Had a very bad experience, rude lady at the customer service counter. I paid 27$ for full service and what they did you can see in the pictures. They did not clean the dashboard, interior of the doors properly and didn’t roll up the windows while passing through the car wash that causes front seats wet. They hardly took 5-7 minutes to do this job. Very unprofessional staff. Would not recommend to anyone.

Meh. I paid for the top service which was 42 dollars. I tried them once before and it just not that great. They dont finish the job. I had to tell them to come back and work on some spots.I was trying to save time but I will have to continue to work on this myself.It still needs vacuuming and to be wiped down in areas.They need to take more time and give each car attention. Its not that hard. I will certainly never come back.

They pulled the car interior headliner lose and didnt even tell me..Also, I went for the upcharge to extra clean all of the interior cup holders and miscellaneous holes. They didnt do that. There was even leaves left behind in a couple of them.They vacuumed the floor fine.

Absolute trash bag of an establishment. First off, I walk up to the counter and the old lady working there is on the phone yelling “I love you mama!” and finishing her phone call before addressing me. I get the #5 which is everything they offer, full service car wash. When the vehicle was done, I still had dirt everywhere, the doors weren’t touched, the back seat had so much dirt and hair on it still that it’s hard to believe they even touched that, there was a sticky substance in my front cup holders and my wheels were dirtier than when I came in. The best part is I had a whole side door full of change, and that was gone when I got it back. So I pull around and go inside to talk to the manager. This little man tells me they did the best they could, they don’t clean doors, and that they don’t guarantee to clean the car 100%, just hit it once and whatever comes off is what the service pays for. Then he tells me he has to check cameras to see who stole my change. After that, comes back out to say they found nothing on the cameras, and that I can’t get any refund. On the way out I realized I still had a number on my window, meaning they never cleaned the window either. As I was trying to comprehend the garbage answers they were giving me, another customer walks up and has his own list of complaints. I counted the car wash as a loss and lesson learned, left without a refund or clean vehicle.

I paid for the wash package #5, their most expensive service, and am extremely disappointed... They did not take their time cleaning the inside of my car and I now need to go to a self service place so I can re-vacuum and clean the dash/other interior myself. Just look at my picture, youd think I never even had it vaccumed... I definitely expected a clean car for as much as I paid... Today was rainy and when I pulled up, their staff was standing around waiting for work. They were clearly not busy and have no excuse for such a lazy job. I will save money and clean the inside myself next time, I recommend you do the same.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE....I ATTACHED THE RECEIPT.The new management and staff are horrible. I tipped the people that did the wipe down and windows $20 each...totaling $60.But I asked for my rubber floor mats to be cleaned and the trunk to be vaccumed. I paid extra for it and it was not done. The interior still has crumbs everywhere. He did not even try to clean the interior. I will not be returning. Total came to $39 for services i did not receive. Again thank you to the wipe down people. I used to detail cars with TEPH SEAL SOOOOOO you did the wrong one dirty. I tip better then the poor hourly rate you receive because the job is not easy. I do not have kids nor people riding in my vehicle. My car is perfectly maintained. AND AGAIN....wrong person and wrong car......

Good evening, brought my car to your establishment for the first time for a wash and unfortunately was very unsatisfied. I paid $29.01 for #4 option service, ticket #W42894. When vehicle came out the car wash I immediately notice my tires was not clean. I immediately asked the young man in grey shirt ( assuming hes a supervisor as the other workers wore red)..were they going to clean the my tire white walls and his replied  NO, we dont do that. I ask why he stated we just dont. I told him I thought paying extra for the tire packet that was include, he stated NO,  that just for the shine.  I then asked well can we pay extra to have clean bc the car looks dirty still with brown white walls,  he said no we dont do that.  Once car was finished, I nofice there was no tire shine, and water spots from half drying on rims. I just asked the guy for manager of this particular establishment.  No establishment is perfect and but the customer service was poor at best. Felt like my money was taken and the service was not fully provided to standard. I took plenty pictures and will be contacting Mr. David directly as well. We will definitely  never return there or recommend.  Thank you

Update: I just checked my bank account and was charged $60+ for a monthly subscription I NEVER bought. Unreal! Dont waste your time going to this car wash.Tried this place out today after checking their website for detailing packages. Went in and asked for the full service package #4 and was instead offered a $60/month subscription. I declined since I wanted to try it out first. I was charged $27 + tax. Then was told to run my car through the machine and then was told my car was done. I was confused since I paid for inside cleaning too but nothing else was done. When I went inside to ask why the rest was not done, I was told that was only for subscription holders but they will make an exception. Then they vacuumed and that was it. Dont waste your time or money at this place. I ended up having to finish the job myself. I will never go back and will tell all of my friends and family about how much of a rip off this place is.

If you chose the max clean or the cheap one will be same, I asked them which number I need to go with as my car is dirty from inside they told me #4 which 5 is the max and here are the results nothing changed and that all just sand from the beach so not something not easy to clean but no one care there

This is probably the BEST car wash in the Tampa Bay area. Friendly staff, they do a fantastic job cleaning your vehicle inside and out. They offer other services such as oil changes, car detailing, etc. Ive been going here for years and it has always been a positive experience. Highly recommended!

This place is awesome! I always come here for my oil changes. Its very reasonably priced and they offer a great variety of car wash services to go with your oil change. I spent $30 for oil change and basic car wash. Once you start coming here you wont want to go to any other place.

Horrible service and over priced. $120 for detail and oil change. I dont mind paying but the car was barely cleaned and when I brought to the guys attention he said well it must not have came off. After rubbing my finger and showing him how easy it came off he got mad and said well we dont clean that. It was the back seat. $100 for oil change anywhere else was 75. They didnt tell me the price u til it was already done. Buyer be ware

I had my car washed and realized my Mother’s handicap plaque was missing from the door pocket. I called and one of the manager Chris I had to request. for his name, as he came to the phone with … hello could really care less what was missing from the vehicle. No apology or empathy!! The car washes are. Average at best, but the lackadaisical attitude about the plaque lost Local business from a 3 vehicle family!!! Im sure they believe it’s easier to replace the 3 of us as customers than it is for me to get a 72 year old a new handicap hang tag!!

Rude, tubby guy skipped us and went to speak to another car before acknowledging us. Was curt and unprofessional after acknowledging us. Paid for the top service, interior wasn’t being done that day. Guy who directs you onto the rail didn’t direct me over the railing until my wheel was touching it, slightly scraping my rim. Hispanic guy was too busy talking to wipe down the window properly. When asked if he could go over it again since he only created smears, he had an attitude and gave a sarcastic thumbs up afterwards. Would not recommend this place at all. +1 star cuz the machine works, I guess.

Cleaning was ok. Two starts for that. But I was charged as an SUV and I do not have an SUV. My advice: Check your order before your pay. Plus the cashier had a bad attitude and bad costumer service. One more thing: why do you charge $5 extra fro Bug Service? Really?

Vehicle damage!I went to the car wash and was initially pleased so I decided to add another vehicle to There Car Wash plan. After adding the vehicle the worker informed me that I would need a new sticker put on my window because I was adding another vehicle. Upon doing so the worker scraped my window with a razor blade to remove the old sticker but in doing so remove my factory heat protection tint from my 2020 GLB Mercedes. I never asked for the inside sticker to be placed on the inside nor was it my decision to remove it and after telling me it would be taken care of they gave me a report saying #1…..I ask them to remove it which wasn’t true they removed it because I added another car #2 they told me they would pay the damages after telling me to have a quote done. I’ve tried to contact there corporate office but they don’t give you any information if damage is done to your car you will just be out of luck. Clearly for that alone I would have given them a zero but a one is as low as I could go 😡😡😡😡….would never recommend anyone to that car wash or any of the locations! There is no insurance information provided so if any damages occur it will be at the vehicle owners expense.their liability acceptance is zero!

Ever since this car wash turned over from Bay Breeze to Clean Machine the quality of the wash and professionalism of the staff has decreased substantially. I had a full service wash package and attempted to go there 2 Fridays ago to get my car washed. I rushed from work and just as I was pulling in at 5:28 pm, the staff had just finished putting out the closed sign and signaled me no, I couldnt come in. I understand everyone wants to go home, but if a company is open until 5:30, they should be open until then and not close any earlier. It is very unprofessional especially when I was literally turning in to the establishment as they were putting out the sign. At that point I turned around at the Walgreens and came back around. When I came back around, I was AGAIN told they were closed without even listening to what I had to say. I told them I know they are closed but I want to cancel since this isnt the first time that has happened. They proceeded to let me in and I explained what had happened. The attendant tried to figure out what happened; however, the manager came in and told her no the sign was put out at 5:30 on my watch. I then told her that was not possible because I was literally looking at my car clock, my phone, and my watch that all said 5:28 pm. When I did turn back around the 2nd time, it was however, 5:32 pm when I asked to cancel my membership. The manager basically then told me I was lying and just to cancel my membership. So with that said, I cancelled my membership and will never go to this establishment again. I am taking my business elsewhere. Hopefully Clean Machine can retrain their staff on customer service and get back to the quality that once was with Bay Breeze.

As you can see in the picture there was a large part of my tailgate that was not washed at all. Lots of bugs on the windshield still. Overall they put on a good show, but the Car Wash unit itself is pretty poor.

Wish I could give it a half star. Place is a scam. Bought the biggest package they have and the “extra dash cleaning” because apparently they don’t do the whole dash? And bought the leather seat cleaning and guess what. Waste of $56. I have to go home and finish cleaning my car. They couldn’t even get the dash clean all the way you can see wipe marks all over where they missed and they didn’t vacuum everything or do the seats. Oh I also have to go re do the windows because there are water stains all over. Thanks guys!

Very professional service, complied with my wishes. Car was very clean andfragrant. Associates were courteous. Job completed in a timely manner, less than half an hour.

They did a great job on all 3 of the cars I brought 8 to them. They make sure you are happy before you leave.

Do not expect to get tire shine or wheel Bright at this place as they agree to it but never do it.!! It is okay if you want a quick wash and a halfway wipe down and then go home and touch it up yourself. Not worth 18.00 plus a tip at all. They close early even in the Summer too???

Signed up for the monthly service and they charged me double of what I was told by a regional manager. Canceled the most expensive service and went down to basic and they didn’t cancel it and charged me again for the higher price service You can’t contact anyone at service and the email doesn’t respond back to you. I came to get my car cleaned and the business was closed at 9am. This place is a rip off and the worst customer service.

BEWARE OF MISLEADING/FRAUDULENT PRACTICES AND READ THIS! Dont go here unless you want to be lied to and then treated like if your business is not important. I went here and was attended by Ms T which offered a full service membership. I agreed to it. Then she told me if I suscribe another car I will get $10 off first month and then $5 off each month as they bundle it in a family plan. I come back, buy the second membership from the same person. I go home and then I see that they did not discounted anything and billed me for individual memberships. I come back and explain the situation. They say they dont do Family Bundles for Full Service Packages only for the basic wash. I told them that then they should not allow representatives mislead customers and to instruct them on being honest. The lady in the front said they dont have to do anything and that if I dont like it she will cancel my membership. I tell her that I have worked in sales and that is my responsibility as a seller to be honest with customers, she didnt even blink. What an eye opener experience on why you should look who works at your business or what businesses you engage with as it seems to me that they do this often and they dont blink because they have hundreds of cards they charge without people realizing they are being defrauded.

Very friendly staff, clean and well lit waiting room. Even though I didnt get a wash I felt welcomed. All of my questions were answered with a smile.

I’m not one to post bad reviews or to bash any business by any means as being a business over myself, but I spent money to have my interior cleaned in my car and I went and picked it up nothing inside had been touched or cleaned. Everything was still in the same place I left it. The only thing out of place that they touched in the inside was the stereo and it blasted music as soon as I started it.I paid for the interior, I believe they cleaned the outside though which I did not choose that service to begin with. As I said being a business owner myself I never will bash anyone or any company but this is pretty disappointing.

This is one of my ABSOLUTE FAV PLACES . Everytime I take my ex bfs FORD FUSION to get a wash, Im taken on a journey; Filled with amazing aromas of blueberry and apple. The car wash itself reminds me alot of one of those big white water raft rides at adventure island . Youll have to go and check it yourself. Happy washing yall

Got the highest priced wash and interior, plus trim shine. This was their “finished” product. Place went downhill since bay breeze. Their products are sub par, and theirs no pride in their work. I’ll never go back.

They have two full service lanes in New Tampa, six cars flew through while the line I was in stood still for 15 minutes. They have no control of pace of each line. They should be using video to improve efficiency of car flow. No difference in cars in each line. They were Judy unaware of what was happening

Today, Got the #1 car wash pkg +$3 extra charge for love bugs. And disappointed with the service. As you can see in the pictures windows are not clean and they did not dry them as mentioned in the pkg “towel dry”

Ill pass. I spent $60 on their top tier car wash and it was not what I expected. For this price, I should not have to go back and have them redo my windows. Also, they did not properly clean my dashboard. Ive been to several car wash companies before and it seems as though they do not understand its important to really pay attention when it comes to cleaning windows as well as making sure the glass on the sunroof is also cleaned. These are simple details and shouldnt be overlooked by a company that professionally cleans cars. I will not be going back to this company again.

I’ve used this car wash many times over the past years, never a problem. But after today’s wash I will not be going back! I don’t think they even touched the interior- when I got home I had to wipe down all the seats and most of the interior. I called to tell them and found they came under new ownership last Fall. Definite decline in quality! I won’t be going back.

Unfortunately cant give less than 1 star. Scam. Dont waste your money. Purchaed the most expensive car wash #5 with trim shine( receipt attached). They bring the car from the wash, towel dried and called me to tell the car was ready within 3 mins. I asked the guy how does he know which package I purchased and he glances at the receipt in my hand and says #5. Come home and the car is not vaccumed properly. Total scammers. I paid 40 dollars for a 5 min car wash. 2 mins in the machine and 3 minutes for the guys to towel dry.

This establishment does an subpar job on car detail. I usually need to ask an attendant to redo something. Either to clean my rims, re-vacuum the interior, etc. Im looking for another detail shop in the area.

Meh. Not exactly what I had hoped for. Overpriced for what I got. They charge an extra $2.00 for SUVs which you arent told beforehand. Front of vehicle still covered with bugs after wash, despite 2-3 people wiping the vehicle after it came out. And the tire shine wasnt rubbed in, so the remaining liquid left overspray on my vehicle that was evident when I got out of the vehicle at home. Admittedly, they were extremely busy, but for almost $30 my vehicle shouldve been spotless. Not sure if I will try again...

I asked the girl how much they would charge extra to wipe down my seats. They put oil all over my seats and made my seats look worse than when I brought the vehicle in. They don’t wipe down the excess oil, the manager came over and was annoyed he had to come over and said nothing. I drive a 2020 Lincoln aviator and these guys could not have done a worse job. Do not bring your vehicle here they will ruin it

They were quick, and did a great job with baby. Upon entering it was so many vehicles I was sure itll be a long wait ✋.. I was out of there in 20 minutes. Thanks Bay Breeze.

This is the most disappointing car wash I have ever visited. I ordered the $20 wash, my wheels were supposed to be cleaned and my tires were supposed to have tire shine. When I arrived home and looked my vehicle over the wheels still had plenty brake dust, and the tire shine was not evenly distributed so that I had to go over the tires again with my own tire shine. Also the car which is black was still actually dirty!

The wash was fine But when they were drying it and doing the inside They left a lot of places Unwiped and dirty . On the dashboard you could see where they stopped wiping And skipped A good bit of it Because part of it was shiny And part of it wasnt . Could have been much better on the inside work . Before I checked The car I left a $10 tip . Next time Ill check first .

I was in and out in less than 20 min wait for an oil change. Although I did not get my free wash, nor did i want it, i appreciated the fact that they acknowledged that my aftermarket bodykit could be damaged by the washing process.

Should be choice for no star..I bought the $32 plus adds to the service total $45 expecting the optimum..but more than half of the job left undone..even though I complained to the supervisor and requested to finish the job they explained that they don’t have the equipments or the tool to clean it..even though they charged me and I paid for the service..it’s really a rip off..They left the carpet uncleaned, they didn’t wiped the dust..they blew it spreading it inside the car..I had to finish cleaning my car when I got home..I feel that I just give them $45 to added to they savings..because what they are offering is not necessary what they did..not happy what so ever..

I foolishly left their location without checking their work. Dirt wasn’t cleaned near the bottom of my vehicle. Trunk wasn’t vacuumed. Called back to see if I could return for them to finish the job and I was put on hold indefinitely. I won’t be returning to this location

Each time Ive went to this car wash, its always the same. Fast service, clean vehicle and fair prices. Even when its busy, the turn around is solid. They have a system that works.

They always do a great job. If you buy the $32 wash they do everything and if it rains you can come back 3 days later in the wash it again. Good people.

I dont know why I always keep going back to this business because I always have the same result. My experience with Bay Breeze is that yes, service is fast but its for a reason. The job is never done thoroughly. There are obviously missed spots of dirt and fur in my car, on my seats. The quick vacuuming is always evident and the hardest detail is always at the front interior of the car where you will always see initially. I am embarrassed that I did not double check their work again and I came home and examined their job feeling duped. I think I have finally learned my lesson and will be looking for another car wash that may be further but will have more quality service.

Theyre just ok. $15 for a basic wash and they dont even wipe off the dash. Then they want to charge $4 for some tire shine. Just crazy! I see why mobile detailing is so popular. Yep, Im not going back!

I’m extremely happy with the way my car looks after taking it to the full service (wash, vacuum, condition, clay bar, awesome smelly stuff). Actually, it hasn’t looked this good since I’ve owned it. Mr. Miyagi has nothing on these guys. Wax on wax off was on point!!! I would totally recommend and will be back for sure.

Ultimate express wash was subpar. It cleaned the same as a cheap gas station car wash. So it is not worth to pay for the expensive wash options. Make sure to have a microfiber towel to dry all the spots and clean some of the unclean areas that are left behind. Vacuum machine had good suction and was free.

The car was not completely cleaned, but after speaking with the GM he told us to bring it back to take care of it..I explained to him that we were leaving on the road because we are truck drivers he took our information and said he would take care of it when we return in December. This is the kind of place you definitely want to continue to visit.

I paid$37.79 for my SUV to be wash, vacuum and detailed. Only to to discover that they just washed and vacuum. They did not wipe down the door panels nor the seat nor dashboard. Just unprofessional and pathetic.

Last time using your services. Paid almost 100 bucks for oil change and platinum wash today. Guy spent 5 minutes on car after the wash. I asked him about wiping down seats and he said not with my wash. I stated I paid almost 100 bucks and he says yeah because of oil change. Manager comes over and I explain I can get oil change cheaper somewhere else but I use your services for the convenience of having it all done at the same time. He told me not to compare you to other oil change place. Rude!!! Im done. Picture Is the product he left on dash.

** 2/2 update....went back with hopes of a good car wash and was once again disappointed! Bumped my 3 stars to 2. Paid for tire gloss and didnt receive, paid for suv rear vacuuming and it was horrible, paid for dash clean and gloss and it was partial! Not sure what thia place does right besides send the cars in through the automatic washer!! **Quick and ok car wash. Need some attention with the interior vacuuming. Continuously left with sand on my mats and hatch area.

I am using their service for 6 years. For last two years I have seen significant decline in service quality. I always buy the highest level option which cost $35 for cleaning and for last 3 times I see dust on dashboard on . When I went back, I was told you did not buy trim option, or the dust is too sticky, or this time because of COVID. I was able to simply blow on the door trim and dust flew away. It didn’t happened before. I don’t think I will comeback, even it means I have to drive to Wesley chapel to get car detailed.

I pulled up to get a simple oil change in my 2006 Volvo S80 today and was told that I was required to purchase the synthetic oil change because my car requires it.. Volvo did not start requiring synthetic oil until the 2013 models!! I told the man that I’ve used 5w30 for the last 14 years and I shouldn’t be made to have the synthetic today and he still refused me service. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Bay Breeze WILL try to rip you off. The managers special is actually a dollar more expensive than just buying the wash and lube separate. They will also try and seduce you with coupons, of which they will find a reason to not honor. There are so many places to get a wash and or lube. It should NOT be this place.

I go first thing in the morning when I need an oil change and usually takes 15-20 mins. The guys are nice. Prices for extra services are reasonable. The interior of the building could use a face lift and maybe a couple vending machines, coffee/water area. It’s kept clean though.

The basic wash and vacuum at $14 is great value. I have a Husky who sheds a lot of fur, and I was surprised how clean they managed to get my car.

They didn’t even vacuum the seats... the console was full of dust, the carpet full of sand. Hands down the worst car wash.

By far the worst car wash I’ve ever been to. I took 2 cars, one I did the $14 package and one the $40 package, they did the same service on both. I paid extra for wheel cleaning, they didn’t even touch it. I am disputing the charge on my card as a truly feel scammed.

This has to be the worst car wash in the state of Florida! I selected the $19.99 service and my SUV looked like I ran it through the Shell self car wash across the street. Bird droppings were not removed. The dashboard was not wiped, the floor mats still had sand on them. I wish I would have seen all this before I gave them a $5 tip. Here is a tip. Quality vs. Quantity! Stop rushing through cars to get more done and take the time to give ppl the service we pay for. Never again!

Went for a car wash here with my brand new car. After wash lot of micro scratches were all Over the paint. I guess either they used a dirty towel or don’t clean their brushes. Shows how much they care. Do not ever go here.

I was told my vehicle was ready and when I approached there was so many missed spots and did not touch the door jams or the inside which I paid extra for everything. Superfast great quality work and a great staff

I picked a package for $26.99 that included dash/console protectant. When I opened my door one of the guys looked at it and asked if I wanted to add protectant to my doors for $5 more and since my door was dirty I agreed but when I paid and picked up my car my door still dirty but with protectant on top of that dirt. Like really???? It is crazy! How you are going to apply protectant on top of dirt? That doesn’t make any sense? There’s no quality on that! The gentleman asked me if the other guy explained to me and told me that that was what I paid for...only protectant. That really blows my mind. I don’t used to write reviews but I’ve been here like 3 time and I had enough this time. Never again. Don’t waist your money.

I came here and I asked for a full detail and they said they didn’t have enough time to do that, so I said okay and got a smaller package. They took my car and I was inside for about 6 min before they called me out saying it was done. I came and inspected the car and saw that they did not even wipe the door handles and they left all the gunk in the cup holders, there was still sand and dirt all over my back seat and mats. I spent almost $30 on the cleaning and It was as though they ran it through the car wash and dusted the interior and nothing more. I could have done a better job at home with a rag and some hot water than the 5 employees that “cleaned” my car.
