I brought my Ford Fusion in for a wash and wax and it looks like a new car after only 30 minutes! Watching 4 people hustling around working on my car was a sight to see. And I shopped around and they seem to be the most reasonably priced. I definitely will be back.

Management should invest into a tarp because its too hot out for the guys. I always feel bad for them. Something like this you know? Maybe it will help improve their job performance.

Substandard quality. See photos below. I paid for the platinum service which includes interior and exterior cleaning. I was thoroughly disappointed when my car was given back to me. I ended up having to redo it myself when I got home. There were crumbs still left in the door sill. The mats had sand on them as if they didn’t even use a vacuum. The dash was barely wiped. The interior had a moldy smell from the obvious dirty rags they must’ve used to wipe it with. This is not my first time here. I’ve been here 3 times and I’ve never been impressed. I will never use this place ever again. I’ll take the time to do it myself or hire a mobile detail.

First and last time I go there unfortunately. They are all very polite and nice but didn’t do a good job cleaning inside. $30 plus $5 tip you pay in advance & my car is still dirty inside. They barely touched the cupboard. I had to ask them to please clean it, which they nicely did. Behind it is dirty still. And around the changing gear. Not happy at all. Not worth the money paid. Very disappointed.

Their service has really gotten poor! $34 for a car wash you would think they would clean your floor mats. Also, I had some sticky tape residue on the drivers door window. They didnt even clean that off. I could have gotten the same service from a corner hand wash for less than half the price. All you get at Mister is the convenience of speed and a nice waiting room. Service is trash 🗑

Nice car wash. Have multiple locations convenient to me, so Ive become a monthly member. The S.Tampa location used to wipe the cars down just before exiting the wash. They no longer do this. Not sure why. It was a nice final touch that set Mister apart from other washes.

Great value for the price. My wife and I each belong. Its nice to be able to keep our cars clean and looking good especially during the yellow pollen season we just went through. Car wash does a good job....I would give it a 9 out of 10. Could dry the car a bit more thoroughly. We will certainly continue our memberships.

The most consistent service in south Tampa. Fairly priced. Staff is very courteous. I’ve tried some of the new, bigger car washes in area but Mister is BETTER. Only car wash I’ll go to from now on.

Ive been to this car wash multiple times over the years - including before it was Mr Car Wash. Service has always been pretty good and quick. While the interior of the building looks better now, theyre charging customers too much to pay for that extra expense.$21 for a standard wash is just too much.Heads up that they stopped carrying cash, so dont expect anyone to break a 20.

A bit pricey but they are thorough. Ive always had good experiences here.

They only cleaned the driver seat area, my entire car left dirty and when I tried to call them no one answered or returned to me to fix this issue after I left a detailed voicemail. Very upset with the customer service and very bad cleaning service! Don’t waist your time and money!

Great place to get your vehicle cleaned. We go so much that we purchased the membership. The membership is unlimited washes for $30 per month. Thats a good deal around these parts, between rainy season and pollen, its an easy choice. If you have the membership and want the inside cleaned then its only an extra $10. 👍🚗🚙🛻

I got there and paid for their most expensive feature because I needed the interior of a vehicle I just purchased detailed. Needless to say it was a lackluster job, the interior of the vehicle wasnt all that bad there was no animal hair it wasnt trashed out it just needed to be cleaned a little and the windows needed to be done, $96 and a $20 tip lighter there was still lots of cleaning that needed to be done on the interior that they failed to do and took far too long to do absolutely nothing to my vehicle. When I spoke to management the management tried to tell me that had I left a bigger tip that this job would have been done a lot better, I told him that I left a $20 tip, then he told me oh! Well make sure we get this done then, then he apologized, in 45 minutes later very little again had been done. I left this place knowing full well I didnt get my money back or my moneys worth, and knowing that I will never stop at a Mister Car Wash again, for any reason. Now if you have a brand new vehicle that has very little to nothing that needs to be done and you dont mind spending the money for them to do absolutely next to nothing to your vehicle then by all means spend your $10 $15 and leave it to $3 tip for the guys, but if you need any kind of real work done you cant count on these guys to do anything for you.

Friendly staff and the prices are very affordable. We usually have them tape the back wiper blade to prevent from breaking. Best time for us to go is in the morning as it seems the vacuums work best early in the day.

Great service and that car looks great. I was in and out with an interior and exterior package within 20 minutes! Everyone was polite and there is a Wawa 2 stores down to grab a hoagie. Win win.

It would be better if the guy who sprays the front of the csr/truck spray the rear also..been through this one twice. Your machine doesnt clean the rear of my suburban...the two places I go in Florida not only spray the front and rear they also boars hair brush the front and windshield...the person at the end to guide you off also wipes the drivers side mirror...I am going to try Clearwater next and the the over in Brandon...if they do the same I will be force to suspend my account till I get back to Minnesota....I do have two accounts one for each vehicle....

Staff was courteous and friendly. My car came out cleaner than it went in, but I expected more for the price I paid. I love 1.4 miles away drove right home from Mister Car Was and took these photos.

Everytime I visit to get my car washed, line moves pretty fast even though many cars were there. Very good spot to swing by and my car washed as often I pleasure. However, it seems like my car doesnt get rinsed so good so always have some soap spots left. I wish the rinse time would be more efficient to satisfy the results for swing by wash purpose not to worry about brining towel and try to wipe down the car when there are not so many spot to park car after coming out from the wash.

Been going to this spot for years. No matter how crowded it gets the service is quick. Today I had the interior as well as the outside cleaned. My Nissan came out looking new.

All locations close at 6pm, when many people are getting out of work and need to get their car washed. With the pollen that accumulates, then lovebug season, and for general cleaning, I would have gotten the monthly membership and get a wash every other day. Im inhibited from doing that because of their closing hours. I think they would get more business and better ratings if they extended their hours to 8pm.

Most of the time I choose exterior only. Been driving a lot. Had a few bugs that didnt come off the windshield in the wash. I ask a young man to please remove them. You would have thought I asked him to do the impossible. Wasnt very courteous. Very sad. Another gentleman came over and asked what I needed. He took care of it.

Quick and easy drive-through. There is an ATM-style payment machine for the drive-through wash if youre in a hurry or just dont want the full service wash.

Paid for premium and even tipped to receive an unclean floor mat, food crumbs still left on the floor, an empty can left under my seat, and half the interior wiped down. I wont be back.

Car washes are okay, the dryers are spotty .Car wash brushes are always hit or miss and the dryers at this location are better than the N Dale Mabry location. They still havent gone back to having people hand drying after the auto dryers which is frustrating as Ive been paying the same amount monthly for my car washes but not getting the same service as pre-covid although they have had employees there working outside for months now.Management/Ownership needs to discount car wash club prices or have people there hand drying the cars coming out of the wash again.

I quit doing full service because my car is black and every time I spend $30 on a car wash it sits out there with the water drying on it before they can get to it to dry it properly. Never works out big waste of money

Used to be our go to car wash bc you could get a decent wash for under $15. Cheapest thing here now is $21! Hope this means the staff working outside are getting a nice bump in pay. At this price point the juice ain’t worth the squeeze.

Mister is okay for light surface level dirt but once I got home I needed to clean specific areas again and wipe windows and mirrors to avoid water spots. As long as youre okay with a very light wash this will work, but I put in nearly as much time wiping down my car afterwards as I would if I had just washed it myself.

I was impressed by their speed. Its not a detailing, but for the money and speed, its pretty good

Staff is very friendly, quick and efficient. The ones cleaning the dash and windows did a great job, but was disappointed in the vacuuming. It looks like the back seat was barely touched, which is frustrating when spending nearly $40. Next time I will just save my money and do it myself since I will have to redo the back seat anyway.

Better dry rags would be sick, but all in all an awesome and convenient deal.

I have been a monthly customer for 2 years. My Truck is not getting clean when I go through the wash.. The results have been terrible. Seriously considering cancelling my membership

I give them 4 stars because I dont feel they did a great job wiping off the inside of the car. I mean, for about $30 is not bad. But at least dont leave streaks of dust on the dashboard... if you wipe something off to make it look clean, make sure it looks clean. Other than that they get the job done and everyone was very courteous. Yes, I will go back.

Do they a great job at this location and the Brandon location as well. You can get in and out faster with the exterior only wash and your car or truck will look great after the drying process. Now full service will take longer but the quality of service is still the same. I recommend this place for any type of wash you want 👍👍👍👍👍

The staff at this car wash are wonderful! The car wash does a great job and use of the towels is much appreciated! Unfortunately when I first used this car wash the poodle brush scratched the bottom of my car. My side view mirrors get knocked around. The rubber piece on my roof has come off twice. I understand that these things are happening because the car wash is powerful but it does make me nervous that my car will be damaged every time I come. The management is very kind and had the staff use compound to fade the scratches, put back my mirror and rubber piece. I stopped using the poodle brush to prevent further scratching. The staff will help apply the tire shine manually when it’s not busy. I can’t speak highly enough about the great staff! I am on a weekly routine of coming every Monday because of the location, great staff and how clean my car gets. But still very nervous that damage is going to happen. I would’ve liked the car wash to be responsible for fixing the scratched areas but I never pursued it and am still coming. It’s my first brand new car. When I first came it literally only had 2 flaws in the paint and now has to many scratches to count. Most of them aren’t visible without getting close so I’m trying to ignore them but it obviously still upsets me a little so I’m venting in this survey. Overall without the damage just looking at the staff and quality of clean this is an above average business.

Staff is nice, but they did a horrible job. For $38 they didn’t clean the inside of the cup holders or get all the bugs off the front of the car. See images attached. Won’t be going back.

Always an amazing clean. Just tried the full service clean after long road trip and its a good clean! Its not a spotless job but it will clean you up.

I was there 10 min ago I got my 2020 chrysler premiere washed, horrible service ever, my dash still has dusts, they didnt even touch cup holders area, exterior has water marks droping down from roof to al the way down, I try to buy air freshener, they told me its is free, I never got one, kids trying to finalize car wash dont even pay attention, they dont even look at the area they are working on. New car, first car wash, 37 dollars including $ 5 tips wasting money for less then 10 min service specialy if you dont do your job right, I wont use their service again .

I’m being generous giving this place 3 stars. Only reason I been here a few times is because is the closest to my house. Decent service suffers greatly because they’re washing, drying and vacuuming “100” cars a the same time. The few times I been here, I’m never satisfied with their work, regardless which service I paid for. I don’t go there anymore I rather drive a little further to get a better hand wash service. Don’t waste your money. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Well I go to or three times a week in just about every single time they never clean the window cleaner off the back window inside I have to go back or I get in my car and have to get back out and tell them they dont dry it very well so I go home with spots on my car so what times Im very unhappy with the job that they do they just better be glad theyre the only ones here cuz I would switch

Great stop for a quick wash and detail. The best package is $34, and youll want to plan on a tip. They recently added a tip by card option.Three stars because its really a fast service, and speed is prioritized over quality. Its a quick fix if your parents are coming to town, etc. and I think the pricing reflects this. Car detailing can easily top $100, so their service is a good value.However, if you really want your car washed & detailed/cleaned, Id vote diy if you have the time or pay for a pricier service.Having said all that, they do have a monthly membership, and I think this would be a great option for uber/lyft drivers. If your car isnt too bad to begin with Mister is a wonderful option.

If you cant even answer a phone by opening time. You will be just as bad in person. Why cant a customer just get a normal car wash price?! Quit with all the chatter. Full service car wash means in and out cleaned spotless for a flat fee price. Why make it complicated?

I never thought I would leave a review for a car wash, but this place impressed today! I have been here dozens of times, and they must have made a lot of staffing changes. The professionalism, friendliness and cleanliness of the staff and facility, respectively, was top-notch.During Covid, no popcorn, so another A+ for saving me a bundle of calories during this visit!Only knock: I felt pressured into buying a membership, which I’ve already had and didn’t use. The sales pitch was lengthy for it. It’d be great if that wasn’t such a big part of the check-in.

The car wash used to be awesome. Friendly, staff would great you, Mr Dave was/is amazing. He goes the extra mile, is a hard worker and very courteous. He made it a special experience even for my kids in the back seat by drawing Frosty or other fun things on the window. The actual car wash machine is fine but its the people that made it a great experience. They would actually dry your car as you pull out. Now its a machine and it does a horrible job. I have to pull up and dry it myself. I ask myself why do I pay for this? Only because its the only one around. The people are what made it great.

Since COVID, they dont dry the car anymore for the people paying monthly... but they are drying the cars receiving the full detail.. What happened to drying everyones car?

After being a customer for several years I was denied service due to an issue with luggage racks on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. These racks are built specifically for my Jeep and are not some cheap racks that some people install. Therefore there is no reason that these racks would be damaged or torn off during a wash. I had been through this car wash with the racks before and at another Mister location with no issues. As a monthly unlimited I get my car washed almost everyday and as a longtime customer I was frustrated that I was denied service and was told that even though the racks are installed to OEM specifications I’m not worth being fired over. Therefore, I ended my monthly subscription on the spot. Unfortunately, due to absurd policies I will no longer be “allowed” get service at Mister locations and have to take my business elsewhere. I am very disappointed that as a long time customer I was denied service abruptly. I will also be stopping my other two cars and letting others know that service could be denied for absurd policies. I am sure that this will have no effect on your operation but dissatisfied customers have a tendency to be heard.

I got my car washed inside and out. When I got in my car to leave there was still sand all over the interior of the car. My boyfriend did an inspection of the exterior and there was dirt still all over the back of my car. The windows on the interior looked like they were wiped down by small children. I will never bring my car back to this place. Gandy Blvd location

This place moves fast. Don’t be deterred by the lines . My car is always clean and the staff friendly .

At least 1/2 of the time the scanner will not pick up my scan on the windshield and it holds up the line. At least one out of four times I do not get my hot wax when I go through the wash as of coarse I am paid for. I feel my car is always washed clean and the added dryers to dry it are very well done.

It was very good, but had to go through 2 times, to get it all clean.

Fooled me once, not again! Please sell the business to someone who actually cares and will deliver a quality service to the community at a reasonable price. I will not use this business again. They do not vacuum the vehicle well, I had to go home and do it again myself. They try to break seats instead of listening to the owner about how to raise and lower them correctly. They no longer dry your vehicle, they just let the blowers do it, and two guys standing at the end wipe about 2 feet. The result is that if you do not drive home and dry you vehicle yourself, it will be full of water spots. Also, what happened to using soft water? Oh, and why did I do everything myself you ask, because the response I got when I went back was, We changed our policies awhile ago. We no longer guarantee anything. Trust me, I did get them to do it again, but it still sucked! Basically, these guys suck, and I will make sure everyone knows until the sell or go out of business.

My truck was pretty dirty. After the wash dirt on the bottom and back stayed. Didnt like it.

Different issue with my truck each time I come. Today it was having a 5th wheel hitch installed.. They also climb on the side of my truck to look at whats in the back of my truck bed. Now how I have dings on the sides of my truck bed now...

Got a car wash, my antenna was completely ripped off, Gave them a call, nobody answered, left a message, never turned phone call.

Would like to have a unlimited wash program that allows for more than one vehicle. i.e. a Family Plan or “1 wash per week” etc.I have 3 vehicles. I can only drive 1. But it’s too expensive to have 3 plans.

As a member and having paid the fees until Mister Car wash implemented services again I would expect friendly customer service when I am approaching you about updating my credit card. Disappointed in the service I have had @ this location the last few times.

My car looks so awesome after every time I come here I decided to get a membership and come more often so basically I come twice a week and get the full detail at least once a week so my car always looks like it came off the showroom floor and I love that feeling. So basically a little treat for myself. This membership works out very well unlike a gym membership which doesnt make me go to the gym somehow the car membership makes me come to the car wash a couple times a week so I really feel like Im getting my moneys worth in my car always looks awesome.

Very nice staff. The machine that puts out the soap was not working properly and it looked like they didnt know how to fix it. Only half the car gets washed. Still sending cars thru though, gotta get that money!

Quality is not the same.

Air dryer does not adequately dry outside of car and they no longer hand dry left over wet areas.

My washes are always great however the dale mabry location crew of younger guys seem to pick and choose which car they prefer to clean the best . 2 twin brothers they didnt seem to care about cleaning my car inside. So I think I will stick to the Mister on Gandy .I will say I am still happy overall with my wash membership.

Employees get treated poorly. And Jeff is a horrible GM. I say this because I was suspended a couple of years back when I had to rush my father to the hospital. And even though I brought in a letter from The hospital I was still suspended and almost fired by Jeff. I would never give this company a single Cent of my hard earned money.

Enjoy being able to get my truck washed. There is a lot of construction on Gandy that i have to drive through every day making the dust collect on my truck, so being able to wash it regularly is a plus.

Been long-time customer of Mister Car Wash ever since it opened the Gandy location which then led to me becoming loyal monthly member utilizing Gandy & Dale Mabry locations regularly. Both Teams are gracious and welcoming upon arrival till departure. Always willing to help when requested. I enjoy being able to pull off to the side and continue drying until I feel its fully dry leaving no spots. I will always recommend both Gandy and Dale Mabry locations.

Id been looking for a place to get my car detailed for awhile and thought Id give this Mister location a try. The customer service was great and the wait time was short. The detail was pretty good, but not perfect. If I go back, Id speak up a bit more about the details they missed this last time.

I just want to warn everyone - I went to have my car washed there and had a sympathy card with money in it in my center console which they would have no reason to go in - was going to drop the card off after the wash and one of the employees stole the money out of it 😡. You can’t get any lower than that when you have to take money out of a sympathy card! Please avoid this place because after calling the Police I was informed that they have been out to that car wash multiple times for stolen property out of vehicles! They also know where all the camera angles knowing where they can and cannot be seen. And as far as Management they act like they don’t know what’s going on!And as far as the response from the owner - I did reach out to him with no response

The car wash itself is fine washing wise for the unlimited price if used enough.It does not, nor the employees at the end of carwash dry the car well at all. If I dont bring my own towel to immediately dry my car there will be spots left all over from residue/the shoddy drying.

I have a membership and when I pulled in they treated me so poorly I felt like I didnt belong. Never again. I dont have a lot of money but where I spend it is important to me, so not this place

I have the unlimited wash sticker I have a new 2020 vehicle and always want it to look its best being able to go any day is awesome. I also like the fact you open early and stay open till 6 daily making it super convenient for me to go at a time that fits my schedule

I paid for the full service ($38) car wash, and I have to say the quality of interior cleaning was very poor. None of my beige leather seats were even wiped down. The driver side floor mat was left dirty/muddy, and there were finger prints throughout the entire interior. For the price, I expected a much more thorough job.

You would think when you spend $38 dollars on a car wash you shouldnt have to finish getting the bugs off the mirrors and front of the car, dry the door jams, or finish wiping down the inside, but obviously you do. Horrible job. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. SO MANY BETTER OPTIONS!!!!!!
