NOT A SAFE CAR WASH!!!! I have been using this car wash for about five years because of its convenience and the fact that you don’t have to get out of your vehicle. I have also been part of the wash club multiple times throughout that five years. But last weekend when I pulled through the car wash there employee pulled me up very close to the railing. I know you weren’t supposed to touch your wheel nor touch your break and have your gears in neutral, which I didn’t. Soon after that vibration that I felt I saw my tire sensor light come on on my dash. I prayed that it wasn’t a flat tire, unfortunately my prayers were not answered. My valve stem cover had been ripped completely off of my tire. And my wheel was damaged by pulling over to the vacuums on a flat tire.I called the number listed on Google multiple times with no answer. So I had to go online and email them. Upon finally getting a hold of the manager to the Hillsboro location which took some time my I add. I was finally able to get a hold of somebody that told me that they were going to help. We have been in back-and-forth contact all week and for the past two days I have gone to the company for them to repay me for the repairs to my vehicle and there has been no one there. I have literally never left a bad review on Google and it takes me a lot to do something like this because I’m just not that type of person. But I feel like I have been thoroughly taken advantage of and I don’t appreciate it whatsoever.

I joined the monthly program. I am very unimpressed with the facilities. The one or 2 unmanaged workers are very nice. NO TOWELS NO GLASS CLEANER. YOUR CAR DOESNT GET CLEAN. You have to go though 2 times and you rims will still be dirty and bugs on the windows. You get much more in Wesley chapel at the same type of place. Wish I lived up there.

I use this wash often and give them 5 stars, but today is the 3rd time I paid for $15 car wash, and did not get the wheel treatment as advertised. 😞

Great price with many car wash options, friendly staff and a few locations.

Quick car wash and good amount of vacuums. Wash options didnt seem overly detailed and didnt have both vacuum heads in the same area. But quick and cheap option!

Great car wash for a reasonable price. I love the guys who give the car a soapy scrub before going through, it really helps get that pollen and sap off!

First off, I’m not sure how this place has so many bad reviews. The New wash system got my Lexus looking clean and didn’t leave any scratches(believe me I’m one to check) and the free vacuums worked effortlessly to get up all the sand and grime on my carpeting. I was so satisfied leaving that I spoke with the manager Willie and he helped me get signed up for the membership. I would HIGHLY recommend!!!!! I even got to top off my windshield wiper fluid for FREE! Thanks to Willie I will be returning atleast once a week to make sure my ride is as clean as it was when I left today!

I have been coming to this car wash for several months and im pleased with the services i paid for. The attendant Willie is friendly and a good worker. I will continue to bring my car here.

Very disappointed with my service. The Owner reached out to me just to waste my time. Not happy or satisfied.

We go here at least once a week. Car wash cleans well. Also included is the vacuum. Awesome

Hello, I came to your car wash 2 months ago after starting a membership and I wanted to cancel. I was given a phone number on a piece of paper to call. I called and left a message to cancel. I also emailed the business email to cancel. I just noticed after 2 months that I’m still being charged. I will be calling my bank tomorrow to recoup the funds and I will come by again to cancel. I’m tired of the run around.

Not so good. $11 just wash. Doesnt dry it well so take a beach towel to wipe it off. Vacuums didnt have much suction. Had to do it again when we got home. Better to pay $20 and nit have to redo at home........

Would not go back, didnt get my car as clean as I thought, the next time I will go to seffner where I know I will be satisfied. The vacuum had no suction power, ended up going elsewhere to vacuumoutside car...one star was being nice

My car had this disgusting film/residue on the windows. There were still bugs and other dirt and debris on the car. The tires were not shined even though its included in the package. When I informed the attendant, he stated the machine for the tire shine was broken and that other people had also complained. If this is the case why are they still offering this service? They need to shut down or do better!

This place needs a remodel. The suction on vacuumed is below poorly working. Had to go through. Car wash 2 times and still not clean. Asked the man working there to fix first time he had major attitude. He could see it was dirty yet behaved as if he was on his final straw of poor customer service. His energy and the place energy is disgusting and feels nasty.

I had a great experience - Malcolm is a great employee. I own a dealership and my cleaner quit - Malcolm did such a great job I will bring all my cars here for a quick wash

3rd time I get there at 8am and they are not open for business, although they stated they open at 8am. Location is very convenient for me but I guess they dont want business from the early risers.

Easy in on a Sunday. No wait. A Guy was there and pre-scrubbed the car with a smile! The machine Washed the car well. Vaccumes worked well. Overall I was very pleased.

I visited the location on W. Hillsborough Ave. On 11/22/2020. The machine wasn’t working so you had to at the employees when you pulled up to enter. The less hands on contact the safer but we didn’t have a choice that day. I’m not sure if I got the full service I paid for either and the vacuums barely worked. Glad I didn’t sign up for a membership here. I’ll visit a better and more efficient location next time.

Since it is unbearably hot outside, I decided to take my car through the car wash. I was very impressed with this place. It was quick, reasonably priced and my car is super shiny. The gentleman working there was friendly,helpful and took time to ensure my car was clean. I will definitely be back

I have been there 4 times this month and the car wash has been broke down every time i go there. But i still paid $24.95 for the month. And there is no way to cancel membership! Total rip off!

Great. All employees have always been nice. My sticker does not work and I spoke to the owner and he is aware. He stated that some Mercedes windshields have that problem. I just need to blow the horn and the employee opens the arm.

Great price for a really nice car wash, even for a machine service. My only issue is with the electronic arm when leaving. It will come down right on your car if youre under it and dont drive through fast enough. I know from experience.

Call before b you go. They seam to close earlier than advertised. So if youre paying monthly and dont get me what you paid for.LOOK SOMEONE ELSE

I’ve never left a review for a car wash place but I need to for this one because the manager Ellie was very informative and super friendly and I have to say the car wash itself was totally worth the $16 that I paid for I haven’t seen my car as clean as it has been until I used that car wash… Not only did they have free vacuuming they had free Windex cleaner for your car and also a compressor air to get the leaves out of your car that gets stuck and it was very clean and professional! Definitely going back to use this car wash! I also met one of the workers Victor who is super nice and I appreciated talking to him!

The washing services vary and are affordable. Eleven dollars got our vehicle thoroughly cleaned and with unlimited vacuuming. Im going there from now on.

Not worth $15.19 (incl tax). Wheels came out dirtier than they went in and the wheel cleaner doesnt work. After the wheel cleaner, the wheels get coated and its even harder to get the dirt off. Horrible design. The rest of the wash is just OK, car was pretty clean coming out but still had bug splatter.Definitely wouldnt recommend the most expensive wash or any wash including the wheel cleaner.Rims will also get scratched.

Always great service! The young African American man is the BEST! He is always pleasant, personable, friendly, outgoing, helpful.......and the list goes on! Cant say enough good about him. I am a returning customer because of him. Plenty of other car wash locations but always choose here.

Wash quality was excellent and l liked that they provide disinfectant spray. Apparently it lasts for 3 days. Tires look shinny.

Horrible car wash facility, the only thing that turned out clean was my windshield which the clerk did hand soap. I have a 2020 truck so i was very disappointed with the outcome especially paying $15. I did see clerks hand soaping the other cars entirely in front of me but not my truck. I will not be back, i was going to tip the clerk but not satisfied with anything performed at this car wash.

Love it the gentleman that is always there with the dreads is so sweet and helpful he is very attentive to all of the clients when I go, and manages multiple stations. Its sad he seems to always be alone running that place if the machines mess up hes always quick to fix the situation and handles it well. Last time I was there he had to shut down both pay areas and just service each person as they got up to the wash and things still ran smoothly until he got the systems rebooted.

Willie is great! He saw that my car was filled with bugs from a long trip and I paid for the premium wash and he recommended I take two passes thru the wash and he pre-scrubbed the car and it came out great. What incredible customer service! Willie is a rock star!

Average clean when I go back through to get what was missed they tale care of it by hand . But today Ive been waiting since 8am ( when Google says they open). It is now 8:35am and Im giving up.

After three years going to this place with no issues so far and with a great opinion about the services, two weeks ago somehow one of my hubcaps got damaged. I showed the torn plastic to the employee and after taking pictures I was given a form which I completed and signed. He told me in this week someone will call and inform me about the case. Two week have passed and after several calls, I havent received any word, which isnt right. Not saying I will change of carwash because as I said, Ive been going to this place for the last three years and these things happen everywhere, but I expected, at least, more professionalism and responsibility.

Bought the membership. Getting good use of that. Sometimes loud raucous obnoxious music blasting from a car but usually on Saturday afyernoons.

The car wash was good. The vacuums could have been better.

The actual car wash here is fine, but the customer service is excellent.Last week, I parked under a tree that was apparently a popular bird bathroom. Flippers is on my way home, so I stopped in. The automatic wash only got off about half of the stuff on my car, so I pulled back around and pointed it out to the attendant. He instantly apologized, grabbed a sponge, and started scrubbing. It was much better after a couple minutes and he suggested I go though the wash again to clean off the residue, no extra charge.Very impressed with the attention.

My boyfriend and I just had our first car wash experience together a couple weeks ago. This place is well organized and prices are fairly right. The tire shine was worth it and especially having our car to be parked for vacuumed it clearly cleans out and keeps our interior super clean when leaving. We are most definitely coming back again!

Every time that I go in the mornings it’s closed!!! Sign says open but the entrance is blocked. 9:58am and they say they open at 8?!?!?

I go there at least 2 times a month and Willie is a great rep and worker. I recommend this spot its affordable and convenient! Keep up the good work!

Willie is the man, took my wife car and got a thorough wash thank to him, no more grad prix for me and they are just up the street from me. 4 guys at granpix didnt do what Willie the man did, it is obvious who cares more about the details. worth my time to go here instead with all 3 of my cars Thanks Willie.

I give it the one star because my tires looked good. The rest was a rip off. I saw they vacuumed the floors, but they obviously didn’t do the seats as sand and hair were still present. They did not do the dash as promised. Rip off for $18.

The vacuums are really bad. They don’t have enough pressure and doesn’t really pick up anything. I would definitely go somewhere else

Didnt do a very good job cleaning the car. Tried to get the attendant to help. He was worthless. The first vacuum station I attempted to use was clogged up. The second had so little suction it was almost worthless. Dont waste your time or money, avoid the place.

Car is always still obviously dirty, even after paying $11. Pay extra for tire shine and can’t even tell. Vacuums are free but several broken, and hoses don’t always reach. Did not see separate floormat cleaner, which is advertised.Recommend purchasing lowest level wash with access to (working) vacuum, but expect to do your own window cleaning/spot cleaning, tire shining, etc.

Needs a better touch up in washing cars

Paid for the $5 wash with a $3 upgrade for weather proofing. Still had LOTS of dirt on my car. The guy said if I paid for the $12 wash I would have had better results. So I said, ID I give you $4 more youll get me car clean? He said to go back in and pay for the $5 wash and hed do a better job prepping it and it would get clean. Went back through and it definitely got more dirt off, but there was still plenty of very visible dirt on the hood.

I was returning a rental car so I stopped through to clean it up before hand. The water smells like diarrhea and left streaks on my hood and windows. The manager on duty was rude throughout the entire experience but when the streaks were mentioned he got worse. I had to got to Tropical Car Wash to get it cleaned properly. This will be the last time I ever use this establishment even if it is closer.

The machines were broken

Easy, cheap, fast. $5 for a drive through and free vacs. But why must it SMELL SO BAD?? I assume its reclaimed water (?) but good gracious. Recently saw a sign that said enhanced which I hoped meant better smelling but alas, it stunk worse than before. Ill still go, but its gross.

Im done with this place. It was great years ago. Now, the car is never truly clean, theres a film left on the windows, most of the vacuums dont have suction, and the air hose is missing. On top of that, you pay for the wheel cleaning option, and the wheels are not clean. There is still brake dust all over half of them. They will get no more money or business or recommendations from me.
