Basically obsessed with this car wash. Had a monthly subscription for nearly two years and just recently canceled it because I moved across town and it became too far of a drive for me.With that being said, I love how great of washes Bubble Down offers if you pay for the top tier. I love how they have the prepping stations where you can scrub down your car to get all of those love bugs and mosquitos off the car. I love how quirky they are, giving out roses on valentines day, beads for Gasparilla, etc. Its just a cute little local and personal touch that one would never necessarily expect to find at their local car wash of all places.Keep up the great work 😊

Awesome establishment! ALWAYS helpful, efficient, polite customer service, no matter what level Ive signed up for (which has varied due to my fluctuating finances!) THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!!!

Its extremely convenient and goes fast, the lines, its easy, all you do is pay the amount due for which wash on your left. When its your turn, the 🚧 goes up your just about up to where they make sure your left driver wheels were its supposed to be, 2 people, one one right quickly tapes 📡 if you have one, brush washes top of car and you go through. I paid $25 for their best wash. When I got home, I checked my vehicle and wasnt as happy as I thought Id be. There was spots, like some kind of “ pitch ” on my hood. Im going to have someone buff it out and use a good wax. If it doesnt come off... Ill let you know for sure, as well as Bubble wash

Edit: Service has always been great and its a nice gesture to receive the free air fresheners from time to time. Would be nice if there was a touchless wash alternative as the swirls will quickly show in your paint if you drive through every other day like I do.

***3/25/21 update they took away the scrub station, I repeat there is no longer the option to scrub your rims and get the bugs off your bumper !!! So my review is now void and I will be in search of a car wash that does offer that option because I feel that it is vital for a great wash..2/2021 This is the best car wash in my area. When you first go in immediately to your right is a scrub station to get the bugs off and really get those rims. Then no matter which wash you choose your vehicle is going to come out looking fantastic. After the wash you definitely want to stop off and vacuum. Its all included. I definitely recommend giving it a try.

Great car wash! Have a monthly pass and go frequently and have always been pleased. Clean vacuumes. The actual wash gets all the dirt grime and bugs off. Overall great place to wash your car and good price to!

But not responsible for damage they caused.is not right at all..i will see a lawyer for this damage..just cancel the monthly payment on this irresponsible place call bubble down..but out of bubble

Very good car cleaning station. Vacuuming is free and plenty of vaccum stations. You can use car wash also for as low as usd 7 thrifty 12, nifty.. Super fast cleaning and waxing service also you have dedicated stations for bugs cleaning and mat cleaning.

One of the better car washes in this area. They have a bug prep station and the staff also cleans the back of your car before going into the wash. They have a clean facility and the vacuums work as they should. The wash didnt properly clean the rear windshield hence the 4 star. Remember to bring your own cloth.

Its a good place to go for a touch up. Their car washes are nice and have free vacuuming, little clips to hold mats when you clean them and trash cans. I like to go here on my days off to clean up my car from the week. Highly recommend ☺️

A very solid option. Quick and efficient. Car looks relatively clean (not $25 clean, but definitely good enough). Dryer doesnt fully get the car dry and they dont offer complimentary towels like some other places, however that is a problem with most (automatic) car washes.Overall, I would definitely recommend if you need a quick and relatively painless car wash.

Great place to keep your vehicle shiny

I had a great experience here. I scrubbed off bugs with a self wash brush before entering, paid a reasonable price for a quick wash, and made the most out of the vacuum, which have great suction by the way. Another cool feature was a thin nozzle vacuum for cleaning those hard to reach spaces. I will definitely be coming back to wash my car here.

This is my first time here I paid $25 dollars for there best car wash and the Back is still dusty, vacuums dont have suction to even rubber floor mats and yes I tried 3 different vacuums so it wasnt just one. I give it a 3 star review, because it was clean and the employees were very nice and tried to help. Not worth $25 in my opinion if you are going to get the same car cleaning as you would if pulled in a gas station wash.

Free vacuums. Free rug cleaner and an expensive wash. But the prices are a little overpriced. It pushes you to get a membership for $19 a month vs. paying 15 for one wash. Which isn’t too bad. But nevertheless, i always come for a quick fix when i need to vacuum.

They didn’t vacuum the car well enough it was half clean they also use nasty smelling cloths to wipe the car I had to get home and clean the rest myself I went to the beach and all the sand was still there they didn’t vacuum it and it was a bit expensive to be half washed

I took my recently painted Audi A6 through this wash. I now have deep scratches in my front right fender along with scratches down the sides of the car .I put in a claim at the car wash where they have said the reviewed the cameras and are not responsible. The car did not have a single scratch on it before the wash now it looks like someone used a weed trimmer to clean it.This place has severe issues when it comes to how they treat people after damaging their car.I am pursuing other legal options at this point until they pay for damages.

Used to be a good car wash but now there are several parts in the wash that dont work and havent for months. They dont seem to want to fix. Wash is now subpar and its a shame. We just canceled our membership.

Overpriced mediocre car wash. From someone that was a detailer at multiple dealerships Ive gone through free car washes that do a better job. You might as well just spray your car with a garden hose and dry the whole thing off yourself because thats exactly what youll be doing and paying $10 to do it at a minimum with this car wash.

I just bought the monthly membership, after a few weeks of my husband telling me how great it was! I love it! I started with the nifty wash, then decided to upgrade for only $2 more. I love the air freshener that comes with this wash and I can tell the wax is much better!

Its ok. Basic wash is $7 which is a little high. I did have soapy water left on my windows after wash. Other than that, its clean & new and all the vacuums work.

Great car wash car came out great and free vacuums

On April 26 I purchased a car wash and went through in the process the machine ripped my antenna out of my fender the manager on duty wrote a incident report they would not give me no other information I have not received any phone calls In the matter of repairing my vehicle this was the first and only time I will use or recommend this car wash franchise

The wash was okay. But, i do have a feeling. that an employee did purposely vandalized my vehicle; though I didnt see him, and others might be complicit with his act. With individuals handling business like this as normal. I cant support in anyway or give thumbs up.

$20 for a car wash but they only wash the sides of the cars due to my small spoiler being an issue. Reached out to support to see if they would make it right since only half the car was rash. They failed to provide the basic customer support. Highly recommend that you dont have your car washed here.

Be careful with them. I used wash my cars in this place at least 1 time per week, but today the machine broke my antenna base and the manager just told that they cant do anything for me. Thats a bad customer service.

I use to be able to come up and vacuum my car every so often. Now, they make you purchase a wash before vacuuming your car. Don’t advertise free vacuums if it isn’t free without needing a wash. I saw other people mention this and the company replying about how other car washes are doing that. Just don’t advertise the vacuuming as free of it isn’t without a wash. I can’t even vacuum my car first without them hassling me to go through the car wash first.

We love Bubble Down. The kids enjoy the car wash and the air fresheners are amazing and the vacuumes are powerful no matter how busy they are. Can not beat this place!

My car is so dirty. Not because I want it to be that way, but its covered with pollen dust and bird drippings while I wait for the new Bubble Down to open in Lutz.This is new to our neighborhood and promises to be a great opportunity for car washing. It is state-of-the-art car washing, with all new cleaning machinery and 20 vacuum stations for after the wash. Ill come back and revise the review after it opens, which could be any day now!

The wash is great, but the vacums are not very powerful. Each time I go here I have to vacum again when I got home.

Very friendly staff and good quality cleaning, the only issue I found is that the sticker they post in windshield leaves residue after removal, they should think about alternatives.

This place was great! We came in and had some trouble and the staff was amazing! A very nice guy helped us out and went out of his way to give phenomenal customer service! Such a clean and sanitary place! I cannot wait to come back when I need to have my car cleaned.

Overall, nice car wash that includes vaccums with the purchase of a wash. The staff was friendly and rinsed my car off before going through the wash.The only recommendation I have is that there is a place to clean rubber floor mats. They have a machine for carpet floor mats, but no where to rinse off your rubber mats. The only place I could find was the pre wash area that had dirty water to brush the bugs off before the car wash. Maybe a hose or rubber mat machine would be a good investment.We will still be back though and maybe next time there will be a rubber mat cleaner :D

Great drive thru car wash with good services.

Its convenient and so much easier than washing the car yourself. I was surprised by how well it worked.I gave it 4 stars though because it was expensive.. Maybe because I havent been to one in 20 years, I dunno.It was hard to figure out the idea of it because they were so busy. There was a long line and you cant see the price list until youre close to the front and by then good luck getting back out without going through the wash. ( you probably could if you needed to I guess)They had a big sign advertising the scent of the week/ month or however that works.. But I couldnt find the sprayer. Thought it would be with the vacuums. (Those are free!!) I walked inside the little office and was told the scent is actually in the form of a hanging air freshener that they wont have for a possible couple months. sigh..The unlimited $5 drying towels is a black towel that you keep in your car and switch out each time you come back. It sounded to me like being unlimited, someone would keep handing you fresh towels as you need them while hand drying the car. Thats not the case though so dont lose your towel! Ill admit it is a good towel..wiped away some little greasy stains.Overall it was a good $20 car wash that I thankfully didnt have to do by hand. They do have a $7 car wash too I believe. So $12 with the towel if you want it. (There are 3 levels, I got the second one so I dont remember how much the top one costs)Its worth giving it a try. Ill go back again..Hope something in that babble is helpful to someone.Good day sirs!

Is a little expensive for me but has lots of vacuuming stations, no long waits and friendly staf. I love the car scent they sell.

When they run you through at a normal slow pace, it Really cleans well.I went through today and they had it so fast that it missed SO much. There wasnt many people in line either.Not cool. Im gonna go to another wash after work to get the rest.
