Owner is not that nice sometimes... needs to improve her Customer Service Skills. 1 unhappy customer, will bring a 1,000 more unhappy customers.

Worst nail experience ever. I came on Sunday for a fill but mostly a color change since I had my nails done the week prior I just broke one. So I went in and they started on me right away. Which was great. But the old man kept cutting me and kept trying to keep my hands in the uv light the whole time (usually a couple times is normal not the whole process). Then the polish he put on me was old because it appears patchy on my nails in the light. I tried to over look it but ever other people were commenting on them. So I came back and the lady at the salon told me I should have told them when I get it done.. I understand that but it’s not noticeable until you have natural lighting and their salon is dark. She asked me to come back at 7. And I told her no and I would come back tomorrow. But after careful thought I decided to stay because I drove 30 minutes through traffic to get here and for her to say “come back” kinda ticked me off. And her acting as if nothing was wrong got me upset as well. Needless to say I will never come back here. It could have been a simple fix of just adding another layer or using a darker pink. But of course not. Never again.
