No call no show to a ride we arranged at 5:30am. I had to find an Uber to make my flight.

THEYVE NOT BEEN SENDING THEN LATELY BUT 1 OUT OF 4 OTHER CALLS, DEFINITELY TURNING INTO A NIGHTMARE OF SERVICE AND IM 50 AND BEEN RIDING FOREVER 👈💯

Joey was great. He arrived earlier than the scheduled time and was very patient as we needed to go back into the house to get something we forgot. He was fun to talk to and got us to our destination with no problems.

Tried to order a taxi for a deaf guy just too hear the guy dispatching taxis Reginald make a joke about him and start cracking up how unprofessional get a grip of your employees this is how you lose revenue in 2 ways your paying a guy to not do his job and losing out on a customer....do better

I absolutely love this taxi cab company. Their always on time and the price is amazing. I have wonderful experience with Discount Transportation over the past couple of years I will continue to support and ride with this cab company!

My services with Discount Transportation was excited. I came in town on a 8:45 Flight, my reservations was pre-ordered, cab was @ the Airport waiting on me.

I use Discount Transportation to go to school and theyve always been on time and the drivers are pretty nice and down-to-earth.

When I called for a taxi several times they didnt put my order in for a taxi. After 40 minutes he called me back and asked me for my name so he could send a driver to me(keep in mind I called at 9:45a.m. for a driver). The dispatcher called me at 10:25 a.m so he could send a driver. The driver picked me up probably and hour and a half later. Also, they arent dependable for anything with an appointment.Theyll have you late, or have to miss your appointment. One time I had an appt. to go to,call them 2 hours ahead of and the driver then call me and said he was to the wrong place which made me miss for my appt.

I was told I would have a taxi in 20 minutes.40 minutes later a neighbor gave me a ride.So disappointed.
