I specifically told the man over the phone I have a clunking noise coming from the front driver side suspension and then spoke of the same when I got there .. when they go to pull my car in the man dogs! my vehicle treating it like it was junk ! Driving it back and forth like it was a stick shift, knowing good and well u can ruin my transmission by changing gears way too fast . Right when he gets out of my car, he starts taking my rear tires off my vehicle and Im now beyond my limits at this point but remained professional with them even tho I specifically told them I have absolutely NO problems in the rear whatsoever . Now, lets skip the the good part ...On top of that, They had the nerve to try an charge me $1,765.65 dollars !!!...Moral of the story, I went somewhere else and got my bushings replaced instead for less than $100If yall dont believe me, dm me and I can show you receipts

I want to say thank you to Ryan and all of the staff at this location. I was looking to upgrade my wheels and tires for my Jeep Gladiator and Ryan was very helpful and patient. He explained different options and also gave recommendations which were very helpful. He kept in contact until everything arrived and made sure to set up a convenient time for me to come in and get everything taken care of. Do not buy into rebate programs. While Tire Kingdom took care of my car and rather quickly (tires replacement and oil), I am dissatisfied with the rebate.At the time I purchased the tires, I agreed to spend more on tires to get a $100 rebate card. To get the rebate card it was a true ordeal.Now, the card has arrived with $70 instead of $100: $10 issue fees, and $20 for expedited shipment which I did not request.I am dissatisfied for the poor communication and transparency. Not worth it. Tire Kingdom should stick to what they know, which is car repair!

Great prices, cheapest in Tampa out of the six locations I went too. Friendly staff and worked pretty quick. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of how long it took to get the tires in. They didnt have them in stock and had to wait a week to get them. Other than that great experience and would highly recommend.

Came in with a slow leak. No appt, in the middle of the day. Instantly found the black screw deep in the middle of the tread that I could barely see even looking for it. Had me patched for a great price in under an hour. Staff was courteous, manager was informative and friendly.

We were passing through the area and had a blow out on our boat trailer. I called this business and asked about the tire we needed. They had it in stock!! We were there with minutes. They were busy but mounted and balanced our tire quickly!! In no time, we were able to continue our trip! Thank you so much!!!

I went to three other tire places that would not help me because it was 5:00 p.m. and when I called tire kingdom at 5: 30 I spoke with a guy named Jose who told me yes I could still come there he could help me. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes it was great service thank you Jose.

I went online to make an appointment but it wasnt until the next day. I called and was able to be helped. I bought two new tires and even though I had to wait, I was comfortable. They even had donuts. Great experience. Highly recommend. I felt very safe even during covid19 and were a mask.

Brought my car here to fix a flat 7/3/2020. They told me unfortunately with the location of the nail they couldnt fix the flat and I needed a new tire.They charged me with complete tire protection they told me comes with the tire, come to find out it was an extra charge I could have said no too.Its 7/30/2020 and the same tire got a flat. They told me I couldnt fix the flat and I needed a new tire. I think this is completely insane because I just got this tire from them three weeks ago, its brand new! Also he told me they would have to order the new tire for me unless if I wanted to spend money on a more expensive tire they already had there.Even with the tire protection they are STILL charging me to install the new tire and other BS.I just bought a tire from here! Wouldnt you think with the protection plan I should be able to get this for free?This is unbelievable, all they want is to take your money here. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! I wish I never did.

Dont take your car here - I needed a new tire and the sales guy (Jose, I think?) tried to have me buy $1,000 tires for my 2010 ford focus after explaining to him I was trying to be as cost effective as possible and luckily I got a second opinion (admittedly, dont know too much about tire pricing) and ended up paying $600, but probably couldve bought them for less on Amazon and paid someone to install it, I just wanted it done and over with.

The mechanic who helped me I believe his name is nathan (bless that cuties soul) was amazing. He did an amazing job changing my tires and oil. He was so detail oriented and was VERY VERY CLEAN. I’m so happy with the work, I’ll definitely be going back if I ever have any issues. THANK YOU NATHAN!!

I’ve had these guys put new tires on my truck and a while later new wheels. Both times the service was great and I had 0 issues.I noticed my truck was pulling one day so I called up as they opened in the morning and they were able to squeeze me in real quick to get it aligned and take care of me.

I would never ever recommend this business to anyone. Every tire kingdom I have visited seems to try to hustle me out of my money. I requested an alignment and tire rotation over the phone. During that phone call, the representative told me to come right in, there isnt a wait. I arrived at this location and when I got there Christopher Schroeder and his supervisor told me that there is a 4hr wait. So, Im dubious at this point, in their inability to provide exceptional service. His supervisor and another guy walk outside and look at my tires. When they came back in the business, I ask whats taking so long to schedule an appointment. He informs me that they are looking at new tires for me to purchase because the ride will be rough due to the wear of my tires. I said no I do not need new tires, my tires are practically brand new. Keep in mind I have 5 tires! The spare is brand new(never used), and they are 37x12.5 open country toyos (500 something bucks per tire). So when I told him that, he instantly says I am not trying to take your money (hmm, red flag). I mentioned this because my mom received service from Tire kingdom twice and both times, she paid for brand new tires and they put old tires on her car. I truly believe they are accustomed to beating individuals out of their tires. They want you to purchase new tires and they resale your old ones that they consider to be in great condition.

They will not help you with the manufacturer defect in the tire you bought from Tire Kingdom. Unless you have bought the road hazard warranty even though the tire is warrantied from the manufacturer. They will not give you the time of day. I will never shot from the store again.

This store has integrity and honesty and usually the best price you can find without having a personal mechanic or doing it yourself. They do their best for everyone, and it shows. They try to make you a customer instead of a one time sell.

Terrible customer service. I would expect they would be polite. Very rude and not interested in customer. I will make sure that I never go to this store again. I have 20 employees and our customers come first. I would not have any customers if my employees treated our customers as Tire Kingdom employees did. Someone needs to train the staff!

The service is good but like other people says the Customer Service is the number one downfall for their company because dealing with their customer; you have to be grateful; professional and understandable with their concern your client making them feel important because without your customer the company will not be successful.

Entire experience was positive. The staff was great, super friendly and knowledgeable. I scheduled an appointment over the phone and they got me right in same day and took my car back at the promised time. Lobby was clean and comfortable and I felt the price was fair for the services received.Highly recommend this location!

Tried scamming me into buying a $400 part that I DIDN’T NEED, with insane labor charges on top. Ultimately would have cost me $700. People beware and get a second opinion somewhere else before giving them any of your money

Never go to this location. We took in my car to get an estimate for a slow leak fix. They told us there was a puncture in the shoulder, and we would need to replace the entire tire to fix it. We thought they were BSing us, so we wanted to take it to a different shop for a quote.To get back at us, they filled my tire to 54psi instead of 34psi. This is endangering my safety and it’s an extremely petty way to get back at us for getting another quote after you told us our entire tire needed to be replaced for a slow leak.You should be ashamed at yourselves for your business practices. Luckily I had a tire pressure monitor and checked when I got home.Update: Took it to a different place today. They patched up the hole from a nail and sent us on our way. So this place totally tried to scam us, no question about it.

Went in for a tire rotation and check up on my vehicle.There were a list of things they found in need of repair that I wasnt prepared for, but they helped out by prioritizing what I needed to repair first. Now with an estimate of all costs I can take care of things quicker and with confidence. Thank you for your hard work.

My less than two year old alternator installed here died. There was a lifetime warranty on the part but the install cost me $170. What kind of new alternator craps out in less than 2 years? Additionally they told me the 2 month old battery was dead and needed to be replaced. They offered to replace it for $270! Now mind you I paid $125 at an auto parts store for the same battery. When I went to pick up my car I was prepared to have it jumped and take it to the parts store where I bought the battery. Lo and behold my car with the dead battery started right up. To be safe I drove to the parts store and turned off the car... Then it started right up. This morning went out.. started right up. These guys sure are friendly as they basically attempt to steal from you. If I had trusted them Id be out $270! Downright THIEVES!

These guys will try to sell you on anything they can. They tried selling me on a new battery because mine was reading low. They showed a receipt of the reading and was taken at a time before we even arrived at the shop and the battery is well within the average lifespan. He then proceeded to say they had to jump the battery to get it out of the shop, however I have never had an issue starting the vehicle and left the shop just fine without replacing the battery.

Service was quick and easy, personable staff. HOWEVER, they mistakenly sold me and installed the wrong size tire?!? For a TIRE store/service shop, getting the tire size correct (aka reading) for the vehicle/model seems pretty basic as the remaining three tires are there for reference. Unfortunately, I called and they were unwilling to work with me in trading for a new tire or discount exchange as it had been past their 30-day policy. I will NEVER go back.. lesson learned.

Terrible customer service. What they say in website is not what they charge and that include something called 10% shop fees that was not mentioned before they did the wheel alignment. i will never go to this place again. They failed to explain what is for shop fee for wheel alignment. Their main sales agent is very offensive and dont know how to respect customers.

We pulled over & called several auto shops who didn’t pick up their phones and even got turned away in person by one place! Finally Tire Kingdom came to our rescue!! Took our car in to get a tire patched up. We received fast, friendly service from Ryan (and the other Ryan) who got everything turned around for us quickly. The service was on point, the price was right, and we were in and out within a few hours. Highly recommended for the next time you need your tire patched up or any other work on your car.

Fast tire replacement

I have been coming for oil changes and basic maintenance for a couple years. The past couple times I have gone in I dealt with Mark. I love him. He always has a positive attitude and takes customers bad attitudes in stride. He offers options and makes a real effort to have every customer leave happy. I never feel like I am going to be taken advantage of when I come here. I am happy I found a place I can take my car that I trust.

Very fair manager and has the desire to help for as fairly priced as possible. Iv been to a few shops where they will try and take advantage of you by trying to have you buy and replace more than you really need, the manager I worker with was knowledgeable and gave me a good price on 4 new tires and informed me on a few maintenance things that could be fixed in the future. I will be back if I need work done. Good job guys

One of a few places I called for tire prices for my LE1 Camaro. My size is 245/40R20 & 275/35R20 and the price given was much better than Olin Mott Tire, but after a few more calls in town, I decided to try Amazon and that is where the deals are at. Yes I said Amazon because they are now in the tire business. All you have to do is select the tires with the installation option and they will either send them to your location or a local Pep Boys or Sears. The installation will already be included, so no hassle and no one arguing about your tire size. Best deal in town and across the country.

Had a flat on Sunday and as usual the only place open close to me was Tire Kingdom on Henderson Blvd Tampa Florida. Sales associate Christopher Schroeder was very kind and professional as he juggled multiple phone calls and in store customers. He got my tire fixed and back on the road quickly and my warranty covered the repair. I highly recommend Tire Kingdom for your tire needs.

5 Stars for the effort on getting me a fair price on my 2 new Epic brand Tires. The waiting area was every Clean. The Service Writer was Helpful. I always endup at this Location in South Tampa. The negative thing was the PRICE Increase in 6 months time for the same tires I bought Earlier. But over all very good Experience.

Pricing is great if you just need basic tire service. Parking is a bit tough if they are busy.

This Tire Kingdom is fantastic. We have been coming here for several years and have always been treated honestly and fairly. They have always delivered on their promises and perform the work professionally.

We have a corporate account and I have used two other locations with no problem but I didnt even get acknowledged when I walked in the door l. Stood there for 15 minutes and still no acknowledgement. The phone rings he puts them on hold and still doesnt say be with you in a minute, another customer in shop but I would think they could have said be with you in a minute at some point. I walked out the door and decided to go to another company.

Went in for oil change & to have power windows looked at because three of them stopped working (driver & back windows). Received estimate for window fix (new motor), but they did not explain that the price was only to fix ONE window! I wouldnt have paid all that money for just one window!! Plus, they didnt even clean/wipe the window when done (fingerprints & smudges everywhere) & they left one of the back windows half open (which was one of the broken ones, but thankfully I was able to get it to go up!). The guys were nice, but I am very disappointed in the carelessness & lack of attention to detail for this job.

Thought I needed a new tire. Mark was honest enough letting me know that wasnt the case. I will definitely remain their customer this day forward.

Ive never been to Tire Kingdom before but I thought Id give them a chance. I wont ever again. My first impression was a very good one. The manager was very polite and reassuring when I decided to go with the store brand tire. I told him I needed it back by 11 and he said it wasnt a problem. So then I get a phone call saying that all my engine and transmission mounts are all damaged badly and one was even missing and they were strongly encouraging me to have them take care of it for an extra $600. They basically made it seem like my engine was going to fall out on the way home. I told them no, Ill roll the dice. My suspicions were escalated because I just had the car looked at at Olin Mott and they said nothing of the sort. So I tool it to a trusted mechanic friend who was doing my timing belt and said they were all intact but that one transmission mount could be replaced but isnt urgent just yet but the sooner the better and then one other mount that wasnt even related to the engine that needed to be replaced. So my trust level with Tire Kingdom is at about zero right now. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they were very friendly and so far Im pleased with the tires but Im still a little mad at myself for not going to Olin Mott and spent a little more for a nice set of Hankooks.

I dont know what everyones problem with this place is. For me, THEY WERE INCREDIBLE! Seriously, Ive not once written a review for a place but after seeing their low reviews and getting the incredible customer service I did, I had to share.Gary and Lance were extremely helpful both times Ive been there - once for all new tires and once for an oil change. I have a short lunch break and although very busy, Gary fit me in their schedule. Lance does great quality work and is always friendly. In addition, they are KNOWLEDGEABLE! They checked things on my car that I didnt even know was included. Long story short, these guys run an extremely efficient and quality shop. I will not be going anywhere else for my tires/oil changes as long as I live in the area.Keep it up!

My wife had just left work and the steering wheel was wobbly. She pulled in to the tire kingdom and they were very helpful and comforting Im thankful for that. They were awesome and reasonably priced. They got your back! Helping the middle classs ppl!

The engine in my 2002 Nissan Pathfinder disintegrated and these guys replaced it for about $1000 less than Courtesy Nissan offered. Gary, the guy who runs this Tire Kingdom, quoted me a price and stuck to it; his estimate is exactly what I paid. No inflated bill, which for me is a first. The new (used) engine runs great and sounds better than the original and it has a six month warranty. I highly recommend these guys; they are honest and capable.

This is a place if I could give 0 stars I would. I got two new tires from here and invested in the warranty as well. Everything with the first visit was great until 3 months down the road I had a flat tire with a slow leak and they refused to honor the warranty, causing me to have to fill up the tire and pray the air didnt leak out until I got to a place that would actually help. The manager was EXTREMELY confrontational, and to an 8 month pregnant woman at the time, it was uncalled for and beyond rude. Be very wary doing business here, as it will come back to bite you.

Went in there with a bent rim and flat tire from hitting a curb. I asked how much to repair. The technician looked at, took into the shop, beat the rim back into shape with a hammer, reinflated the tire and said, Its free. And 3 weeks later, its still in good shape with no loss of pressure.Thank you, Tire Kingdom!!!

Let me start off with that I don’t live in the area & I was driving from Largo to Tampa for work. My tire sensor came on @ 275 coming into Tampa. I pulled over (on a super busy highway) to look at the tires & I couldn’t see any damage, but I was scared of how bad the damage would be, not just to the tires but financially. I google searched tire place near me & this was it. As soon as I arrived, Mark took a look at it (1 completely flat tire) & signed me. He was helpful, professional & friendly despite my unexpected arrival & anxiety, soo early in the AM. Upon closer inspection of the tires, it turns out I had 2 flats. With further stress added, he continued talking with me about random life stuff. When it came time to check out he asked if I was a first responder, I’m not but my partner is a LEO. Just like that *snap* no expense. If you’re a LEO, LEOW, Paramedic, Firefighter, (first responder) this is the place to go. Talk about honoring our heroes, sacrifices made everyday, we need more businesses like this to value & appreciate what we/ our immediate family work so hard for. This team is a good one, I’ll be going back as needed.

The service was alright. It took them two days to replace my tire. Cant blame them as the exact tire was not available on Sunday so thats okay. The disappointment was that they never reached out to me with the status of the issue even tho they told me they would do so multiple times. Also, the service charges seemed a little over the top.

Ive always had good experiences here with oil changes and alignments. Tire kingdom has always done exactly what needs completed, and never felt like they were trying to up-sell.One time they accidentally took my wheel lock, but eventually returned a different rusted one.The waiting room is comfortable and more importantly has free fast WiFi. I signed up for the 3 year alignment package and my car no longer pulls on the interstate - overall pretty satisfied which I cant say about all mechanics.

Despite the mistake made by their computers(100% software problem and not their fault) which caused an incorrect tire size to be installed I still give this location 5 stars. Mark has been really great with getting things handled and am very pleased with the level of service Ive received.

As always, Tire Kingdom came through for me. My Friday commute would have been a disaster if not for the attentive service these guys gave me on Thursday night ; with a dying truck battery, I whisked in before closing and had a new battery within minutes. Been going to this place for 15 years now and never dissatisfied.

They fixed a slow leak caused by a nail. Days later i had another slow leak, same tire. Figured, i got another nail. I was forced to stop at another tire shop. It wasnt a new nail. Turns out the original nail was never removed and it had a patch to small. Went back, and all the front guy said was, i cant see our guys doing that. What! Very disappointed.

Andrew and James are awesome. I had a really bad Monday part of which was a nail in my tire and had to get to Gainesville first thing in the morning. I got to tire kingdom on Henderson just before closing at 7pm and they stayed late and fixed my tire for me so I wouldn’t be stressed in the morning. Customer service with a smile. Horrible rip offs!! These guys charge me for a tire that I absolutely had to have which is fine the price was okay then they tried to tell me I had to have an alignment which I took my car to a mechanic the next day and they said absolutely no need for it could have charge me an extra 80 90 dollars for absolutely no reason these plates are a total rip off I will never go to this place again. Also I drove my car about 10 minutes after getting my brand new tire and all the sudden it was completely deflated again its because they didnt tighten down the nut in the tire stem dont ever ever ever ever go to this location.

I had a flat tire and thought I needed a new one. I brought my van to Mark and they found that my valve stem was loose. They fixed it, pumped up the tire and sent me away without charging me. Great work guys.

I came in for a lot of tire work so I was expecting to be there most of the day. Everything went as expected but the guys were very nice and attentive to why ever I needed and they explained/answered any of my questions. But the best part; when the ordered pizza for the shop, they gave me some too! My family and I have come to tire kingdom for years and we will be coming back for years to come guaranteed!!
