I was helped by Haley. She was fun to talk to and did an amazing job on my hair. I usually go to upscale salons but am nee to Tampa, so I thought I would give this little salon a try. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks Haley!

Alright so- i went here about 3-4 years ago (i was in 5th grade and im now in 9th) and i had kay as my stylist each time. I wanted to write a review but never got the chance. Anyways kay did a amazing job on my hair everytime she did it, she was also very kind and always made conversation whilst doing my hair. Im looking to come back again but i dont know if kay still works here.. And shes the only stylist ill see :)

Everyone was really nice. Got exactly what I wanted and enjoyed good conversation during. Would recommend this place to everyone.

DO. NOT. GO. HERE.I would give it no stars if I could.I warn all my family and friends as well.I went here for a formal style hairstyle. the hairdressers (there were two at the time, an older Spanish lady and a black lady). One of them started to do my hair and bickering with another customer. The hairdresser was in the fault because she was very rude in answering the customers questions even telling her to “be quiet or if you can do it then do it yourself”. I also brought my daughter but asked the hairdresser to immediately stop because she was tearing through my daughters hair making her cry. To which they then charged me 55$ to which was not even finished (after arguing with each other about how much to charge me, because THEY didn’t even know) the hairstyle I chose for myself looked nothing like the photo I showed the dresser, which was a simple hairstyle. After she finished my hair she told me she “had to guess what I wanted”Lord.Altogether I was charged $175 for absolutely nothing.NEVER AGAIN.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Made an appointment online for 6:15pm (at 5pm), salon closes at 7:00pm. I show up at 6:00pm and was told that she is not taking anymore cuts at this time. I explained that I made an appointment and drove 30mins to get there and she did not care. I will never do business with a company who does not care about my time and have the courtesy to call me or even get me in when I made an appointment. Mind you, there was no one else there.

Kay has the greatest skills with my hair. So great that I brought my daughter here too.Noone els will do my hair but her.

Kelly is very patient with my boy. His first time at hair salon. I can’t imagine she handle my boy good and she is very sweet.. definitely bring al my kids here for haircut and highly recommended...

Literally the most unprofessional smart style I have ever been to. Ive been to several smart styles typically just on a walk-in basis. I have visited this particular location on a few occasions and the wait time was ridiculous with or without appointment. They try to juggle doing multiple heads at a time and end up wasting everyones time. Who ever fusses the most gets finished the fastest. For instance I came for a blow out she started immediately but I left4 hours later.

New manager Mrs. Kay is an awesome hair designer. Top notch colorist. She saved my damaged hair.
