We waited almost an hour and no service at all, we have to leave, I dont recommend this place

They did a very good job. I’ve never had a facial before and the barber did a very good job with that. I was very satisfied and I would come back again to get my haircut here.

When you walk in everyone looks at you like youre crazy took 5 minutes to get someones attention, one guy tells me he is about to leave and to go ask the barber sitting down I go ask the barber sitting down he tells me hes waiting on someone proceeds to sit there for 45 minutes waiting on them to get there which would have been plenty enough time to cut my hair. The Barbers ended up getting in an argument about who was going to cut my hair and started yelling in Spanish so I ended up walking out dont go to this place nobody wants to work.

I waited an hour and wasnt acknowledged so I left and took my money elsewhere.

I can always expect the best haircut from him. He is very detailed and takes a lot of pride in his work. He takes his time and makes sure the hair cut is perfect. He wont let you down. I have never been dissatisfied with a haircut. I lived in Fort Myers and used to drive 2 hours to get my hair cut by him, now I live in Miami and drive 4 hours.

Nice Barbershop, big space, clean and neat. Plenty of bilingual barbers, not expensive, TVs everywhere and you can even play video games or read magazines while you are waiting to be attended. Ive been coming to this barbershop for the last three years. I dont have a specific barber, I always walk in. The maximum Ive waited has been 35 min. The are all good barbers, I dont mind who cuts my hair, I know all the guys there are professionals. Love this place.

Two times already were they don’t take me in. First time I wasn’t even acknowledged and there were barbers sitting doing nothing talking between them. Today I called before coming in and had asked if they were open, and if I needed to make an appointment, they said that I could just come in at any moment and I will be attended. Came in and I am being told I need to wait 2 and a half hours, but yet there’s no customers waiting to be attended...

I’ve been seeing Buly V for my haircuts (and beard) for years. He does a phenomenal job! He takes his time, pays attention to detail, and I always leave extremely happy.

I only rated one star, because there isnt an option for less. Do not use Roe, completely unpredictable! For my newphews birthday, I tried reaching Roe for an appointment. It took Roe 3 days to respond, when he tells me that he is booked, but that we can come in as a walk-in and no one is waiting. He stated that the barber across from him, or next to him is available to cut. Well, the barber across left for the day and the barber next to him had appointments. Seems as he is to telling people anything...horrible managing skills and just unprofessional to deal with!Solo califiqué una estrella, porque no hay una opción por menos.  ¡No utilizar Roe, completamente impredecible!  Para el cumpleaños de mi sobrino, intenté contactar a Roe para una cita.  Roe tardó 3 días en responder, cuando me dice que está reservado, pero que podemos entrar sin cita previa y que nadie está esperando.  Dijo que el barbero frente a él, o al lado de él está disponible para cortar.  Bueno, el barbero a la izquierda se fue para el día y el barbero a su lado tenía citas.  Parece que es para decirle a la gente cualquier cosa ... ¡habilidades de gestión horribles y simplemente poco profesional para tratar!

Every time Ive gone in they dont say a word to me and when I have gotten a cut though it was good and I tip very well they seem to never remember me when I have returned or when I call. Their attitude sucks and they have poor people skills. Went in today and even though there was three barbers open no one asked for my business,I ended up waiting ten minutes and I got up and left without a cut. Dont go if your looking for a good experience.

I used to live in Orlando and when I moved here It was hard to find a barber that I liked and when my friend mentioned me to Roly I said It couldn’t hurt. I called this shop and the guys that answers says I could get my hair cut if I made in by 7pm. It was 545pm. I made it there at 6:07 just to be told as I walked through the door that they were closed. With their open sign on 4 barbers and 3 guys waiting. All Hispanic guys. So they rudely turned my African American a s s around after explaining that I just called and got the ok. Horrible place horrible staff.

Great service, got my two year olds hair cut here and they did a GREAT job. Everyone was friendly and we were greeted upon entering. I will definitely be bringing my son back for his future cuts.
