My daughter had a good time and enjoyed the visit. Dr. Rob was great and explained everything he was going to do. He spoke directly to me and that is hard to find, a doctor with good bedside manors. This is a keeper and they have an orthodontist office there as well. This is an all in one package. I will be recommending them for sure.

This was my first time ever coming to this place. It was my only childs first time getting a filling and they made him so comfortable it was amazing. They helped him be a Big boy and took his mind off of what was going on. They are great, friendly and you must send your child here

Best pediatric dentist around the area! Taylor Roberts is hands down the best! She’s the only one I’ll take my son to for cleanings. She’s personal, friendly and does everything in a way that makes the kids feel valued and educated!

This place has been amazing serving my family. Our son is autistic and they have been taking care of him for 5 years now. They have gone above and beyond to help care for his teeth and excepted him for his developmental age . Hes now 14 and they do Pediatric up to 12. So we are going to transfer to an adult dentist. However they said if it didnt work or welcome to come back. I would highly recommend this as a pediatric dentist office. Take care for each family individually and their staff is fantastic with kids.

The dental hygienist are very good and making both my children feel comfortable while they clean their teeth and do whatever they need to do. Been going there for a few years and my children really like them. The dentist are very nice with my children as well. Very good over all with my children.

This is a great place to take your kid(s) for dental work. The staff is more than helpful and over the top polite. They are absolutely AMAZING!!!***The only downfall is the parking because of the buildings location which is on the corner of a major intersection on the back side with an EXTREMELY small lot.***

Great place to take the kids for regular teeth cleanings or even bigger issues. All of the staff are very friendly and able to calm the children extremely well. You can tell they care deeply about what they do. They also have made the paperwork and insurance side of the appointments as easy as possible for me since I have multiple children in the office at the same time.

I want to brag on the dental hygienists and the dentist. My kids and I may not come in there looking “pretty” while wearing hand-me-downs and tattered shoes, it may have been a rough month and flossing was a forgotten chore, we may have a broken tooth due to a sugary treat, but we have never been made to feel shame. My kids are treated like they matter and they are special, & I’ve seen the same for other patients no matter your socioeconomic status. Dr. Gabby is amazing. My 3 year old had other plans for his 6 month cleaning. It was screaming and crying. She did the best she could as well as her assistant. I felt horrible, but they kept reassuring me it was ok; that we all have off days some times.

My son recently saw Dr Rob for his first filling. Rob was great and made the overall experience fuss (and pain) free6 Month update: Once again we were nothing short of thrilled with the level of service and professionalism that we have continued to receive from Dr Rob and the rest of the staff. We now have 2 kids that are seen here, with widely different ages, that receive great care. I cannot recommend them enough.

I brought my girls here for the first time, they loved it! My husband and I loved the interaction that our assistants had with our girls. They were so happy when they left and are very excited for their next visit!

I had 4 appointments at the same time. It was out first time going and I was super nervous because my kids are age 6, 5, 4, & 1. All I can say is WOW! My kids had the best experience ever! They were so happy after getting their teeth cleaned. I totally recommend to all the mommas who have multiple ages, as you can watch all of them at the same time. I sat with 2 and I was watching my 3rd getting her teeth worked on across the room.

They have been phenomenal with both of my children. The way that every person there goes out of their way to make children as comfortable as possible in uncomfortable situations (cleanings, fillings, crowns, etc.) is just incredible. The old “Whoops! I think I poked you with my fingernail (Novocain)” and “Here comes the bumpy toothbrush” are still my favorite.

First time visit with my toddler and they were so pleasant and easy to work with. She got a bit fussy at first when they sat her back but she quickly became comfortable given their smiles and gentle demeanor. Extra plus: they didn’t mom shame me when my two young children ran the waiting room like...well, two young children, while I filled out paperwork and simultaneously listened to a work zoom call. Extra plus for a multiple-tasking momma! Glad we found this place!

The place is great, staff is amazing. This last time the hygentist was not the most kid friendly, my 4 year old was nervous and she didnt seem to ease his fears but just kept telling him to hold still keep his mouth open. She stopped cleaning when he cried so she just went on the computer and we sat there. Dr Gaddy is amazing, hands down the best

We had my son’s first checkup today.. he’s 3.5 and I was nervous, these folks went above and beyond and he had an amazing experience, so much so that I scheduled my younger child for later this week also because I felt they were thorough, kind, gentle, caring, and the facility was super clean, followed covid precautions, and cute with the avengers murals on the walls. Did not feel welcomed as a person of color. I got questioned why was I there when walking I when obviously I had an appointment. Did not answer the phone when called to inform was waiting outside so I walked in. Needs more diversity and better customer service.

Love this dentist office and their staff. They are extremely kind, and VERY Very patient with kids whom don’t like drs etc. my daughter HATES drs. But when we went today the Dr and his dental assistants were very nice and dealt with my child yelling and fighting her X-ray. I highly recommend this office. My kids do not dread going to the dentist as much as they used to. They look forward to the getting surprises (toys, slime, rings...) at the end of each visit. The staff is always very accommodating and welcoming.

My son was seen quickly and everyone was so nice. They made sure I knew what was going on with my sons treatment. He felt safe and was not scared of the dentist. Im sure the superhero mural on the walls help!

Pediatric dentists are few and far between. We tried taking our 4 year old twins to a family dentist, and they just could not handle small children, it was a disaster. Riccobene Pediatric Brush and Floss is truly catered to children, in every facet. The X-ray room has a “parent window” so your kids can see you while getting X-rays and not feel so nervous. They have TVs at every cleaning station to occupy, distract and make the kids feel comfortable. The rooms for special treatments have different fun themes which make the kids feel less anxious about procedures. One of our 4 years olds needed cavities filled and they were so kind and explanatory throughout the entire process. They were capable, efficient, thorough and personable during the process which made me and my child feel very comforted . Also, the front staff has always been incredibly helpful, friendly and kind.

My experience today was awesome! Everyone was super friendly and took extra precautions in regards to social distancing. We were taken care of right away, overall a pleasant experience ♥️😊

All of the staff here are great. The hygienists/assistants are great at putting my kids at ease. Also, they like this dentist much better than the one they used to go to. Its always a quick in and out visit. No complaints!

The staff at Brush and Floss is always so friendly and accommodating. My family has been coming to Riccobene & Associates for 20 years, and myself and hubby off and on for almost as much. Bringing my toddler for only the 2nd ever dental checkup was a hot mess! They regrouped quickly, got us to a private room, and the hygienist and Dr Gaddy were so calming. We ended up having to split up the other half of the visit in another appointment to get x-rays but that was ok! He is now 4 and handled it like a rockstar today with their help. Ms Debra was fun and fantastic. Especially in this strange Covid era, they keep the office inviting, the service top quality, and maintain the utmost health safety precautions. And their membership plans are such a great bang for the buck!

My experience here was great. Im an adult patient and I had a frustrating experience with another Ortho branch of Riccobene. I wish I had gone to Dr. D at the Garner location first! He and his staff were exceptionally respectful, professional, and helped me out a lot!

My young daughter has high anxiety and needed a tooth pulled. I was first referred out to get her sedated, but the wait times were too long. We opted to give the nitrous oxide of a try. Dr. Ron was AMAZING with her! After the gas kicked in, he was able to get her tooth out without her even really knowing. He was calm and talked her through every thing he was doing in terms she understood and accepted. I highly recommend them!

Friendly. My daughter feels comfortable going in and with the dental hygienist. She complimented them today and said they were nice to her and even paid her a compliment.

I really love this office. We have been coming here for about 4 years and the staff is excellent with my kids, especially my oldest daughter who always cries (even at age 6 she cries a little because she doesnt like the brushing). They are always gentle and patient with her. As parents, we always sit right there with our children during thier dental care which is important to us. We use thier in house dental program since we dont have dental insurance which seems reasonable as it covers cleanings and x-rays. My kids always leave happy and smiling. Keep up the good work!

My daughter use to be terrified of the dentist due to a previous pediatric dentist she was attending but thanks to Dr. Rob on 42 she isnt scared any more. She had her cavities filled without having to go to wake med to be put to sleep. He is so gentle caring and respectful to the concerns of the childrens fears and anxiety of the dentist.
