I checked out Tropical Car Wash when my usual place was closed. They took care of my truck right away and checked it out for scratches after I mentioned I had some tree limbs hanging down in my neighborhood that I thought had left scratches.There were no scratches, but frankly they could have said there were and charged me for some detailed work and I would have been none the wiser. They were honest and my truck looked like new so I will be going back to Tropical.

The BEST car wash around. I’ve spent countless times trying to find a good car wash and finally found it here. I have two dogs and you would never know! They do an amazing job removing car seat stains. Feels like a new car every time. I drive 25 minutes to come here, I won’t take my car anywhere else.

Fantastic car wash! I went with the top of the line wash (interior and exterior). The car sparkled. The inside was fully cleaned, carpets were fully vacuumed, windows cleaned carefully both sides. A really amazing job! The best car wash Ive ever had. You must try them!

Got my rental car washed $45 for a basic wash and interior wipe down and the owner acted as though me asking for inside to wiped out was annoying him. Poor customer service only one man washing cars so super slow go to mr car wash on dale mabry much better service and value!!!!

Was a first time customer, took my nieces Nissan Rogue there to get cleaned & they did a kick but job. Her car was trashed lol, but they got in all the nooks & crevices. Paid for the ultimate wash for an SUV came out to $27, but worth it for a spring cleaning. Very nice owners. Will return with my car next.

Very bad service I paid 37 dollars for nothing I could have done for 8 dollars. Inside the car was the same way u gave it to them. They did not clean the car at all with water.it was a very lazy job a job not well done at all.

Pay attention to pricing they try to give different pricing when you come in dont let them tell you one thing on the phone and something else when you get there. The man gave a price on the phone but the woman gave me an outrageous price & only lowered it when I started to leave. Also if you have attachments on the side of your vehicle to keep the sun out dont let them run it through the washer have them wash it by hand one of mine was broke but I didnt notice this until after Id left. I wont be returning.

Just spent $26 & half of my back seat is un-vacuumed, my door panels where you can store stuff is not cleaned neither are the inside of my door handles. They put they put this oily cleaner everywhere I even slipped getting in the car. Never again.

I come here every few months to get a full detail (because I hate vacuuming my car). They always do a good job. They work quickly but thoroughly. They have a frequent wash card and specials during the week. Never had any issues and will continue to use them.

2stars because the people were friendly but this is not a Supreme wash. The dashboard is clean, but everything else looks like it was wiped down with a dirty towel. The cup holders are still dirty and I had to ask the lady to wipe down the center console area before leaving. I love that they were open on Sundays, and the wash was fairly quick, it just wasnt a good clean on the inside.

Very awesome service every time I come through. I bring my Honda here for the supreme special wash. Shes spotless when ready. Including vacuum and tire shine. Fell upon this place when I needed a quick cleaning before I traded in my car. The customer service from the beginning was phenomenal. My doors are complicated due some of my locks not working so he let me drive through the car wash first so I didn’t worry about my keys getting locked in the car. My car hasn’t looked this clean since I bought it. He also loves dogs! We were able to bring our pitbull in the lobby while we waited. Definitely recommend!
