Poor service from a worker who has a nasty attitude will never get a good review from me especially when the response is coming from the same jamaican guy that is always complaining and was very rude during drop off u dnt argue with your customers and then keep running ya mouth the whole ride its worker like u that make a bussiness looks bad its not the customer issue that u live 30mins away and the same worker that tried to ask to spend the night with me just to give me a ride that i was indeed gonna pay for how Inappropriate and weird is that how unprofessional i may add as well and this is no lie got it all in my phone for proof get u a bussiness in a building and not an apartment then u wont have an issue

Could be better if they hire more people so there isnt such a long waiting period

I posted a negative review. Whoever in charge of review replied I owed $15 to a driver. Thats a lie. But instead of asking how the company could make the experience better in the future they will lie. Thats why I say unprofessional. If somone owed anything to them they couldve easily texted that. My last appointment was cancelled . If Im on a ride I paid for and I hear about how Im inconvenienced another rider by being 1 minute late and act like they are driving off while Im walking towards the car and drive 55mph on. 35mph road. Yes thats a problem. And I have witnesses.
