My brother in law and I realized upon arrival to help relocate his parents that this was not going to be a couple trips to the town dump.I reached out to the team at MD’s and before you know it we had a dumpster that same day. They were very responsive to both email and mobile.We also ran into a job that needed professional disposal. Again, I reached out to MD’s and they had a team out and bam it was gone.Their drivers took care not to damage the newly laid driveway. Awesome company to work with! Very responsive every time I called. The office staff and drivers were always very helpful, polite and respectful.We were selling our home and needed a dumpster delivered on short notice and have it picked it up four days later. It was not a problem and they were able to accommodate us, even during the busy season.They were also our regular bi-weekly trash pick up. They were very willing to work out a schedule that worked for us.Thank you all so much for everything you do. We will miss you!

They used to be my go to and the best for dumpster service.have been using them for almost 10 years but will be looking into someone else.was quoted a price and then got over charged by 75.00 upon pickup of a dumpster that was not even full.needless to say the thought of having them do weekly pickup or even tell others to look into them as I have will fall to the side. Glenda is great in the office and service is great but the over charge is not going to fly with me.

I contracted MDs Trash Removal after my cardiac by-pass because I could not make my regular trips to the dump, but I have since kept them because of the exceptional service! There have been several times when I had forgotten to drag my trash cart to the curb and every time the amazing drivers from MDs have come up my driveway to get it -- and then returned it to its spot in front of my garage. That is service and I cant thank them enough! Great company -- Reasonable rates -- Excellent customer service!

MDs is seriously the best company we’ve worked with. So professional and ALWAYS friendly on the phone. They ALWAYS help answer our questions or have been there for us for extra trash or recycle pick up at the last minute. They never leave a mess at the end of our driveway. The bins are put back nicely. Their fees are very affordable, and when they say they’ll be there, they will.. if not.. they ALWAYS call! Highly recommend!!!

If I could give these guys a million stars I would!! I called their office today as I needed urgently to get rid of a very heavy wooden table, a door, construction material, two snow blowers,and metals. These guys came over today, they were very nice and did the job very quickly and efficiently for a very good price. I highly recommend this company to everyone!! This company is so easy to work with!!! I was able to set up payments very easily, adjust the size of our pick up bins, and our pick up weeks. One of the most important things I can think of when recommending a trash pick up service is the bins are always placed where they are picked up and when I get home from work I dont have to pick up anything that may have fallen out! I meet the owner once and he was very pleasant, humble and pleasant! I will be a forever customer for sure!

I am disabled and I couldn’t find a better service if I tried! They have been willing to pick up at my door during better months and just require street pick-up during winter months. I am promptly notified of delayed pick-ups due to poor weather and receive online invoices so payment is made very convenient for me.Highly recommend for residents in the Amherst NH area!

I have an every other week pickup of trash and recycling. Turns out the single stream recycling is a must for us after I went to the dump once and found out I had to sort all the recycling! Theres like 10 categories of stuff to sort, what a pain. So glad I dont have to go to the dump (Id probably just stop recycling if I had to do this all the time). I think the price is very much worth the convenience given I now never have to go to the dump. Thanks MDs for an hour of my life back every week.Update 1/29/2020:I keep getting randomly charged for extra cardboard. They are not responsive about it and wont let me know how I can avoid this fee. They did refund me one time, but I would still like to know how I can avoid it in the future. Ive contacted them by phone and email with no response.Update 3/19/2020:They did finally contact me a couple weeks ago and let me know what the deal was. I think weve resolved the issue and are satisfied on both sides now.

Im very pleased with MDs service. Last week I brought in my recycling, not realizing it hadnt been emptied yet due to the holiday. The driver took the time to ask my fiance about it, grabbed the barrel and returned it. They are awesome!! And very reasonably priced.

The two ladies who answer the phones were awesome to deal with. So, so helpful!We needed a dumpster in a teeny tiny driveway, between two houses that are very close together and we werent sure theyd be able to get it done. Well the gentleman who dropped it was amazing! He took his time, making sure not to hit anything, and he managed to get the dumpster dropped with probably a couple of inches to spare on each side. He also picked it up and took it away without incident.Needless to say I am so impressed, and will use MDs any time I have a job located in their service area.

MD’s is great because of the people. From the office staff to the driver Scott. They are here to serve. They know what it’s like to be busy, Scott pulls up and I forgot to put the trash out. Instead of driving by, he waits a minute and allows me to run out with my container. Scott is always friendly and helpful, in a good mood and a big smile. When we needed a dumpster to clean out our barn and basement, they were able to deliver and worked with our schedule with timing and price. When we fell behind in our payment during a financial hardship, they were happy to work with us and allow us time to catch up instead of just shutting off our service. Life is busy and MD’s takes the stress of trash removal off our list.

I’m not sure this could be any easier. They come every week and take all my trash that is in their big tote and then they auto bill my credit card monthly. Much easier than going to the dump with my trash. Highly recommend.

Have been doing business with them for over 15 years. Ive never been disappointed. I never find trash flying around like you see in Hudson on trash day. They show up on schedule no matter what the weather. My barrels are right where I left them when I come home. If its windy the driver positions them so they dont blow around. If I need something extra picked up like a TV or furniture one call to the office takes care of it. The item is promply picked up when they say it will be. It doesnt sit around for weeks in the rain or snow. Ive even noticed the driver has gone out of his way to walk to my barrels when my neighbor has parked in a way that blocks access to my house. I highly recommend them. You cant beat their price either. They have a plan for everyone.

The folks at MDs are so nice and extremely helpful. We grossly underestimated our need for a larger dumpster so when we filled up the dumpster the first day, I called them and they sent someone out quickly to assess and remedy the situation. I cannot speak more highly of these folks. Dont even bother calling anyone else. These people are the best. By the way, their price was also the best around.
