We had a job change which also meant insurance change. I was nervous to change dentists but Burch checked all the boxes. They have different locations which is good for finding the right appointment. The whole office is nice and very welcoming. Before COVID, they had a list of things to make you more comfortable on the wall which I thought was so sweet; blanket, glasses, ear plugs, chap stick. Maybe those will come back some day! They are also great with kids. Dont hesitate.

Burch Dental is the best dentist’s office I have ever been to. The entire staff is amazing: the person the greets you when you walk in, the hygienist, the dentist, and any other staff member that simply smiles when walking by you. The staff is so friendly but also very informative and they always make me feel like they genuinely care about my teeth. They are also great with my daughter, who now loves taking care of her teeth. I switched over to Burch Dental a bit over a year ago. I could not be happier. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I don’t have to stress about payments and insurance coverage details, they always do an excellent job at explaining what’s covered and how much you’ll have to pay. This alone makes the experience to going to the dentist a lot better. Facilities are very up to date, and clean. There’s really nothing bad I could say about them. Highly recommend.

I’ve been a patient of Burch for years. I absolutely love this clinic. Their modern equipment they use is astonishing. The quality of care I receive is wonderful. The staff has always been very accommodating to our appointment requirement needs as they have various availabilities and staff to meet our needs. I took my 4 year old grand daughter for her very first dental cleaning and exam. The fear and anxiety that this little one had was quickly alleviated by the warm welcoming staff who goes above and beyond. The staff quickly recognized her hesitation and made sure they created a welcoming fun atmosphere in which she could relax. Dr Zimmer and Kim went above and beyond taking the best care of us and I couldn’t be happier. This little one went from crying to begging to do it again and asking when can I get my teeth cleaned again. This office is top notch in the attention to details and the care their provide! I have a medical condition that I have had for years. The doctors could not figure out what was going on with me. During one of my cleanings, a Burch Dental hygienist noticed one of my symptoms. She immediately went and made me a print out of what she thought was wrong with me. I took that paper to my doctor. After testing was completed, she had the proper diagnosis that we had been trying to figure out for years. Burch Dental doesnt just care about your teeth. They care about you and your overall health.

My insurance can be very difficult to work with (Military), and this facility is very patient and helpful with Tri-Care insurance. It doesn’t sound like a big deal, but for “us” it’s a MAJOR plus. As for service and care, top notch! Everyone is friendly, full of smiles, and show real care about patient comfort and general well being. It truly feels like the staff cares about the big picture, not just your teeth. I tell everyone I speak to about how amazing this staff and facility is. I havent been to the dentist in who knows how long. Found them through my new jobs provider list since they are close to home. I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly. My dental hygienist was kind, thoughtful, and friendly. She also did a great job letting me know everything she was going to be doing and educating me as she went along. I do need to get a couple crowns done, so well see how that goes!

I am petrified of the dentist and any oral work. NOT ANYMORE!! WHAT AN AMAZING TEAM!!! They not only explained my options but also my insurance in a way no one has taken care to before. I saw heather for cleaning. She was able to see me the same day. She was very gentle and talked me through everything she was doing. She told me to let her know if anything was sensitive and that she would stop. She has the softest touch. Would recommend her for a cleaning for sure.

Had a great experience at Burch dental as usual. I have been a patient of Burch dental for 9 years. I started with Dr. Burch when I was 14. Dr. Adriana who was super nice did my check-up. Very proud I didnt have any cavities. My entire family is pleased with the service we have received over the years. I feel fortunate that I have never had any major issues with my teeth. I attribute part of my oral health to the great people at Burch dental. The hygienist have been great to me over the years. I had sealants when I was young and have never had a cavity. BEST experience I have ever had at a dentist office. It all started with the pleasant receptionist. Then on to the hygienist, Heather was very personable and knowledgeable. I learned more about my teeth than I have ever with the last dentist I had for 30 years. Dr. Adriana was just as nice and thorough. I definitely be going back. 1) They didnt take care of my broken tooth. 2) All they wanted to do was a deep cleaning. (Got a second opinion... the deep cleaning was not needed, far from it. - I think they were trying to get $1,000 out of the insurance.) 3) They told me it would not cost anything for the X-rays... that was a lie. (I was billed after I said I was not going to do business with them any more.)4) They sent partial x-rays to my second opinion dentist... so my second opinion dentist had to take more x-rays (they were gracious and didnt charge me for them, since I had a horrible experience at Burch.

I always had so much anxiety any time I needed dental work. Burch Dental has been WONDERFUL with how they treat me and my family. My little girl is actually excited for her cleaning appointments. The staff takes the time to explain what theyre doing and is always so helpful and understanding. Even on days Ive had to bring my children in with me, the staff is kind and understanding. They do great work and have a phenomenal staff. I recommend anyone in need of a dentist to their office.

The staff is always polite and speedy. You never wait more than 5 -10 min in the waiting room. The dentists and assistants are very informative and you dont feel like your being rushed or they are rushing to get to the next patient. Also, the manager, Jessica Fraser, is very helpful with any billing questions. My kids received gifts the last time they were in there and it just made them so happy. I highly recommend going to Burch Dental. Some of the other big area dentist Ive been to, I have felt like its about getting a quantity of patients in at one time but at Burch I feel like its about the quality of care there.

I really love this dentist office. I’ve always been scared of going to the dentist and being judged about my teeth and how I take care of my teeth. There is no judgement here. They are so nice and make me feel like I’m complete normal. That things like this happen and they have always seen worse.

I get cleanings every 3 months and have been to both the Palo Verde office and the Forest Hills office. Both offices are clean, and beautiful. From the moment I walk in the office, Carrie or Taylor are always so pleasant and helpful. They take the time to go over my questions about my treatment plan, and all my options. I believe Ellen is her name, she helped out with my ins questions. I do have a different hygienist at my appts, and each one Ive seen so far have been excellent {Erika, Amy, and Andie} I give the Burch Dental offices a 5 star review because of their great service from start to end, and every member that works there is so pleasant. I look forward to my next appointment..

What can I say, my experience has always been great. I have had a crown and a couple of fillings over the years and all experiences have been great!! They are great with late appointments for me since it is hard for me to get out of work during the day. I would recommend anyone to this office.

I first went to Burch dental when i chipped my front tooth last harvest. They were very accommodating with my work schedule since i was putting in very long days. They did an exceptional job on fixing the tooth and matching the color of my other teeth. I went back and also got my teeth cleaned from Heather and she did a wonderful job. Very knowledgeable and was very thorough with the cleaning. Took the time to explain what she was doing. Even though it is a dentist office everyone working there makes you feel very relaxed and at home with a big smile on their face.
