Waist of money, $20 for them to vacuum my car out and run it through the car wash. Had I known that’s all they were going to do I would’ve done it myself and the vacuum was a half job on top of that. I have photos of my car immediately after I left. I feel like I just got scammed. Highly disappointed

Lost our local car wash during covid shut down. Drove to our old neighborhood to get a good interior and exterior wash. Always liked Three Oaks and they still do a great job.

The vacuums work great and even have a fragrance option. Both my exteriors and interiors are a good as brand new.

The car was was good. But the window washing was not. And I dont have time to come back today. I didnt take a receipt. So I will wash the windows myself. And find a new car wash. Your prices went up but your service went down. Shame on you!

I had my SUV detailed (inside and out) this week after having it 6 years. It looks brand new!! The price was very reasonable and the staff was great. I plan on doing this as least every 6 months now. Would highly recommend!

Quality wash and detail center. The best.

Called ahead of time to see if they were open, ( the close at six it’s only 4:40 when I got there) and if they were in fact a full service car wash considering Fullers in Elgin decided to not become a full service car wash anymore. Got there, the employee saw us, came back out and turned off lights, didn’t respond to calls and then left. So rude and unprofessional. Literally came within 30 minutes of the call I had placed.

I went in for a wash and the person behind the counter was not wearing a mask. I usually just leave a business where they cant care enough to the the minimum to protect their customers but my car was already in the washer. I asked the employee if they wear masks and he pulls it out of his pocket. There are plenty of other places in Schaumburg to get your car washed where they care to take require precautions. Shop at your own risk should be on the door...

They deliver a good wash at a fair price since they vacuum and wipe down inside/out afterwards - finding less places that do this. Fullers is a rip off!

The plain exterior wash is a waste of $5. Any gas station car wash is better. Front and rear of vehicle still dirty.

I call them, they scheduled slot for me. I went there and they clean the car in 2 hours.When they showed me the car I couldn’t believed .It was like new. They have done amazing job.I am highly recommend this place for car detailing.

Some people might run away for the extra $25 they charge because I’m sure we’ve all heard of the basic $100 detail but here you get what you pay for. Seems the quality and lack of detail has gone down over the years. I frequent a few times a month since my work is so close. Seems when I buy the higher end wash/ waxes they never detail or wax the roof, just the sides. The kid dropped a rag on the ground and was just about to dry my car but I stopped him. The latest trip I just went with the silver exterior... The guys always hand dry but not today. This time he simply pulled my car out of the car wash and waved me over but walked slow enough away to make sure he got his tip...

I will NEVER take my business to Three Oaks Car Wash on Wise Rd again!!! My brand new car is scratched on the entire drivers side of the vehicle. When I brought it to the attention of the manager or owner they simply said I couldn’t prove it so they will not take responsibility!!! Then he said he can have guys fix it but I will have to pay them for it. Don’t ever take your car here unless you want to pay out of pocket to fix the damages. If I could get them zero stars I would.

The manager and the staff are very friendly and knowing what they are doing. I have been using this car wash for many years I never had any complain.

I’m in outside sales, on the road and have been to so many carwashes I can’t even keep count. By far Threr Oaks does the best job at cleaning and paying attention to detail. For example making sure the side mirrors are clean and dry with no spots.If you’re in the area and need a car wash don’t waste your time and money any place else.

I still go here as I really love th ed price & convenience, but over the years it seems that the efficiency of their work has gone down. My car is not as clean as it probably should be. Windows not clean, vacuuming not done all the way, etc. But overall good place, good people!

If I could give this a negative 19393838 I would. My car was hit by another car during the line wash! Before even getting my car washed, I made sure to leave a very generous tip and this is the thanks I receive. The workers just let the cars run through with no one inside claiming the censor is suppose to stop the car. Well - My SUV Mercedes Benz was hit at the very end. Good use of censors.... I saw the hit with my own eyes and so did several other people. I filed an incident report and also have a video from the dash cam of the car that hit me. The video shows a worker running in between the cars several times.. he could have easily moved my car, but chose to let the accident happen. I will gladly show video footage to the owner or the police. Whichever way you want to go about this.

Not the best, especially interior of car. Poorly vacuumed. Exterior was good except for my rims. They were spotty at best. Paid $25 and tipped $5 so it wasnt cheap. Wont be going back.

I was disappointed with the service. Once I got into my car and drove off I noticed the seats and consel were not vacuumed. As it was so busy and cars starting to mount up outside I got in my car and drove off. When I got home I noticed the bottom of my car was still dirty. Normally I have good results but after paying $29.00 I would have expected better than what I got.

I typically dont bring my vehicles to car-washes, I am pretty new to the experience. I had a lot of questions and was a bit nervous. Edwin, the Manager of the facility, made me feel completely comfortable and walked me through all of the options for the different packages they offer. He outfitted me with a car washing package that was perfect for my needs. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well. I couldnt be more happy with my experience and I highly recommend Three Oaks to friends and family. My car came out fabulous! FYI....they offer 20% off for Uber/Lift drivers!! My daughter will love that!

Last time I went there they really smeared up my inside windshield & inside back window. I have a fusion & I cannot clean it myself. You have to be a contortionist or be able to twist I guess. If not looking into sun its not bad. Rained or cloudy for long time after so didnt notice it. Other than that, they do a good job.

Been there several times, and was satisfied with the job done. However, the last 2 occasions have been disappointing. They did not scrub and treat the tires, which I paid for, and they did not clean inside the wheel wells, which I also paid for. The last time, the hatch back and rear bumper were not wiped clean. Not worth the $14.00+ that they charge

Good carwash. Been in the area for a long time. Very reliable and quality finishing. A little pricy, but worth it. They have a rewards program that gives free washes so long term use can lower your overall cost.

NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. They make you get out of your car quickly and push you into a tiny crowded waiting room with other people waiting for their cars. They have a lot of over-priced upcharges after you enter. First person to help us was rude when we were asking. We had to wait our turn just to exit. Only one guy wa nice and understanding out of 5. Maybe I’m spoiled by California quality car washes but man, this place sux!I paid $30 with some expectations that my car would be coming out clean, like the “Diamond” price I paid, and spiffy but... good God, the interior looked the same and I had to circle back and get it re-vacuumed. I even tried to clean the interior myself but noticed something when I used their cleaner off their spray bottle. It had no scent! Are they over diluting their cleaning agents or using colored water?=ox Must be the latter because the rear view mirror was very streaky and the steering wheel was sticky while I drove the hell out of there!Go somewhere else or do it yourself... or recommend a place that includes a good interior cleaning with the wash, according to experience!

Very expensive if you compare to what other car wash can do for you for 25$! Poor quality as I always have to clean windows after those guys as they making them more messy than they really are and its not happend once or twice ... Its every time like this.. They wont wash your floor mats ! You have to pay extra for that and in other places its standards... Doors inside?? They will leave them dirty as all they do they cleaning off the dust... Whatever if they service will stop at 10$ that would be excellent but now their service its way to expensive for the quality they offer

Today,we took our cars to this car wash.My wife had a full service & I had diamond service with big difference in price.I asked The Managerhow do I know that you did what I am paying for a diamond service?he got super upset on my question,started showing a lot of Attitudewhen I got upset and said Fit,he said I am not showing respect to him and He will show me how to respect.Their quality of work never has been super but it was convenience for us to go there because we are few blocks away.I was also told not to come back.As a customer I have a right to ask questions,dont we?

I’ve been using this place for over 5 years and never had an issue. Mostly get the exterior gold service. Last year new ownership took over and raised prices but this is still my choice for car washes due to proximity.

Purchased a $27.95 Diamond Full Service Wash and was was not bad, however it comes with a Five Days Guarantee (Exterior Wash Only) which is fine except they dont dry the vehicle and charge $5.00 for the wash, which is what they charge for a wash anyway.SO WHERES THE GUARANTEE???

Very poor customer service, the promised they wash the car within 3 days if it rains, but if you asked them for a small delail they have no concern about you. When I asked to clean some missed spotts on the vehicle, the supervisor said we dont have time for this teddies clean. I don’t recommend to anyone, they just don’t know the customer needs. No respect!I feel bad for seniors citizens they go there and they get ripped off, they sell you premiem package and yoy end up getting $3 car wash and they charged you $20 and upShame.

Terrible quality! NEGATIVE STARS. They completely destroyed all trim on the inside while detailing. Then they hid all of the broken plastic trim pieces in the trunks wheel compartment. The $200 detail job consists of a vacuum-job that totally destroys anything of a delicate interior. They they slather everything in Armor All. The additional $20 to have engine-bay cleaned amounts to a hosing and then a drenching in Armor All; noway cleaning dude ever wiped anything in there. They also scratched my ground effects. The neighbors kid would have done a better job while not destroying the interior. When I picked-up my car, even the battery was totally drained from them having used my car as an entertainment system.When confronted with the issues, nobody could do anything w/o the owners permission, who was conveniently not there. Left number for owner to call me; never got a call back. Called several times, leaving several messages with people working the desk; nobody ever called me back.Went back a few times, owner never there and it was quite evident that who ever was behind the counter could absolutely care less.Would never go back.

It is the worst car wash I have ever been to. They take $20 for the wash but then dont clean the seats, dont wipe with a washcloth, dont clean the baby seat, dont clean the center console or around it....so really they do nothing which is why the service is so fast. Will never come back and would not recommend to anyone.

Today was the first time for me using this car wash. There were two attendants, one of them was on cell phone and the other directed me to the wash entrance. When the front wheel was already in the track, the person started waving at me, I stopped and asked him but he did not speak English, the attendant who spoke English was on phone! He continued talking on phone little while longer, then came to me when the wheel was already in the car-wash track and asked me to open the door and get out of car. He then drove the car through the car wash. For me it was an accident waiting to happen - I was not supposed to be on the driver seat through the car wash but both attendants were out of attention!!

I had a friend throw up in my car and this place cleaned the car so well that you couldnt even tell! I highly recommend it!

I dont recommend it, they charge to much and they dont clean well from the inside and the outside and the carpets. I went las Saturday and i was angry/annoyed for how you left me my cari recommended (rockys superior carwash) the one is the best :) :)
