I came to this salon because it had the best reviews in the area. I wanted an ombré French set for our wedding. The staff was friendly and prices were reasonable. My nails are beautiful but I was cut twice in the process because the shop was busy and the technician was rushing to get to other customers. The acrylic also doesn’t go all the way to the edge on several of my nails.

I have had 2 pedicures here and they were both fantastic. But today I had the best pedicure I have ever had from Brian. I chose the Almond Pedicure ind it was amazing. Brian definitely did some reflexology on my feet. I am a massage therapist and I left there feeling just as good as I felt after an amazing massage. I will definitely be back!

This place is amazing. Andy always does a phenomenal job. Never have had an issues in the 4 years Ive been going here. Space is clean and inviting. They are quite busy most days, I would suggest making an appointment if attempting to go mid afternoon.

I had a manicure & my bf & I had the best pedicure of our lives which included an exfoliating scrub, massages with lotion, frozen cucumber, hot stones, hot towels, & more! I wish we could do it every day! The techs are meticulous and your nails will look devine!

I really liked my nails the first time I came here. My nail tech was Mindy. She was so funny and gave me exactly what I wanted!I went again last week, and I’m pretty disappointed.I didn’t have an appointment (I’ll start making them from now on) so maybe that’s on me. This time, my nail tech was sweet and funny, but the outcome wasn’t great. My nails are all different lengths on the opposite hand,they’re unnaturally thick too (could just be because I got them short though) and looking at them closely, I can tell there are a few parts of my nails on each hand that don’t have any polish at all. I couldn’t say much cause I had work in a couple of hours and didn’t want to have to risk redoing everything. Like I said, great experience the first time, the pedicures I’ve had in between have been great.. but this last time was unsatisfying. I will definitely try them again with Mindy in the future, but I’ll be looking elsewhere in the meantime.

I’m new to the Tampa area and got recommended here from a coworker. Personally they made me feel rushed. The woman who did my polish on my toes left polish on the side of toe and also left one bumpy. And than the man who was supposed to do my nails declined to even greet me just pulled on the wrap on my nail and looked at me annoyed. At that point I didn’t want my nails done just tooken off. I asked if he could just take off my nails. I wanted my old set took off and my natural nail trimmed. He walked away. Another lady took my set off but never trimmed my nails or anything. Not a bad place if your in a rush I guess.

Came back here because I liked the service in my nails looked nice they charged me $55 I’m I left a $12 tip. Well this second time around got the same thing same length in the guy charged me $85 in I asked before he started my nails. I think that that was very unprofessional so his tip was included in the price. Spoke with the lady up front in she pretty much lied in my face saying the last lady said she charged you $75 but she know that’s incorrect because she’s the one who cashed me out. I just knew I had a new fave nail salon nope I won’t be back. You can keep your discounts that got offered after you charged my card after i complained.

I have been going to Be Nails since they opened. I have times that I take breaks and dont have my nails done regularly. Ive been recently having my nails done by Peter who has been great. However, today I went to have my gel nails removed (not Peter)and to give my nails a break before having them put back on next week and they rushed me, barely filed or buffed my nails. Didnt offer a manicure after seeing the shape my nails were in and I didnt ask because I didnt want to be rushed through another service. Very disappointing!

I have been coming here for about a year, and I absolutely love it! Everyone is really nice and are always happy when me and my sister comes in. Plus, they do my nails beautifully! Definitely recommend it!

My nails are super thin from having them done other places and really just wanted a pretty color and to strengthen them. I have had the dip powder done other places and it is always too thick BUT here it is thin and perfect. Doesnt even feel like its there! I will be back again and again. Very pleased with my nails.

Lo is the best!!! I have been going for over 4 years, I moved and still drive 20 minutes to get my nails done. I feel like family, I don’t have to tell Lo what I want I just sit down and she does my nails according to my personality. I love 💕 the that I don’t have to worry about designs she is so creative.

Im very disappointed with the services at Be Nails today! Ive been coming here for over a year now & tomorrow is my birthday Sunday, 3/21/21. I spoke to Lo & told her I have my ID in order to get a 10 percent discount & she refused to give me a discount knowing that I come to this shop every two weeks. Lo excuse was that Im suppose to get a text to my phone, since when you check in you accumulate points everytime. I check in with my number every visit & I never received a text message. And she did not honor the discount for my birthday & she was very unpleasant! My ID is proof enough that my birthday is tomorrow. I will be taking my services else where. I refuse to do business here again!

My 12 year old daughter wanted to get her nails done today. She called several places to check prices and hours. She asked BE Nails salon what time they closed and the employee said 7:30pm. Its the same time that is listed on google and the front door of the salon. We got there at 6:55pm and it was dark inside with an employee standing outside. I asked the employee if they were closed and she said yes, we closed early today. I told her that google, the front door, and the employee we spoke with at 6pm said they closed at 7:30. She didnt really seem to care. We will not be spending our money here. Poor business practice loses customers

I am VERY picky about my pedicures and I constantly drop salons for messing up. Lili gave me one of the best pedicures I’ve had in a few months. I got the citrus scrub for $45 and it entailed a lot more than i thought. She did not rush through the process and made the experience worth while. They also give u a glass of wine. I was very pleased and will be coming back!!

I have been coming to this salon for almost 3 years. I love the owners (Brian and Lo) of this place. I like that everyone can speak English so there is no confusion on what you want or what you will receive. Prices are fair and they always take there time with care of service. Sophie and Mindy are who do my nails and pedicures and I have no complaints. Their work lasts, they are sweet and professional, and both perfectionists. Which I love because I am really picky with my nails. I recommend !!

Love this place, they have a great color selection, you can even get the exact same color for dip, gel and regular polish if you want. Everytime I leave my nails look so clean and elegant. If you are doing a mani try to get Sophie, but for waxing Judy is the best!

The “Relax” pedicure was everything I needed with all the craziness in the world at this moment .... highly recommend! The staff was helpful and cooperative of all the safety regulations that have been put into place. I truly got to relax and get pampered. Will be visiting again.

It was my first time coming here on 9/11, I really love my nails but the guy who did my fill in left so many cuts around my cuticles when he was using the drill :( If I didnt have so many cuts, they would get a 5 star.

I been with the salon since it open 5 yrs ago and it’s a wonderful place to get your nails and toenails done everyone is nice and friendly.

I absolutely love this nail spot! The owners are so loveable and the staff is great! I have ruined polish a few times and they dont get mad like other places they laugh it off and fix it happily! Pre corona i used to take my little one in and the owner would always have a lollipop ready for him! The colors are great and they can do any designs there! What i love the most is the cleanliness of the spa. The restroom is always clean and doesnt smell of a strong acrylic scent in there! Go see them asap! You wont regret it!

If you want your manicure to last just a couple of hours, this is the place for you. My nails started chipping a couple of hours after I got my manicure and the manager couldnt care any less. NEVER AGAIN!

Did not prep nails, polish did not cover the nails properly, left exposed natural nail on most all fingers, very rushed procedure and it shows!! poor quality, high price ..this place literally sucks....do not recommend..

Reasonable prices, excellent service and I like that I can get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I also like the points program. It makes me loyal to them because I want to keep accumulating points to earn rewards. And its super convenient to where I live. Always a good experience.

My husband and I went for the very first time since we’ve moved to the area. It was my husbands first time actually getting a pedicure. He enjoyed it. I absolutely love this nail salon! I went in yesterday to get a full set, I was offered a new product and did not like the outcome of my nails (the nail tech Sophie did an amazing job, it was the product I wasn’t completely satisfied with) but Brian redid them the way that I wanted (without hesitation and happy to do so) and I left completely satisfied!! The owners are very sweet and they always make each and every one of their customers feel like they’re welcome. They also provide complimentary beverages and provide discounts to neighboring companies. They provide excellent customer service so I will continue to come here for my beauty needs!!

We used to go to another nail place not too far from this one that was nice also but they werent as friendly and always acted like you were a bother to them as if they didnt need your business.

No listed prices anywhere. She pulled a price for my nails out of thin air. Told me I “must” get gel in order to get a marble design on four of my nails. Told me “don’t worry, it’s close in price”. I only got only a FILL for my acrylics and it came out to 50 dollars. Nobody should be forced to get gel in order for them to do a marble design on four fingers. I should not have been forced to do that on all of my nails nor been lied to about price up front. She ultimately did not even do what I asked for.

My first time going here and I will definitely be a returning customer! The staff is very nice and friendly! And in all the times Ive had SNS done on my nails, getting them done here has been the BEST theyve ever been. I highly recommend going here. Clean, great prices AND friendly staff- Im in!

Went here for the first time yesterday and was a little disappointed. The guy who greeted me was so sweet and friendly but the woman who did my nails was not so much. She asked me if I wanted my nails cut. I told her no cutting and to leave them that length because I wanted to grow them out. So instead she filed them all down super super short three different times. She never really gave me the chance to look at my nails or approve of them. After she was finished, I noticed that she did not paint my entire nail (so they already look grown out). Also, the nail polish wasnt thick enough so I can see through the color in some spots. Then she tells me what I owe her, but as she hands a paper to the lady at the desk, I am told I owe a higher price than originally said. Disappointed, I paid anyways since Im not one to complain. I will give the location one more chance before I find someone else.

I’m sad to be writing this review as I’ve had wonderful experiences here in the past. I asked for an SNS powder manicure and specifically asked what colors were SNS, as this powder conditions your nails. I picked a color and was told the powder color would be a little darker (red flag number 1) which it was by at least 3 shades, and further the powder was not SNS but a different brand (the application process was also different). My cuticles were not cut at all. I was asked if I wanted my nails cut and I said no, that I wanted to try and keep them as long as possible, and she proceeds to cut two of my nails VERY short and now my nails are uneven. I was also asked if I’d like a beverage, to which I said yes, and the beverage was never brought to me. All of this resulted in a hefty $35, which I feel is ridiculous given the lack of service. Two stars because the service was quick, only about 30 minutes. I get my nails done regularly and I was very disappointed by this experience!

Went to Be Nails for the 1st time. Charlie was VERY personable & funny. They were able to fit us in with little wait. My daughter got gel polish, pedicure and i had beautiful tips put on. Jessica took her time to explain and also found the color close to a gel nail I picked. This salon is so much better than the others in the area who are rude, seem inconvenienced and dont appreciate my business! I will definitely be back!

Love love love this place. The gel lasted a month and then some until I got a chance to go back and get a fill. Everyone there is nice even when you walk in right before closing, which I wouldnt recommend you do, only to be curtious .they want to go home just like everyone else after a long day.none the less they will help you and not have an awful attitude..You might hear a word or two but thats ok.they do a great job at everything. I wouldnt go anywhere else but here...the place is very clean and organized. And they take their time, if you dont like something them say so,or else they wont know and will continue...So dont be mad at them if you dont speak up until after they are done. Best crewever

Jessica did a fabulous job on my nails! She was so sweet and accommodating. I ran in today to have my old powder nails removed because I was in a hurry for a dinner date with friends. They were done horribly and I didnt want to go back to the place I was getting them done in Wiregrass mall. Jessica did a complete set of SNS so quickly and efficiently. They look beautiful! I will definitely be back and will tell all of my friends to go to Be Nails!

The guy doing my nails seemed too busy watching TV. I had the powder dip done and he didnt even clean up around the edge of my nails. My cuticles look worse than they did when I came in. Also I used my natural nails and now they dont look natural.
