They have pretty good units there only drawback is the gate quits working at 10:00pm and when you have to move thats a inconvenience

Locked gate a plus times I can go in not so much

Awesome facility! Clean and neat and have yet to find any issues or problems. Customer Service is superb, Linda knows the biz and will help you with anything. Great move in specials, and absolutely no complaints. Will rent again if needed!

See Update: Fair prices, accommodating, clean and professional services. Michelle is the manager and is great to work with! Update as of 10/2018: New management as of maybe one year ago. Raised rates and all facilities are not staffed now as they used to be. I would give this storage facility 3 stars now... nothing out of the ordinary. We plan on moving our belongings to another storage facility asap; the price we pay for a tiny storage unit now is ridiculous. And we have had our unit broken into twice at this location, but in fairness both break-ins occurred with the previous management and the Sheriffs Dept never cared to pursue the matter. But now this location is not staffed at all although they have always had a security gate and cameras. But that made no difference in our cases of theft. But you need to stop by and check your storage unit yourself from time to time. Before when this location was staffed, someone walked the units every morning and made sure your unit was still locked and ok. Now that no one staffs it, who knows what happens from day to day.

Very informative and very helpful with questions asked

The walls don’t go all the way to the ceiling and someone entered our unit through another unit and rummaged through our belongings and cut up our boxes with a box cutter and opened totes and removed items. The lock was not cut or broken, so they had to have entered through the gap between the wall and ceiling. Now we are hesitant to store our items there and will never trust that location unless they fix their flawed design.

Overall fantastic experience with them, very highly recommended! Not only were their prices great, but the customer service was amazing. I moved out of state but left my stuff in storage and was apprehensive at first with leaving a key to my unit with the manager so movers could get in at a later date. She was very helpful and extremely responsive to my unique situation.

Nice and clean

The hours of the CR 4 Location was changed. It was much better when the facility was accessable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone. I needed (2) storage units quickly and Michele was extremely helpful in getting me set up quickly. Units are very clean. The grounds are very neat & clean with trash containers nearby. Ive never used a storage facility before and would definitely use this one again.

Great place

Unit 37 indoor climate controlled storage leaks from the ceiling and ruined many of our irreplaceable family slides. Management couldnt have cared less and offered nothing but a woops
