The staff, Wayne Hammond, Fred power in Zuran As well as Robert Lopez my service advisor went above and beyond to service both of our Fords. F350 wheel drive and my wifes expedition, and went above and beyond to make sure they were serviced and completely checked out The way they are supposed to be. they are so nice and friendly And I would recommend Brandon ford to anybody. I already have Recommended them to several people that drove all the way from Panama City to buy their new Ford from Brandon Ford !!!!! Is my wife my family and I will only buy R vehicles from are vehicles from Brandon Ford they are the greatest Ford dealership!!!! After calling every other Ford dealership in the Tampa Bay area, I made one last call to Brandon Ford and reached April. If you want to take your new car for the first oil change and have it delivered with oil stains on the interior and scratches on the doors, book your appointment today at the Brandon Ford Quick Line.It does not matter that you have an appointment, the minimum you will be waiting in the Quick Line is 3 hours.Do not waste time reporting problems because after evaluating the situation with the employees, Lisa Steward will determine that they cannot help you with the problem and you will end up with a new car damaged by the dealers people in your first oil change.

I have owned Ford diesel trucks and Excursions for the past 20 years. I have had to replace parts on these from time to time, I can honestly say that this time getting the parts I needed has been the best experience I have ever had.I recently bought a 7.3 Diesel Excursion that needs mechanical parts. It was late on a Friday afternoon, Sept 24 2021. I was traveling to SC and a cylinder head temp sensor went bad on my F150. When I got it to the service department, I was told that since I didn’t have an appointment that it would likely be middle to late the following week before they could get to it. I grabbed what I needed and left the truck there. I booked a local hotel room and a ticket to fly to my destination the following morning.Saturday morning when I turned on the phone after my first flight, I had a message from the service department saying that the problem had been diagnosed and a price for the repairs. It was ready to go.Though I had already left town, I wanted to express my gratitude towards the service department at Brandon Ford for the efforts they took in repairing my truck as quickly as they did.

Their service department has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We had a 10:30 appointment and after we get there we are told they running 3 hours behind do to a bunch of excuses. So instead of letting us leave and bring the vehicle back after a call to let us know they are ready for it, they want us to sit there the entire time and wait!!! As if that is all we had to do. But when we asked them to do that, we were told they don’t do that. Well, I will go to another dealer who wants to take care of the customer and their time.

She asked me to send photos and was able to assess everything in minutes. She even called around to get a part for me that was on backorder so I didnt have to wait. Excellent and quick service. I’m active duty military. The last dealership I lived near was never on time to service my vehicle when I had a scheduled appointment and when they did service it it would take 2+ hours to do an oil change and rotate tires and technicians left like smudges all over my hood/front quarter panels and door.Brandon Ford started servicing my truck on time for my appointment and had it done in a timely manner. Tyler was my service representative and he was very professional and respectful to work with.

I dropped my vehicle off at Brandon Ford service department at 11:30 on Monday. At 422 p.m. I was called to tell me that it would take 2 days to receive the park. After hearing nothing for 3 days I call myself to check on the progress at 6:30 p.m. Thursday. I was advised that my service advisor had left for the day and there were no updates. Friday I received an email with this survey asking how my service experience was. I had still yet to receive a phone call with an update or to tell me that my car was ready. I call Brandon Ford service department and Im told that my car is ready for pickup anytime. I arrived to pick up my car and check out with the cashier. I go outside to wait for them to pull my vehicle around. A man drives by and asks what I am waiting for. I tell him I am waiting for my 2018 gray Ford escape. He points to one that is sitting in the front of the service Bay and says it has been there for a long time. I advise him that is not my vehicle and that it is not even a 2018. My car is pulled around I get in and go home. After arriving home I go to look at the seat belts that were worked on in the backseat because I need to reinstall my car seats. I find that the actual buckles are not there. After some investigation I found them underneath the seat. Because the brackets are made of metal I have no way of getting these from under the seat without taking the seat out of the vehicle. I called Ford and they advised me to bring the vehicle back. Mind you the Ford dealership is a 16 mile round trip from my home and I have already done that twice. When I arrived at Ford this time the service advisor was very kind and took the vehicle back and had it repaired. This time I checked everything before I left the parking lot. If I could leave 0 stars I would have. To add insult to injury, its my birthday and I didnt plan on spending half of the day driving back and forth to Ford in highway 60 traffic

I called trying to get an appointment to fix my ford truck. They asked me the year and model and said that they dont work on any vehicle over 10 years old. I wish they would have told me that when I bought it from them. They recommended I call gator ford. For the largest volume ford dealer in the world 2 years in a row they just lost one customer. Funny how you treat the people who made you successful. I guess Im a gator ford guy now!

Shameful. I had some business in Tampa to do so I stop by this place. Looked at the F250 gas version. In orlando, this truck is selling for $58k, but at Brandon they have marked up to $72 to $76k. They are charging a $1296 dealer fee plus another $6-$7k for Market Adjustment. They ought to be ashamed doing that to consumers. Want to save at least $10k go to Orlando dealers.

Nothing is worse than having your truck packed for a 10 trip, and having a windshield wiper switch go out. My service advisor Michael Abati saw to my need in a timely matter and allowed us to start our trip. My wife, 2 french bulldogs, and myself couldnt be more grateful. Traveling down here from S.C., called service dept to have a power steering pump replaced, had to leave a message. I was called back and turned away because, and I quote... the 09 F150 Lariat was TOO OLD!!! The truck is a 2 owner vehicle purchased at a FORD DEALERSHIP!! Id not buy a used blown tire from this dealership. And Ill tell anyone wholl listen the same.

After being referred to Brandon Ford, we stopped by to look at some car options., I would have to say by far it was the most unprofessional thing I have witnessed in my entire life. While in the building an employee slammed the glass door so loud I can’t believe it didn’t break, as a military vet this action startled me so much I was shaking . Then they proceeded to smash something against their desk repeatedly so loud and began to scream . At this point I can only assume that the recommendation I got from my friend was absolutely inaccurate.For the best interest of myself and my safety I left immediately, and I will never come back to this establishment ever again .With this crazy world that we live in it’s not worth the risk, I will do what I feel is right and let everybody that I know about this experience I had at your dealership.

5 STARS for the excellent support from April Lowe in the Parts department!Thanks for finding me the trailer camera / TPMS sensor package and getting it so quickly. Before April answered the phone, I made several phone calls to Brandon Ford for help over a two day period only to be put on hold or transferred to a phone that never got answered. When April heard my frustrating experience she kept me on the line, got me answers to the questions I had about the part, then found the parts, verified they actually had them in the warehouse across town and made sure that I had them the same day! Weve been looking for a Ford F-150 Lariat for about 6 weeks when we discovered this one in Florida at Brandon Ford. It has everything we wanted plus a few extras. I have been to two other Ford service departments in Tampa but I always get the best service and results from Brandon Ford Service. From my service advisor, Scott Parker, to the technicians who work on my truck. Scott is always courteous,professional and honest and always takes great care of me when I am in for service. I have never had to return to have the same problem fixed again as it is always fixed right the first time. They have even fixed a repair that was done wrong from another Tampa Ford dealership. No reason to use any other service department.

We had our car serviced there for a recall on the rear camera and were pleasantly surprised to be finished in an hour. The service lounge was clean with adequate seating for the people who were there. Restrooms were clean and they had coffee, water and vending machines available.

*** Update still nothing from management***We went there the first few days in April 2021 to look at the F250 crew cab 4x4. The salesman Danny was great. But had to leave for an emergency. The second salesman was nice also. We test drove a truck and was going to buy it only to be told when the paperwork was almost done that it had been sold while we were test driving it. After looking at and test driving 4 other trucks and for one reason or another 3 of them couldnt be sold. Get in to do paperwork on 1 and they had the wrong truck on the paperwork. The 5th truck was advertised as having a 48 gallon gas tank which for camping is what I wanted. 10 hours later yes got there at 9am and left at 7pm we drove out with a dealer demo truck only to find out while with the sales man at the gas station it was a smaller gas tank of 34 gallons not the 48 gallon that was advertised on line. Also the windshield had 3 chips in it which we did not see because they hadnt cleaned the truck when we test drove it.. Sales man said I can go through my insurance or theirs. Of course I went with theirs. Management or owners never said a word to us or apologize for the issues. Nothing. Might I add we drove from Jacksonville area 175 plus miles one way.

First time purchasing a car at this dealership. Having done this many times before I can easily say my experience from start to finish was absolutely the BEST! I was looking for a Mustang convertible in a specific color and packages, which Brandon Ford had. So I contacted the dealership and Jake was the salesperson who got on the phone. I have to say right from the start he proved willing to help me out as I live 3 hours away. I asked him to do a virtual tour of the car and he was more than accommodating. Jake was always professional throughout the entire process and we did much of the purchasing over the phone. This by the way was a present for my wife. Not once did I feel uncomfortable. The day came when my wife and I went to dealership and met Jake who handled all the paperwork quickly and we went to meet Woody who finished up the financing we had prearranged. As of the time of writing this review, 7/19/2021, Brandon Ford will not perform routine service on my 2003 F250. I was informed they have implemented a policy to not work on vehicles older than 10 years old.Previous to this, I was very happy with the Service Department.

*Service Center*You can see my prior review from several years ago about the poor service we had here.We bought a new car from Brandon Ford 5 month ago. When it came to buying the extended maintenance warranty we expressed our concern about the service department but was assured the service department had new management and improvements were in place.Today, my husband brought his car in for service. When the car was done he talked to the service center he told them he would be there between 5 - 6 to get his car.I dropped him off just after 5, his paid receipt is time stamped 5:24pm. He called me and said his car is blocked in and they can’t find the keys to the other car to move it.It was more than an hour before they found the keys. During the time no one offered sympathy, remorse or encouragement that they were working to resolve the issue.When his car was finally unblocked the manager refused to come speak to him about the incident.This service center is beyond ridiculous. The other comments below about 6hr oil changes when you have an appt and damage to vehicles while in their possession are ALL true. We have experienced it all first hand.Be warned, pick another service center, this one will only frustrate you and waste your time.

After many many months of research I finally found the truck of my dreams! Brandon Ford had it on the lot! Wife made an appointment for me and I was assisted upon arrival. Salesman was a bit busy at 9:35 in the morning and my appointment was for 10am. For $6000 savings I had zero problems waiting a few minutes. Salesman (Chris) finally got to me. Showed me the truck throughly. I took for a 15 minute drive and it was perfect. Back to finance I went. I was offered many choices on warranties but I just really wanted the truck/payment info. I cant say much. I counted a dozen or so salesmen. A couple said hi. None asked if they could help me. While I do appreciate the lack of being attacked, it was still off-putting to see many of them talking in a group, some looking directly at me, and none looking for the sale in this economy. Lets ignore the fact that I went through the hassle of getting there, unloading 2 kids, and making a B line for an 85000 dollar truck, in the rain, which required me walking to the absolute furthest side of 4he main building. I suppose Ill just keep the truck I have. I just thought it might be nice to buy a custome, Florida truck. Not quite sure how they are the volume leader of the world unless they do a lot of fleet vehicles. Seems unlikely, considering the local police arent even using the f150 police interceptor...the fastest police vehicle available and purpose built for police work.

I didnt purchase my 2020 Ford Explorer here however since I now live in FL, I get all of my vehicle work done here. I highly recommend booking an appointment. The wait time varies but I usually plan on 2 hours so I take headphones and a laptop. Work is always done well and the service techs are friendly and helpful on questions and pricing.

Went in looking to buy/reserve a new Bronco during a slow time of the day. There were a bunch of associates standing around chatting with each other and ignoring us. We saw a Bronco sitting out front and asked an associate if it was sold or what and they informed us it was the test vehicle that they will have for 6 months. So we asked to take it for a test drive and were told you can only test drive the Bronco if you bought one already. Who buys a vehicle without test driving it first!? Luckily we found another Ford dealership in the Tampa area that let us test drive the Bronco, which we ended up reserving 2 Wildtraks with no issues! We had higher expectations for this dealership, but after our experience we won’t be back.

Management doesnt take responsibility nor provides any actions to correct the situation here, Willl never come here again, drove all the way out of my way to get wonderful service as advertised and turn around an get slapped in the face with horrible service, only giving one star because i have to give a rating but if i could it would be 0. We bought our 2019 Ford Explorer at Brandon Ford and we had Matt as our salesperson. Matt was awesome! We live about 3 hours south and we didnt want to go and hassle and then leave empty handed. We discussed everything with Matt we wanted beforehand and he delivered! We got to Tampa and we got our SUV quick and they made it all so EASY!!About 1 year later our car had a sensor mishap and ON A SUNDAY they were able to get a tech out to help us so we could drive home safely! Very poor customer service. Last week. It took them 6 hours for an oil change,. yes 6 HOURS!!!! and not a single apology about it. even after making an appointment online. With the excuse that their online system was not working.Dear Ford Brandon. If your online system is not working just take it off or fix it. So this events dont happen again for anyone in the future.They also should have a sign that says We only serve Ford cars!because if your car is not of that brand the customer service will be terrible.Unfortunately for me, I bought a used car from one of the Ford dealers with a contract for these types of services like Oil Change that covers Nation Wide they said in all Ford Dealers. Honestly If I can cancel this contract I would do it IMMEDIATELY

Id give a 0 if possible. Set up an appointment for 12:40 and arrived early to be punctual. All that was needed to be done was rear breaks and oil change... took 4 hours!! I dont know who dropped the ball, no one had answers and it took forever. Then when the car was pulled up the lady to cash me out disappeared for like 30 mins. Buying a car was easy but I wouldnt recommend their service center to my worst enemy....

Stepped into the beautiful dealership found the vehicle I wanted took forever to get a sales person as they were much to busy standing around. Once one came to assist I advised I qualified for the A plan which he replied that they owner made decision not to honor any discount or employee purchase plans, it was sticker price only with no negotiation. So keep your money and visit a dealership that values customers and past employees.Sales tip 101- you must make a sale to make money.

My brother had purchased a car from Brandon Ford. After my brother passed, the car for some reason just stopped working. When it was towed to Brandon they said that the car wasn’t under warranty and wanted to quote for new transmission around 5k come to find out car is under warranty and that warranty covers everything that needs to be fixed on the car. Luckily someone at a different branch of Ford (Gator Ford to be specific) has been amazing in helping me in every way possible from getting me the information about the warranty that the car does have and in getting it fixed. I am honestly shocked at how fast Gator Ford was able to fix the car.Brandon Ford should seriously focus on their service department as much as they do with their sales.

They do have really great deals and I would recommend them. However it took forever to finally get to my car. I arrived at 9am and didnt leave until 4pm. This involved looking at cars, but finding one fairly quickly. Then I had to wait for the paperwork, the wait for the fiance guy, the wait for the car to be detailed and gassed up. Overall the wait is what lowers the score from. I waited for longer than I ever wanted to and I feel like I was a patient person.

Even though I didnt end up purchasing a vehicle thru them because ultimately it wasnt what I wanted, the whole process was great. My sales associate Jake was amazing. Very patient and understanding. I walked in and he had keys ready for me to test drive. Kept communication lines good throughout the day without being pushy or over bearing. If and when we are ready to purchase another vehicle we will definitely going back to see Jake.

I just got home with my new Ford F-150 truck and I have to say that I was blown away by the ease of the sales process at Brandon Ford! My sales executive Ryan Williams was awesome to work with and guided me through each step of the process. He was extremely knowledgeable about the available options and his no-pressure sales approach was quite refreshing. The inventory that Ryan showed me was incredible. Most dealerships had only one truck in the color I wanted and a half dozen in other colors. Brandon Ford had 6 in my color and 50+ in every other color. I can’t emphasize the importance of a volume leader’s section and wouldn’t have believed it if I hadn’t seen it myself. After we agreed on a price (a painless process – unlike other dealerships I’ve visited) I met with Carlo in Finance to get everything signed. Carlo clearly explained each option for extended warranties and I never felt pressured to buy something that I didn’t need. If you are considering a Ford vehicle and are trying to decide between your local dealership and Brandon Ford, don’t waste your time looking at the limited inventory at your local dealership. Drive the extra few miles to see the professionals at Brandon Ford and see what I am talking about first-hand. Ask for Ryan Williams and I can promise you won’t be disappointed! First off I have bought several trucks suvs etc from this company I would guess 7 in the past 4 years with the latest one at the beginning of this year.always new ones. So being loyal we continued to go there to purchase and have worked with Ricardo and Barry in financing . Very nice people doing their job.Unfortunately this time we were in the market to buy two new Ford rangers. We all know they have tons of trucks that’s what they advertise worlds largest …BOTTOM LINE IS THIS NEW SCAM AS I WOULD CORRECTLY SAY THIS .IF YOU DONT HAVE A TRADE IN . PLAN ON ADDING $2500 on top of their lowest, wait Mrsp price as marked on vehicle plus dealer fees taxes etc. It gets better so if you want a new ranger on the lot it won’t be sold to you until they loan it out to strangers and put at least 2000-4000 miles on it and yes a brand new truck that won’t be titled until they sell it At full price . This isn’t a make up story I would highly recommend to call first.So to top things off even better I bought a 2020 f250 brand new and recentlyDinged the door. I paid around 85k for it . With 20k miles on it practically new and in great shape but I was up front and told sales guy to give me a trade in value .so he did and it was for 62k -64k . That was below fair value on the fake kbb book that no dealers use. They have a special one it’s calledAx-1_-^6Bc book. Basically your screwed on trade in!The sneaky thing about financing through Ford credit is they know everything about your balance what you paid and want to be greedy and deduct $10k for your trade in value. Yes they were a good company .but these dealers always claim look look here is the price we paid for this and try and show you they are making $500 profit and that’s it.It’s funny how big they are the multiple tv commercials, radio commercials and very nice facility, hundreds of employees electrical bills and the list goes on and on .but they only make a few hundred bucks yea right!Be careful do research this is my last visit to Brandon .

They tried to take advantage of my 22 year old daughter only wanted to give her 8000 trade for her car, and over charge her for there vehicle even though it had paint damage and a cracked windshield. The manager a mr. Hall wouldnt even look us in the eyes, he was very rude and not customer friendly at all. We went to Veterans Ford and were offered 10500 for the same car much friendlier people to deal with at Veterans Ford.

I went there the other day the check out the new Bronco. Could not even get one person to help me out looks like all the sales guys or playing music and trying to twerk. Not a nice visual. The bad experience to not even in there I went inside to the customer service counter and ask directions to the showroom and she made a real smart aleck response by saying this is the showroom. Seat for me most showrooms actually have cars in them not a bunch of tables with people sitting around them. I will definitely look someplace else for my Bronco, because apparently these people do not care

I brought my truck in for a misfire and transmission issues they fixed the misfire but the said they could not find transmission issues so i picked the truck up and the transmission went out on the way to work the next day.. now instead of replacing the transmission they are trying to rebuild it even though the parts they need for it are on back order … its been over a week with out my truck which is still under warranty and they dont even know how long it will be until they can get the parts.

I bought a used Toyota Tacoma today from Jason Broadwater at Brandon Ford and I am happy to say that it was a great experience! I have never bought a vehicle without my husband there for fear of being taken advantage of, but I felt so comfortable with everyone who helped me today. They were able to get me to the price point I desired without a hassle and the paper work and final purchase went off without a hitch.
