I needed my air conditioner fixed but couldn’t go without a car. I had a trip planned and queen bee was able to work around my travel schedule so I could get it repaired while I was out of town AND I was able to pay through Venmo so I could pick it up after business hours.

The guys at Queen Bee were great. They took the time to show me why they did the work that they did. They also let me know what it was going to cost before doing any work. And they topped of my oil and antifreeze at no extra charge. I appreciated that they got my car done when they said it would be done and called me to let me know so I didnt have to call them to get an update.

When traveling across America in our 20 year old RV, I had a check engine light come on in the Provo Utah area. What can I say, these guys are AWESOME!Several other mechanics said we had a main seal leak...these guys actually diagnosed the issue...not a main seal...and saved us some money. I’m impressed with their honesty! We had our flex plate replaced.....expensive repair. We asked him to check other things while he was in there so we wouldn’t have to have him open it up a second time down the road. He could have easily tacked on extra charges, but instead he said it all looked great and suggested keeping our rear seal because it was in good condition. He also said that after market seals aren’t as quality as the ones from the manufacturer. Upstanding work! We’ll be back.....just hopefully not soon 😜 Thanks guys!

I was traveling through between one job to another. I travel in an older Ford van, which I sleep in while traveling. Just outside Capitol Reef NP I had an issue getting gas into my tank, but was able to make it to Spanish Fork. I was directed to Queen Bee auto and they turned what could have been a very stressful experience into something simple and easy. They diagnosed the problem very quickly, ordered parts, and did the work all within a 24hr period. I only had to get a hotel for one night, waiting for parts. They charged a very fair rate for labor. Best experience I have had with an auto shop. I prefer them to my mechanic back home.

We were SO IMPRESSED with the professionalism, service, and honesty we received when getting our car repaired here. We had been quoted a whopping $2100 to get our car fixed at another repair shop, and wanted to get a second opinion. After watching our car for a couple days to determine what the problem might be, they let us know that to fix everything it would be $1200. We agreed to the price, and were elated to find that they were only going to charge us $840 because they realized it would take less time than they initially thought to replace a few of the parts needed. They didnt have to let us know that they had overestimated, but they did because they are big on integrity! The mechanic also said that they dont work off of commissions (like a lot of other repair shops), so there isnt any incentive for them to overcharge a customer. We also determined after having the car fixed, that if we had paid the first repair shop, they may not have even fixed the actual problem!! They had told us that their best guess was to replace a certain part, but after Queen Bee watched it for a few days and did a free diagnostic, they nailed down what the real problem was and didnt just guess around what might be causing the issue.We had initially been giving a recommendation to go there by a friend who has also had the same types of experiences, and has even taken their car in and had them fix a super small thing for free!! That is so rare to find today!Thank you for making us feel safe during a really difficult, expensive car problem! We will definitely be back with any other car maintenance! I will recommend them to anyone who asks!

Just want to say these folks are awesome! They got my truck in on short notice while we were in the area on vacation and fixed it up right. If I ever need a vehicle worked on when visiting Utah again they will absolutely be the first people I call!

I absolutely enjoyed my experience with Queen Bee Auto!! As a single Mom, I often have so much anxiety when car repairs are needed — I often feel so pressured and taken advantage of. Perhaps that hasn’t been the experience for others, but that is how I have always felt. However, my experience at Queen Bee was completely different, right away I received great service! Mr. Eric was able to quickly diagnose my car, and I was told upfront what was needed and what it would most likely cost. He even went as far as to look up the cost of the parts to give me a more exact price (which turned out to be less than I expected). I truly appreciate his honesty and the efficiency with which they worked on my car. My car is running so much better, and I feel thrilled to finally find an honest mechanic that I can rely on. :)

Cannot say enough good about these guys! Have a white truck that kept spontaneously dying. Took it to two other mechanics who both couldnt figure it out (one kept it for a week, just driving it trying to get it to duplicate the problem). Queen Bee figured it out and had it fixed in less than three hours. Months now of no problems at all. Also did a great job on three other vehicles of mine.

I moved to spanish fork and started using Queen Bee because my wife’s family has for awhile. From my experience so far they’re the most honest auto company I’ve seen, which is rare these days. In fact, one example was when I took my wife’s Jeep in for an oil change and they called and said her oil didn’t need changed, and after checking with my wife I found out she recently had it done without me knowing. Give them your business :)

Took my Honda Civic in a few weeks ago to have some work done. Owner was great to work with, accommodated getting me in at a convenient time and had the car completely repaired in the agreed upon time. While he was digging into the repairs he identified additional items that needed repair and did those repairs at part cost because he was already there. Car drives great and I would recommend this shop to others.

I had grinding metal noises when I used my brakes. I chose Queen Bee Auto and, in particular, Eric to help me. In fact, I drove down from Salt Lake County rather than choose a mechanic closer to my house. Thats because I trust Eric and feel he is honest. Ive had work done by Eric before. The work was done quickly and the price was reasonable. I intend to use Eric again.

Free Thirty Minute Diagnostics... Seriously. Eric is very knowledgeable, i took my 1990 Subaru legacy in and he not only did a diagnostic for free, he also answered lots of my questions with a smile! Great place for good, honest repairs. Had work done there twice, but first time I didnt actually get to meet them. Second time around, I met Eric, great guy. He also helped me out from doing more repairs than needed; Jiffy Lube told me both sets of brakes needed replacement, but in reality only my rear ones did.I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Best experience ever! Tunex quoted me $300 to replace my speed sensor. Queen Bee Auto did it for $50. They also replaced my power steering pump and it only took 1 day to get the part in. Other places told me it would take as long as 2 weeks. Also they give free advice and will spend 30 minutes diagnosing your car for free. I will always use Queen Bee Auto.

Great customer service! I was buying a used car and had Queen Bee Auto check it out to make sure I wasnt buying something that would cost thousands later. Did a great job! Told me a TON of details about what I was buying, Looked for potential problems, how it drove, If it had been in an accident, etc. They knew a great deal about cars. And the best part... FREE!! I expected to pay about $30 for their time but they were super nice and didnt charge me a thing!! I will return in the future!

The owners wife drove to my elderly mothers house and picked up her car for repairs and returned it when it was finished - for NO EXTRA FEE. The needed repairs were VERY REASONABLE and when finished, the state inspection and emissions tests were performed by Queen Bee Auto saving her time and money. This is the best auto shop I have ever worked with. My windshield wiper was not working and I brought it in and Eric diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 5 minutes and sent me on my way for no charge. They really do have great customer service and you can trust them to do quality work.

I went in to get a second opinion on a bad motor mount I was told I had. The first place to quote me on it said $300. I came to Queen Bee Auto and Eric quoted me $140 and could also get it done in a third of the time. I will definitely be bringing my car here from now on and suggest the same for my family and friends. I took my car in to get the motor mounts replaced this week. Due to a previous accident the front of the car was bent out of place and it made the repair take longer. We had the best experience at Queen Bee Auto. We had recently purchased a Suburan from a Utah County dealer. Unbeknownst to us, the engine was full of sludge. The timing chain and entire engine had to be replaced--basically right after we bought it. The service contract/warranty from the dealer wouldnt cover it. We are located by Cedar City. Local dealerships down here had quoted $7,000+ dollars--which we simply couldnt afford. Long story short, Queen Bee Auto came down to Cedar City, gathered up our Suburban and its parts--which were all in pieces, hauled it back to Spanish Fork, and put in a Jasper Engine and new timing chain for thousands less. So far, the Suburban is running great!! We couldnt be more grateful for Queen Bees Service. We were SOOO frustrated and they saved us from an extremely difficult situation. THANKS QUEEN BEE!!! We are so grateful!!

Queen Bee auto is fantastic! I took my care in to a prominent mechanic shop and they wanted $4500 for the repair. I took it to queen bee for a second opinion. When I told them what the other mechanic said needed repair, Queen bee quoted me a price that was $1000 cheaper. Then after they did their diagnostics, they discovered that problem was not what the first shop said it was, and the repair was really only a $200 repair. They saved me $4300 dollars. They are exceptionally honest. I will never go anywhere else.
