Okay so I got a gel mani & pedi with French tip and it came out to $88 . I have never in my life paid that much for a set with no acrylic . They charged me $6 to fix my broken toenail but where the other $82 came from??? Idk. I had to tell the lady MULTIPLE times to fix my toes and it was so bad the lady who did my hands took over. Basically I’m never going back here again. Ridiculous prices for less than mediocre work. I am not happy at all. I’d give them a 2 but they were kind, and I overall think my nails are okay but they are chipping ALREADY ! Like I said I won’t be back and I wouldn’t recommend them.

Ive been a regular here since 2016 and I only have praise for the employees and the work they do. They are super friendly and professional. My nails always look great after the ladies are done, no matter how much I beat them up or come in with my nails looking like a hot mess! I recommend A & Q nails to everyone.

It was my first time coming here I was running late I got here at 7 and I know that they close at 7:30 but they did an excellent job theyre really nice my nails and toes look perfect Ill definitely be back

The lady that did my nails was trying to move way too fast. It was super annoying because I could tell she was doing a really bad job, and overall was just an uncomfortable experience. It was early in the morning and I was the only one there. So she finished maybe 10 min quicker, but did an absolutely horrible job.

While it has been awhile since I have visited A & Q Nail Salon, I must say that I had a wonderful experience when I stopped by on Tuesday afternoon this week for a pedicure. It was a treat for myself as I usually just stop in for eyebrow waxing but I was in need of some pampering that day. I was greeted immediately and escorted to a massage chair where I was asked if I would like a beverage. The massage chair was adjusted to my liking and it was truly heavenly sitting there. The pedicure was wonderful. There was so much massaging and pampering going on I thought, perhaps, they had no heard me when I asked for the basic $25 pedicure. Surely all of these attention was going to cost me more. Nope, it was only $25! I was so relaxed and felt so pampered when I left there. I may have to treat myself more often. While there was relaxing music playing in the background throughout the salon I must say that I was put off by the three television screens in the business tuned to the Christian Television Network. As a non religious person I fell that its not really appropriate in this atmosphere. Most of my time was spent with my eyes closed enjoying the relaxing pedicure.

The worst nail experience Ive ever had I was getting a manicure and a pedicure they started with my pedicure I didnt even get my nails done thats how bad of an experience I had I could of done my toes like this at home .

Honestly the best nail place you could go too. Very clean and great quality work and customer service. My grandmother has been coming here for 25+ years and for the last year I’ve been a customer as well. Absolutely lovely and actually take care of your nails and make sure you are satisfied with everything before you leave. I’d suggest you trying this place out if you’re looking for great nail work :)

Ive had nicks before but this is the first time Ive actually bled during a manicure. My fingers are still sore from all the nicks. Not a great impression for a first time walk-in.

Great place for a pedicure. Nancy does a great job never rushing or preoccupied, always focused on her client (s). A clean well maintained salon. Much better than La Lilly Nails on Gunn Hwy.

Took my husband here for his birthday. I got him the Citrus Spa pedicure. I think he had a pretty good time. he seemed very content with a glass of wine in one hand while the lady be was massaging his feet and legs. all the while were sitting in the massage chair. I think at some point he actually fell asleep.

Worse and most rushed pedicure ever. Technician did not listen to my needs even with an interpreter More expensive than salons in the area. Was there for less than 15 minutes . Pedicure was $25 - have natural nails so no polish applied or taken off. Little done to nails or cuticles. Heels barely scrubbed. Would not use a buffer/ polisher on my nails unless I paid extra. They make you announce your tip and repeat it out loud for everyone to hear which is very unprofessional. Nails would look better if I had done them myself. First and last visit there.

Nice technicians and fast service, but went so quickly that the job was rushed. I got dipped nails and they put my fingers directly into the jar of powder which is very unsanitary. The powder on several of my fingers was not buffed down/shaped enough and is very thick. Was too rough when doing my cuticles and tore skin off several of my fingers. Will not be going back.

Went with my daughter to get pedicures. Was asked to sit at a chair that they already filled with like warm water. They turned it on and then as the guy came a started on my daughter I waited. . Waited... waited...waited at least 25 minutes before anyone came to check on me. At this point the water was cold. The guy who did my pedicure did ok until he sprayed my legs with cold water. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice employees with a nice environment. They cater to the customers needs. Pedi includes foot massage and back massage chair. Mint scrubs. Bags and gloves used. Very clean, which is a must! Its my new place to go

Been going here many years. Its usually very good, with few issues. Ive had better luck not making appointments but I guess thats just the nature of the business.

They may be a little more expensive than other places but the offer excellent services and do an excellent job. If you want to be spoiled this is an excellent option. I have been going here on and off for at least 6 years now. Always a great experience!

These people are outstanding. Good technicians and very accommodating/professional. Every year I have a group of pals that come from Canada for US Thanksgiving. AQ Nails is always our first stop!!

I paid for my nails ams got a basic pedicure ans aveylics and it came up to 72.00 they didnt even do my nails round even tho i asked for an almond shape multiple times and they didnt paint under neath the nail so it looks transparant its good, but for what i paid, not worth it

Horrible! I asked for design on all nails and was given 2 because she was rushing cuz she had another client. Gel polish already coming off of 2 nails and 1 nail coming off all together even though I told her to put some glue on it.

I came in for a walk in and I dont like how rude they treat you when you first walk in as If I know how things work there .I gave them a design I wanted and he said sns 40 dolla, I was like okay. Then when I wanted to make sure the shape was how I wanted it was extra 5 dollars . Its just like they try to get the most out of you and they arent clear with pricing. The man who did my nails was so rough with the filing I had to put ice on my nails afterwards and Ive never had a pain like that before at other places ! Seriously worst experience ever, Im glad the nails turned out alright but last time coming here, I regret tipping because I was in pain afterwards. this was one of the worst nail salon experience and I wouldnt wish this upon anyone. Please be warned, its painful and for the price it was NOT worth it.

Avoid this salon at all costs! My mani-pedi yesterday was so rushed and sloppy, I was winded by the time it was done. The nail tech failed to actually paint my nails completely, and then couldnt understand me when I asked to her paint them correctly. She couldnt simply slow down to do it right. Then she waxed my eyebrows - except that she waxed off part of my right brow! My pedicure was also smugged. Essentially, everything that could go wrong did go wrong. I wouldnt recommend this nail salon to anyone. Please heed this warning!

Ive been a fan for years but yesterday had a rushed manicure while I was getting my pedicure and the pedicure is the worst Ive gotten there. Not sure Ill go back.
