First time visit to this salon and I was very pleasantly surprised with the professional quality service. You get complimentary soda, water, or a glass of wine. My pedicure looks amazing and my manicure is spectacular. Clean, organized and well-run established nail salon offering excellent nail services. My girl was Lynn! Wow! What a pro!

Went here for the first time today and I was a little skeptical going in based on some reviews but I’m so happy that I did cause I love my nails! I got a full set from Anna and she was so methodical and attentive to detail which I really appreciate cause some people at other places just try to get you in and out as fast as possible. I will be coming here more often

Pink & White is an excellent nail salon! I never have to wait and my nails (toes and fingers) last 2/3 weeks! The ladies are always professional and the one time I had a nail come off (my fault btw) they fixed it with NO CHARGE a week later!

I wasnt sure about this place after the reviews I read, but I enjoyed the pedicure. Brie was very professional and the deluxe pedicure she did for me was very good. I was happy with the service, so will definitely keep on going there.

My basic pedicure was fine and my tech was very nice. My teenage daughter was here for a basic manicure; however, the nail tech gave my daughter a matte manicure (whatever that is) and the charge for the manicure for a child was $38! They did not even confirm with me the upgrade and the tech was rude and dismissive to my daughter. We will not go back.

I had a wonderful experience! everyone was very kind and helpful! i dont know anything about nails and they helped me get exactly what i wanted! everything is very sanitary and you can tell they take cleanliness very seriously. everything is super duper fancy, and it just feels so luxurious! i would recommend this place to anyone with half a braincell!edit: i forgot about the massage chairs! they are wonderful! all chairs should be massage chairs i think

This place has really declined. Went in for a pedicure and the lady didn’t even look at me once to even say hello or greet me. She obviously does not like her job, and was busy talking to the other lady and listening to all the conversations in their language. She was a busy body talking to people across the salon. Anyways doesn’t matter, there are nail salons on every corner. I’ll just go somewhere else. No thanks! America land of capitalism, tons of competition! Bye bye

Reception says 5 minute wait when you tell them the two girls you have there need to be somewhere, take one of them to hold you ransom. I understand my schedule is not there problem, but why is honesty undermined by profit. And then at the end I read my wifes email to me is far as directions exactly at the end come to find out that they up sold miners, awesome.

Ana and T never disappoint! Beautiful salon, friendly girls and they use great products. I get the OPI dip and it lasts a solid month! Highly recommend.

This nail salon really does everything right in regard to cleanliness and proper sanitizing protocol. The prices and services are great too. Anna did a great dip manicure on me and I will definitely be back.

Tina from Pink & White Salon is the absolute best for your nails & toes. She is extremely particular and makes sure everything is perfect to your liking. She is also very clean and always uses the best products. Highly recommend her.

I have come here a couple times and I am a forever client! My nail tech Lan is professional, pleasant and does beautiful work! The space is clean and they practice all the cleaning standards and more required today. I highly recommend!

This place is great! Went during my lunch break to get my nails painted and she was done in less than 30 min which was amazing. My nails look amazing and are still well put.

Super friendly. Too bad they don’t offer free wine anymore. But it’s understandable because of covid. Hopefully they find a way for that to return!!

Lynn and Anne were absolutely wonderful. I had the premium pedicure and my mother had the deluxe. Both are attentive and great with the leg massage. Definitely took their time and made sure we didnt feel rushed. Will definitely be back to see them.

I’ve been a customer at Pink and White since they opened approximately 5 years ago. The owner Charlie listens to his clients, he invests into his business, makes improvements and ensures the excellent service provided by the employees is top notch and always consistent! The employees are happy working here, they are very pleasant when interacting with the clients and they give their clients ‘space’ or ‘quiet time’ so they can relax and enjoy their experience! I have lots of favorites but to name a few...... Wanda, Lynn, T, V, Julie, Tina and many more! I ADORE 🥰 these ladies! Oh, and Charlie too.... can’t leave him out!

Vy is wonderful shes sweet and a great nail tech.

This salon is impeccably clean and the staff very friendly. The technician offers you a beverage when you begin, and they always do a nice job. Best of all, they use disposable nail kits and sterilize anything else after every customer.

Terrible service. Called for an appointment at 2:00. They said sure. I arrive at 2:00 and they want me to wait 40 minutes because they had walk ins. If you are going to serve walk ins before a scheduled appointment then don’t take appointments. Terrible. I won’t be back.

I used to love going here. It was my go to salon but after my last visit Im never going back. Lady who was doing my pedicure cut my toe while she was taking dead skin on foot. She told me it wasnt her that did it. I started bleeding. She finally apologized and that was it.. I paid for pedicure and they never gave my change back. Was only $3 but still

Had a pedicure here today for the first time. The session itself was very nice and relaxing. The establishment was clean and aesthetically appealing. I was offered water upon starting my service. The only reason I gave this place a 4 star rating is because it seemed a bit impersonal, the employees talk more to themselves then to their clients. But overall I definitely see myself coming back here.

Ive been going to this salon for a year now, and absolutely love them. I like to ask for Wanda or Holly, they always do a great coffin shape. But almost anyone you have will do a great job (I havent been to every person). Im very particular about my nails and they are always very attentive to my wishes and are very kind even when Im picky. The prices are also fair. They have tons of color options. I cant see myself going anywhere else unless I move.

Its our favorite nail salon, been going there years. We even moved away and still travel back because we have not found a better place. They remember us and are always happy to see us!

If you hadn’t been, go. I used to go to the Pink and White in Brandon but learned there was one 8 minutes from my house! I hate to leave Lisa in Brandon but then I met Anna at the Carrollwood location and absolutely love her! She is my go to girl for nail designs and just basic fill ins. The are very clean and professional. They do a great job at making sure I’m comfortable and ask if I need anything. I don’t go to any other nail salons👌🏻

So I came in for the first time to get a fill in and I asked Kathy for no gel and asked her the price and she told me 23.00. Once Julie got started on my nails she didn’t even offer me something to drink even though everyone around me was offered a drink. Once she put on the pink coat for a French tip I noticed that she had me under the gel UV lights and told her that I didn’t want gel. She stated that it would look nicer and continued. Once it was tune to pay she told me 35.00 and I let her know that’s not what I asked for and Kathy told me 23.00. She argued with me about it even though I was calm. I asked for a manager and she stated they left. I asked her to speak to Kathy and when she did, Kathy stated that it was no gel and she told me 23.00. She rang me up and once she handed me my card she said “Remeber my name, call the manager so I will never do your nails again”. She then called her next customer, waved me off and proceeded to talk about me negatively to her next customer and her coworkers. I have never been treated so poorly and in front of my child. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!! Please take your money and business else where. Giving a one star is gracious because I really would give it 0 stars.I would also like to note that she did a HORRIFIC job on my nails and blamed me for one of them being messed up. I have never had someone be so disrespectful to me in front of my child, and had my child not been there Julie and I would have been having an entirely different conversation. I will make sure to spread the word to people that they should not do business there.

VY and LY are awesome. They listen to what I want, are warm and friendly, do excellent work and VY anticipates my desires before I even say anything.

Still on the fence. Everyone there is nice they are all happy its a great environment. Prices are comparable. I would like a little more massage w the expensive pedicure and any kind of massage w the manicure. It happens other shops. So there are pluses to both but i will return

Ive been coming here since they opened. I have one of their customer points card and you have to come here almost 20xs to get any discount and those discounts expire quickly. I prefer gel powder instead of acrylic powder and a lot of salons dont like to use the powder. I think it costs them too much to purchase but is my preference so this salon isnt that different. Other than that they are clean and its relaxing.

My first experience here and I wont be going back. Scheduled day before to get manicure and pedicure. When I arrived I receive my pedicure first to which they barely did anything. Then I sat for 45 minutes in the drying station until finally I went up to the front desk to find out what was going on. He told me 5 more minutes which it was more like 15. Then I went back to do my nails where one of the nail techs was still working on someone elses nails so she was working between both of us. She finished up the other ladys and then was able to focus on mine. she did a good job and the place itself is really pretty but the service sucks.

I asked the guy who did my fill-in if they do marble nails. He made a disgusted face and very rudely said no. When I showed him another design that I wanted, he said he could do it, but he half ass the design. My mother was also getting her nails done and the nail tech wouldnt even pick up her purse so she can sit and have her nails dry. The whole time while we were there, we were not offered any beverages, but they asked the other customers. This is my first AND LAST time going to this place!!!

I have been to this salon around 7 times and originally I liked it but the last 2 times have not been good. I went in yesterday to get my gel polish changed and an older woman did my nails. She cut me a couple of times with the drill but what irritated me was when I walked out I looked at my nails and there were weird marks on 5 of them. I had to leave to go to work and later decided Ill just wait it out until I get a fill. About 5 hours later my thumb chipped, then my other thumb, then 2 other fingers. So when I went back today to have them fixed I was extremely frustrated when the lady who did my nails started arguing with me. She told me my nails werent chipped but were ruined while I dried my nails, if that is true wouldnt you see it when you put the acetone on after the polish? I told her no I saw my nails chip and she told me well I dont want to argue with you but I do nails so I know but I will fix it for you. Okayy I can handle that but what irritated me beyond was when she started talking to her Co worker that was sitting next to her in her native language and then her Co worker looked at me and laughed and the woman doing my nails rolled her eyes. If she would have just fixed my nails without an attitude and talking about me I would not be upset. Safe to say I will not be back.

So disappointed because I had a good first experience there and had been happy with their location in Brandon. I went on a Friday morning for a pedicure and pink and white acrylic fill. I was seen immediately and the pedicurist did a great job; however, the next morning the paint on one of my toenails was completely gone. Almost like it had peeled off. The only things I could think were old polish or my nail hadnt been wiped off enough after the massage with lotion. My pink and white fill was done quickly and I was very pleased with the end result however within a week I noticed lots of black specks on the white acrylic (see picture posted). I actually tried to go back to show them and get one more fill to see if it happened again but it was a very long wait so I left. After thinking more about it and having issues with both services, I wont be back.

My favorite place in Tampa no one comes close. I’m never disappointed this is my favorite 💅🏻 salon. V and Julie are exceptional. 👍🏻👍🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just went there around 12pm today because I read good things about this place through the reviews. I am a waitress at a restaurant so my nails get very dirty and brittle easily. I was sat within 10 seconds of just walking in to get a regular manicure, which was pretty fast. They werent really busy anyway. Amy the nail tech worked on my nails, and I havent had a professional manicure in over a year, and she did pretty awesome on my nails. I had a simple gel shellac manicure with glitter on my accent nail, which cost $30. Its $15 for a regular manicure and $15 for a gel color. Two of my nails did bleed just a little, but considering I havent had them done in over a year, she said my cuticles were extremely dry, and thick, Im not sure if that contributes to the bleeding or not.But other than that, the salon is spacious, has two chandeliers, and looks nice inside. Almost has a vegas theme. They also have complimentary drinks, and red or white wine if you ask. Atmosphere is relaxed. They have soo many colors to choose from. The salon and restroom is also very clean. They use disposable tools and opened a fresh pack in front of me before Amy did my nails. I really enjoyed coming here.

I was overdue for my powder gel fill so i went to the salon near my massage therapist. I came in at 7 to see if they would still take me before they closed at 730. They said yes but once I sat i felt the manicurist was rushed. I requested a gel powder manicure. To take off my old set, she not only soaked my nails in acetone but soaked my hands with the chemical so much I had to hang my hands down towards to floor to not ruin my clothes. Next, she made a mistake on one of my fingers. To remove her mistake, she burned my nail bed with the electric sander. It is still sore. I received no lotion rub on my hands or cuticle clean up. My nails dont look good and top it off it cost $50 because they are pink and white. I still tipped her for her time but I will not be visiting this salon again. My salon only charges $35 and they take their time.

Service was bad I went with my husband and we bith got a speciality pedicure. It was ment to be a nice and relaxing moment. But the the two ladies who were doing our toes were conversating most of the time. It was so annoying you would tell we wanted peace and quiet.

Awesome experience great atmosphere. Anna is amazing when it comes to a fill and color change. Everyone here is nice and attentive. Love it.

Its been awhile for me and I almost went to another salon when I read the recent reviews but I thought that maybe they were fake because the salon has been great in the past. I was wrong. The service is terrible!!!The technicians are rude, rushed, and not customer focused at all. They just chat with each other, too distracted to make sure they are taking their time and care with your nails. My technician, Bay, left my nails a mess, filling them paper thin, almost cutting my thumb skin off with the nail, and messing up the polish twice. I had to jank my hand away in pain several times and ask her to fix mistakes SHE made in the polish Her response was to roll her eyes and take her aggression out on my nails. To add insult to injury, the instruments she pulled out were not sterilized!!!!!Needless to say, I will not be returning. Take heed - this is not the same salon it once was.

Much talk in their home language. Non stop from some. Not relaxing. Pedi does not allasg. Chips quickly. Not my favorite place.

I now use this place exclusively. Always a great job on pedicure and manicure. Unlike other places Ive tried, their gel or shellac manicure always lasts at least 2 full weeks, sometimes 3.

Been to this place twice. The first time was a good experience the second time not so much.On my second visit I had Anne, during my mani she cut me and just kept painting my nails. She got my blood on the brush and just kept painting my nails...I thought that was so gross. I am sure that has to be a Heath hazard or something . I had to make her stop painting so I could apply pressure to stop the bleeding. After a couple of days later all the skin around my nails all frayed and were sore. I really wish I would of never paid for the visit and I will never go back there again!

Came for a pedicure. Tech seemed bored, barely said two words to me, and it just seemed like she was just going through the motions. She never touched​ my calluses nor my ingrown nails. I left in pain and unsatisfied . Now Im going to have to go to another salon to get that fixed. Not EVER coming back to this place.

Nice place and friendly Staff. They do a great job for the basic French tips but when asked to add a couple of crosses to my ring fingers, manacurist had a hard time drawing them. Really was a nice place but I like my manacurist to have a little artistic ability to draw.

I have been here several times, its the closest salon to my house, and my experience gets worse everytime, and today was defiantly the icing on the cake. I went in for a pedi and full set. My pedicure was horrible...the lady didnt understand anything I was saying so it was hard to direct her about what I wanted. She rushed to get my feet done in Luke warm water, made me bleed in several places, ran a file across my feet instead of focusing on rough areas, didnt take all of my previous Polish off, and didnt even cut my nails like I asked...then did a messy job on my new polish. Feet look like they werent even touched and I got the upgraded package. Then I went to another lady for my full set, I asked for almond shaped nails and every nail looks different, misshaped and uneven on the surface and tips (dipped nails) 80 bucks later and I feel robbed and now have to go elsewhere to get them fixed...not a good feeling at all.

Great place. Very clean and open with professional staff. The owner Charlie is a great guy who loves what he does.

HORRIBLE ! I went there for a face wax yesterday and this new lady was attending to me. She burnt my face with wax twice, right near my eyes. In spite of me telling her that i wanted to wash my face, she kept on insisting that I shouldnt. She is new there and I guess worked at Badar salon before that. Please please stay away from this establishment. The only technician there worth your time and money is Amy. Shes knows what shes doing. Other than that, this whole place is horrible.

I went in for a pedicure today, the lady who did my nails wouldn’t speak to me, water was cold, only used 1 coat of nail polish. Pedicure didn’t let more than 10 minutes. Already chipping. I will continue to drive out to my old nail salon, but gave this place multiple tries.

I just left this salon not even 30 minutes ago and I already have one acrylic nail coming off!!
