Second time coming here and love both services I’ve received. The nail technician, Ann, did a great job giving me a basic manicure. She’s very welcoming and made the experience at Nail time and spa a delight. Her customer curiosity is just excellent.This place is not overcrowded and overpriced like other places I’ve been to.

They have great attention to detail, its always clean, and even when Im unhappy with a technician, they take time to effectively communicate with me and find a resolution. Great gel pedi/Mani.Before COVID, theyd offer complimentary water or wine. Now, everyone is wearing mask and there are barriers up.Some may consider them pricey, but thats just Tampa overall compared to other cities.

I got a pedicure about 2 weeks ago, and the guy was much too rough and in a terrible rush to get it done. My toes started bleeding and it was a terrible experience even after saying ouch and pulling away a couple of times. I was given a coupon of just 10% off to “try again” and I went back to get my fingers done. The same thing happened where she was filing my SKIN and I bled on multiple fingers, on top of that I asked her to make my acrylics a little bit shorter, but she took off ALL of the length making them only as long as my natural nail. The place is clean and tidy but the staff have no idea what they’re doing. I called to make this a point and all they have said is “so sorry”.

I don’t normally do reviews. I had a bad experience at Nail Time & Spa. When I got there, I was greeted by the front, like you normally do at a nail salon. I just thought this place would be more professional because it was at a decent location. I guess you can’t always assume. I don’t remember the young man’s name who did my nails because he didn’t say and when I tried to make convo he was pretty uninterested. I don’t normally care although he didn’t seem very skilled so I didn’t ask for the shape I normally get. It had been a while since I got my nails done and he did a poor job. My nail fell off and the others are very loose. I’ve never had a full set gel nail fall off before. Now I will have to pay extra money to find another nail shop. Since I’m new to this area it has been difficult to find the right place. For the prices they ask for and the skills the workers have are not fair. I wouldn’t suggest going to this nail place and I will not go again. ✌️

I’m so disappointed with my nails. Me and a girlfriend went and her nails came out amazing but Helen didn’t even care to fix my nails or even be cordial. I wasn’t offered anything to drink but my friend was. I know they have good techs and now I know they have some that aren’t up to par. Please ask for Leo ! He’s amazing and he actually cares.

Love this place! Been going since they opened. Always friendly and good quality services. Everyone very cheerful and they have great chairs and quality equipment and products. Thank you for being my favorite spot so close to home!

It’s my first time visiting Nail Time & Spa, and I’ve had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and diligent. They offered free soft drinks and their chairs were very comfortable. I purchased the ultimate pedicure and felt very relaxed. The atmosphere was quiet and serene. Will be back again to see Ken!

I have been a client at Nail Time & Spa since they opened a few years ago. It is a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The owners are involved and attentive to their patrons. I usually go with my fiancé and Ms. Cami does an amazing job with him. She is so great I cant go to the nail shop without him! I would not choose any other place for nail and other available services. All human beings are entitled to have an off day. I say with complete confidence that if you had a bad experience...it is definitely not the norm. I always walk away completely satisfied! This is a quality establishment that aims to please.

I had the best experience at Nail Time and Spa. Amy was wonderful. I got a pedi and a fill. The nail salon had a numerous amount of colors to choose from. The salon was very clean. There are so many customers here. Amy spent a lot of time and I love my nails! It was difficult finding a nail salon near me. But I will not have to look further. I will be returning. Terrible nail salon. First of all the lady couldnt get me the nail shape i wanted. I like long and coffin. Next my acrylic was lumpy and not even on all sides. Wrong size tips. I had product all over my fingers that she didnt clean up. She swore she did a great job even when i tried to tell her she wouldnt listen. 3 nails lifted within a week than i just took them off. Never again!

My nails were cracked and the top coat chipping off within one week (4 days to be exact) of getting a dip here.

Had Dip Nails done and a week went by and they started looking a little worn. Decided to visit again today and have them redone. The male owner suggested acrylic nails instead. He did a wonderful job. Was quick and very detailed oriented. Enjoyed my visit and look forward to seeing him again for future nails.

I’ve tried to give this nail salon so many chances. Their turnover is horrendous. Every couple weeks there is a wave of new people. The owner keeps saying to give them a chance every time, but it’s the same story every time. My gel manicure has been coming off a week after they’ve been putting it on. This time the tech put the coats on so thick even though I asked not to several times. On top of that, she painted my cuticles with the clear top coat and that is the reason my new $45 nails were peeling 6 days in. I chose this place for proximity, but will no longer go. I rather drive extra 10-15 mins and go to Fancy Nails where I know my gel will last 2-3 weeks and the price won’t be nearly as high. So disappointed yet again!

Very good service! They offer a complimentary drink including wine. I always think this is a nice touch. The only thing missing was some music. I left relaxed with my hands and feet looking and feeling great.

Just moved to the area and got a a deluxe pedicure and and gel polish on my fingernails! They paid very close attention to detail. A great relaxing experience and prices are the same as other nail salons in the area. I will be back!

Treated the wife with a full service. Was disappointed. First of all, the first picture is misleading. It’s grand opening was two years ago... Scheme... wife got burned from the towel placed on her and they started pulling her toes to pop them. $60+ wasted.

This nail place is clean, has calming music playing and the staff is friendly. I also like that they line the foot spa with a plastic liner for every customer and they sterilize their tools after use.

Most professional nail salon I’ve ever experienced.

I wouldve given 4 stars had they not blatantly over charged me. I questioned it and they said 20% off $45 was $41..... My math might be fuzzy but thats certainly not 20%! I didnt want to cause a stink over $5, but their dishonesty will not have me back as a customer.

Absolute worst customer service! This is the first establishment that I felt alienated and picked over! They decide who they service and offer drinks to. Will not recommend to anyone!

Went in for a pedicure today and while the salon was very clean and nice and the staff seemed very professional and great with customers, I was really unhappy with my pedi. My feet were still rough probably because the woman who did my pedi only seemed to focus on the top of my feet and my toenails...weird right. Anyways I still have rough feet and it honestly looks like something I could have done at home. Waste of money and I probably won’t ever be back.

Very clean amd everything is basically brand new. Kelly spent a lot of time on my pedicure and it turned out great! :)

The quality of the pedicure you receive is directly related to the attitude and energy of the nail staff. The lady that was either tired or uninterested and I received a mediocre pedicure. She spent (what it felt like) 20 mins massaging my legs, 9 mins coloring my nails, 1 min buffing my feet and filling my nails. At the end, my feet were still rough, the color was good, some of my nails were not even filed.The normal expectations of receiving a pedicure are simple, nice looking nails, beautiful color and soft feet. I received 1.5 out of 3.

Long wait with no reservation, but once we got rocking it was a great pedi.

Horrible experience the gentleman that was taking off the nail gel was filing my skin. I had to tell him twice to stop as it hurt. He also could not communicate as he did not speak English. I will never come back.

Awful experience. Tried it for the first time since it’s close to my home but will never go back. Took 45 minutes to remove my dip polish, had to switch people cause the first man didn’t know what he was doing and ripped two of my nails. Don’t come here also most of the staff was sitting on there phones playing games when asked for help. Awful awful place
