I’m new to Tampa and finding a good nail salon is challenging! I’ve tried a few places and Posh Nails and Spa is the perfect nail salon for me, my nails look amazing and exactly what I was looking for! All the nail techs are extremely nice andprofessional and their work says it all!

As a walk-in I was welcomed ..seated quickly and the girl who did my nails …did an amazing job but talk about an unpleasant experience . I would’ve love to experienced the bubbly welcoming energy the gentleman had who ran the front . Even with attempting convo and giving a tip and saying I would like to schedule again the young lady just seemed as if she did not wanna bother with me and couldn’t wait till I left . Maybe she was having a bad day but I personally would never come back or recommend this place not due to the quality of the work of the front desk but do to the lack of interpersonal skills and off putting energy I received by myNail technician . Also who wouldn’t want to make more money by adding a little gem here and there and she shut me down with no one else waiting on the salon .. just weird customer service skills to me

Absolutely love this place! This is my second visit here and I have enjoyed it both times.The environment is extremly clean and well kept. Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Enjoyed the conversation and professionalism from the staff. Will definitely be bring me and my daughter back for monthly appointments.

After searching and trying out a bunch of nail salons in the area, I found posh nails and I am so happy! Trina does an amazing job on my dip powder manicure every time. Always clean here and making an appointment is so easy.

I had a good experience here at this location. The staff was very professional and the quality was there. They had really good customer service and went over and beyond to make sure I got what I needed from start to finish. The music was relaxing, the store was clean, and the vibe was just right. I definitely would recommend coming here. I booked an appointment ahead of time to avoid any overbooking or wait times. So this is something that I would recommend.

I was in search of a nail salon closer to me and I found Posh Nails & Spa on Google. I saw that they had amazing reviews and a 4.7 star rating and I knew I had to visit their salon. I scheduled an appointment using their online booking system which was such a user friendly and easy process. I loved that the system sent me an email and text message reminder. Once I walked into the salon, I was greeted by Trina and Tronie walked me to his work station. Tronie was truly incredible! He was patient, warm, friendly and had me laughing the entire time. Tronie is so talented and his attention to detail really reflected in his work because I absolutely loved my nails. Tronie and Trina are so kind, professional and their customer service showed that they cared about their clients. I highly recommend everyone to go to their salon because it is an experience like none other. I have found my new nail salon and I will be telling everyone to check them out from now on!

I stumbled upon this place and glad I did. Tronie does my nails and does an excellent job! Everyone is very friendly and accomodating. The shop is very clean, the atmosphere is chic and relaxing with Jazzy Lounge music.I highly recommend Posh Nail and Spa.

I just completed my 1st experience with Polish today and I must say they set a very good 1st impression. I am out of town so I didnt think I would find a nail salon that is comparable to the one at home, but they proved me wrong. They where clean and very professional they used fresh files and clean tools.I was able to book online and make sure they carried the gel polish that I normally get on my toes ( OPI bubble bath). The service I choose was Pedi in a box with gel French for my feet 🦶 The experience was so relaxing and my feet looks 👀 amazing. Check out the photo below.

Trina is such a sweetheart. My first time trying this place as I needed to find a new one, and she listened very carefully to what I wanted and delivered 100%. My nails went from Walmart to Gucci. Recommend to anyone who want a peaceful atmosphere with pleasant conversation.

I came here with my boyfriend and my sister and I got my Medi Pedi. The environment was very relaxing and I enjoyed my level of service done by Lee. They offered me wine, water, or Coke and of course I chose the wine option lol. They were very professional and the store was very clean. They practiced social distancing, which I felt comfortable about their location. I definitely recommend coming to their shop! I would definitely suggest that you make an appointment before coming to make sure that they are not booked!

I came here to get my nails done for my wedding and Trina did an excellent job while keeping my natural nail shape and gave us amazing customer service too. Tronie did my MoH and was able to replicate a pretty complicated design off of Pinterest with 0 problem. 100% would recommend.

Came in as a walk-in - was promptly seen and had a very informative session (about my nails) with Tronie who did a Gel mani. And then I had Lee who did a great job on my pedi. Both guys were were very nice and did a excellent job!

Try them out and very happy with my nail today. The nail tech that took care for me have really good skill. The result of his work turned out exactly what I wanted. The price very reasonable. For the same nail design, I paid $150 in Miami, I ended pay ONLY half of what it is and its better what I expected as well.

I am a REGULAR customer to this business since they opened. My last appointment, I had to wait over an hour to get my nails and pedicure done. Mind you, I had an appointment! They took walk ins with no regards to their consistent clients and an appointment. Today, since they obviously take walk ins, I showed up with no appointment and was told I could come back in 3 hours. Really? Only 3 people there getting services. I’m done! You’ve lost a loyal customer. Be consistent in your practices. There’s far too many nail salons for this!

I want to start off by saying that posh used to be my favorite nail spa to go to. Mr. Lee is amazing, he has serviced my pedicures for two years, always professional and personable, Sitting in his chair was always very pleasant .But the last three times i’ve Missed Mr. Lee (WAS NOT THERE ) and have NOT enjoyed my time or the outcome of my services . I know you are probably thinking why did I go back? honestly The location is convenient and like I mentioned after Two years I didn’t want to just give up after one bad day .The Fact that the owner Trina Is Rude (Not Her first time). I came in asked for a pedi and fill simple no design gel polish . I was not Greeted once Trina came from the back . my pedicure was done poorly and I was denied a fill because she said they didn’t have time, ( at 3pm) .... It was only myself and one other customer there being serviced by her husband . No Thank you or farewell even after I paid .

I’ve been faithful to a nail salon since i was 14 but today they were wayyyy too busy so i picked the next place closest and found a gem. Kylie did my nails so beautifully. My toes on the other hand I’m not too happy with some older man did them but i didn’t say anything. Long story short i found my new nail place. Just not my toes.

I came in today to get a full set and pedicure in the most safe manner with COVID 19. This salon was more than I could rate. They practice safety the entire time. Very kind and open to what I wanted. They executed customer service on every level. I’m extremely happy with my service. They even gave me a few laughing moments. I will be back on two weeks.

I have always been faithful to my nail tech, even though he was almost 40 minutes away. But, after coming in a few weeks ago for a pedicure and meeting the owner I decided to come back and give it a shot. I rate it a one star because every single time I make an appointment, they are not organized, I go in around 2:25 and my appointment is at 2:30 it’s 3:20 and I’m still waiting because they have someone else while it’s my time plus they glued on my nail crooked other times when I go in for my appointment when I show them they say they don’t know how to do it but it’s wrong because they receive good reviews that they don’t deserve, also they charge a lot for a simple small set

They put in work to do the simple stuff

Employee named Lynn gave me the wrong address. Sent me to the middle of nowhere, and had me driving for over an hour and using lots of gas. Upon arrival finally at the correct address, no apology was offered nor an attempt to make the situation right. This place operates on no integrity or accountability, and you can expect to be picking up the pieces of their mistakes yourself.
