This is my first time here and the service was amazing. I had Alicia as my waxer and my nail tech. She was very skilled doing my gel-x manicure. Alicia was very friendly and easy to talk to. She made my Brazilian as quick and painless as possible. Someone else(Fannie) did my pedicure and nail design for my manicure. Fannie was very kind. She did a great job on my design.

Very nice atmosphere. Technicians could not be nicer. Oh so gentle. I will definitely go back

To start off me and my mom had an appointment about a week ago for French acrylic with regular polish on my hands and toes. They were perfectly fine no design just a normal French manicure with regular polish. Not even 12 hours later I woke up the next morning with orange discoloration, not caused by any products that could have made them this color *keep in mind the nails were 100% dry when I left the nail salon* . In the first picture is what my nails looked like at the salon perfectly white. The second picture is 8 hours later with the orange discoloration. I wasnt able to get back in to the salon til about 6 days later, I wad greeted by dirty looks and sarcastic greetings to a 14 old year old girl and her mother with smiles on there faces. One of the workers at the counter took care of us and Gott us set up with our correct nail tech continuously side eyeing me for no apparent reason as if I did something wrong or said something rude when me and my mother were nothing but nice to everyone. As we sat down my nail tech was extremely aggressive and rude while their mistake on my toes. When she finished fixing my toes she quickly moved to the desk very fast without saying anything to me as if I did or said something wrong when the whole time I was getting them done while I was asking how was their day and continued to ignore me. Aggressively moved my hands around while repainting my nails. The whole manicure was finished when my mom and I went to pay as good customer service we shouldve received some type of discount or at least an apology to my nails being discolored.

I had an appointment with Vi at 9:30. The receptionist walked me to her chair. I waited until 9:45. When I realized that no one had offered to assist me 15 minutes past my appointment time, I decided to leave. I told the receptionist I couldn’t wait any longer and received no acknowledgment. It is now 10:35am and I still have not received a follow up phone call. I will not be back to this establishment.

Laura is awesome shes sweet to her clients. Overall they all seems great, but I had my nails done by Laura.

This was my first time going to the Coral Springs location and I will never go back. I wasted $100 on work that was done poorly/looked terrible.I got a gel pedicure and the nail tech didn’t even bother to clean up around my nails. When he was done there was polish all over my toes that he didn’t bother to clean off. The work was not neat at all. Not to mention he cut me in the process (yes I was bleeding).In addition, I went to get a full set with a design on one nail. I showed him the design that I wanted as soon as I got there to make sure that he was able to do it. He asked me to pull up a picture on my phone and when I showed him he said okay. When it came time to do the design, however, it became clear that he had no idea what he was doing. If he couldn’t do the design he could’ve just told me and I would’ve understood.Needless to say my nails look terrible and I won’t be coming back to this location.

This place is one of the many places I’ve visited looking for not only a good and durable dip powder manicure but most importantly a good customer service, and I am glad I found it! Joe was excellent and I’m going on my 3rd week now since he did my nails. The guys at the front desk are very nice and so is everybody else. Highly recommended!

This place isn’t that bad despite these reviews. i got a pink and white set and just a polish change on my toes and it came out to $70ish. NOT BAD! i had a nice lady with tattoos but didn’t get her name. the parking isn’t bad and the shop is nice.

Let me begin with this place is overpriced. Initially i thought okay fine, as long as my nails look good. I was pretty content with my nails for about a day.... for a place that charges more than other places I’m typically used to going to, i couldn’t believe the cheap products they use here. The clear coat started chipping by day 2 and looked DISGUSTING by day 4. I was so upset i spent so much money here for nails that would’ve been great if this place invested in better products. Super disappointed.. definitely will not be going back.

Not worth the price. I paid $150 to get a gel mani& Toi pedi and a Lil mani/pedi for my daughter.My nails done wed and by Friday both gel nails on hands & feet were chipped. The guy did not scrub my heel. I had to ask for him to get the ingrown nail and clean around the other toes which he said he did, but I didnt see and they didnt look it. Again $150 at lease give a complete pediThey also give the illusions of cleanness, but they really only have the nail chairs wrapped in plastic, but I didnt see anyone change the plastic or sanitize them.Deff not worth the price. I do not mind paying but not for my nails to be chipped a day later.Very disappointedThey also.lie and say every poor record was not that their location .It was the coral springs locations.

LISTEN. Hands down this is the GREATEST manicure I have EVER received. My nails turned out better than I could have imagined and Im going to be staring at them for DAYS. Vincent is truly an artist and a master at what he does! Ive never felt more comfortable telling him what I wanted and he not only delivered on a level that exceeded my expectations, but he listened and made the entire process an experience! Everything from reception to the layout and chairs is beautiful! The whole staff is friendly, welcoming, and accommodating! This is my new favorite nail place of ALL time! You guys are absolutely fantastic!

Emily did a fantastic job on my pedicure! Literally the whole experience was relaxing and pain free, which doesnt happen all the time as other places nip my skin around my toenail. I was able to enjoy this much needed pampering, and love the finished look! Definitely coming here again and requesting Emily :)

I LOVE coming here, I recommend it to all of my friends looking for a nail place. My only complaint is that some people put a gel top coat on dip polish. This softens the polish and it chips and scratches so much faster. I got my nails done last Saturday and not even 3 days later, 2 nails are chipped. Whenever I get dip and they dont use a gel top coat, the manicure lasts easily 3-4 weeks and they never chip, just grow out.

I’ve gone here a few times so far and love it! I see Joe every time who is very funny and provides an amazing customer experience. He does your nails exactly how you ask and makes sure you are comfortable the whole time, he also makes it fun! I recommend coming here and seeing Joe!

This is a week after my pedicure that I’m leaving my review. This may seem odd to say, but my technician was too gentle. I mean, I like gentle but he was too gentle.3.5 starts at best only because for $75 I expected the shaver to be used on my foot and not just the pedi-sponge square file. I can do that for myself at home. (Forgive me...I don’t know the proper namesake the tools used).Also wished my cuticle got more attention (needed cuticle pusher and cuticle remover after COVID had us all inside).My feet did not feel fresh like it usually feels after leaving a pedicure. It more felt like I took a shower. I needed that cool cucumber, minty, lavender cooling feeling.The staff is very friendly, professional, and organized. It is a very clean, quiet, and classy environment. That is very important to me as well. I will go back another time because of that.I will be sure to be more vocal of my expectations and will think about upping my stars after that experience.I am still excited to return.UPDATE: 4/3/21 I took a trip out of state so I never went to my follow up appointment.

First of all I want to say how confused I am about all these great reviews. I showed up on time. They told me 10min. I let them know I had a appointment. He said okay and acknowledged he knew who I was. I . I sat down and looked at the color guides when two girls came from the back of the salon and were complaining. I should have trusted my gut and walked out. Instead I waited and waited. Finally he put me in a pedicure chair . Some other tech started my pedicure. As I was watching the guy who told me 10 minutes, 30 minutes ago. I just walked out. Terrible service and never on time

I think today is my last day coming here!! They are more expensive than most places and charge extra for everything. It was never told to me that it’s $5 to soak off the dip on my nails!! I’ve never heard of such a ridiculous fee in my life. I pay good money for the service and then you want more to remove the dip???? Total BS!! Extra $5 for a shape. $2 forCovid. So $12 in fees alone!!! I won’t be coming back!!!

The first time I came to this location I had Emily she was amazing. The 2nd time I came in I have vi and she did amazing as well. This salon is so clean and such good vibes. They take there time and really pay attention to detail. This is for sure my new good to place . All I can say are amazing things from when you walk in til you leave.

One of the best I’ve had.Henry was my manicurist, his attending to detail and shaping is great! I explained I wanted them filed thinner & square and they look amazing! Terrible experience. Kathy was who took care of me and was left with a disturbing finished manicure dip powder and ombré nails. The ombré nails came out super patchy and lost count how many times she dipped and coated which is normally 3 not 10times. In the end I was hoping she would correct them and would notice the bad job but just told me to wash my hands and handed me my phone to go to the register. To top it of my index finger was bleeding,the nails were super heavy from the high amount of powder dipping on all nails, they were lumpy and not smooth. To top it off also I had paint out of my fingernails and she also didn’t bother to clean it. If someone can not do a certain design or style just simply say so rather than wasting someone’s time on their day off. I was there from 5-8:10pm! I was treated very poorly. Kevin from the front desk wanted me to stay even more for someone else to take care of me which is super uncomfortable as Kathy kept coming over and speaking in her language to her coworker and walked away mumbling some more because her coworker was removing all nails for me. That’s very unprofessional as that just made me want to leave but had to get the nails removed completely as it was embarrassing to walk out with. First time and to be the worst experience ever in my lifetime. To top it off Kevin at the front desk wanted me to pay for my pedicure after the hell of an experience I went through . So thank you for the poor customer service and bleeding and told him it was wrong for him to charge me in general as in the end I left with nothing on my fingernails just left with cotton ball fuzz,blood and not even a coat.

I and my daughter have been to this location a multiple times and have always booked Vi for both our pedicure and acrylic full-set service needs. At times when Vi was pressed for time; Emily has been the only trusted tech that Vi has recommended to assist us with our pedicures’s as well. Vi is an exceptional nail artist; but today I was extremely disappointed and surprised by Vi and the establishment lack of customer service addressing my concerns. Today I and my daughter was booked for both nail and pedicure services at 4:45pm. Upon arriving; we were greeted and told Vi would be right with us and that she was finishing up with the top coat of her prior client. From the waiting rooming; it was quite visible that she was in the beginning stages of shaping her clients’ nails and was not indeedly finishing up with the top coat. About 15mins later; the front desk concierge approached us and requested that we followed him and that he was ready for us and that he would have someone else do both I and daughters’ pedicure services. I advised him that all of our services were booked with Vi and that the only other person I would not mind doing our pedicure services would be Emily. But of course Emily was busy with a client. Which is expected on a Friday evening. Immediately after; we were then told that our wait would be no more than about 6 more minutes; because Vi at that point was completing the clients’ nail designs. At that point; it was about 5:06. So we decided to continue to patiently wait. At about 5:25 we were finally directed towards the back were pedicures are conducted and was told that Vi would be right with us and that she was going to have someone else take over her current clients’s nail designs and was going to attend to us immediately. We patiently wait about 5 more mins and Vi never once acknowledge us or addressed that she would be with us personally. In the past; I have seen her personally address her other clients personally; so I was quite surprised by her actions today. She’s usually a sweet girl. After waiting 5mins and seeing that there was absolutely no initiation on Vi’s end to transition her current client to someone else; at that point we got up and decided we would leave at 5:30. We made our way back to the front to the concierge desk and advised him that we were leaving; because after waiting 45mins at that point; who knows how much longer we truly would have to have waited. I request to speak to the owner/manager (which is Vi’s aunt) and I was told that I would have to wait an additional 10mins to speak to the manager. So we left. I have referred many friends and family members to this establishment and what a disappointing experience today was.

My friend booked the appointment and I was to get just a regular pedicure. $30.00. My tech asked me if I was getting what my friends were getting. I thought it w all the same. It cost me $53.00. Supposedlyit wasorganic..

I went here yesterday with my good friend and they did an amazing job I’m really satisfied with my nails the design is perfect the colors are perfect they even manage to do three colors in one now this is definitely going to be my new go to nail salon They are all really nice They give you a free little water bottle in the beginning and keep you comfortable and satisfied. I highly recommend this place.

Great spot for eyebrows!! I went here while I visited with family in Coral Springs.Very clean and modern decor! I was a walk in but was serviced quickly. The specialist was professional and consistantly asked me he I was pleased with her work.My brows came out perfect and lasted in shape for 3 weeks!

Expensive for gel pedi! $75 plus yip and dont forget the $2 upcharge fur the sanitizer, which should be automatic to customers for covid protection. My toe was nicked by the guy doing them and he put Vaseline on it. Then painted which caused the gel to come off 3 days later. Too costly and painful for me

I got the best pedicure that I can remember and it was just the basic pedicure. I felt so relaxed and pampered. Then my powder manicure was very quick and efficient. I cant wait to come back to Florida for my next mani and pedi.

I have been coming here since they opened recently and the experience is always very good! Everyone is professional, friendly and the work is top-notch! I credit this to Joe for finding the right people and then constantly working hard to maintain his high standards. I have seen a few different technicians and they all been excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience at Toi Nail Spa. Making an appointment was easy, and once I went, I was greeted by friendly staff and someone was available to do my nails right away. Hence, no wait time. The nail tech that did my nails was Kyle, he was very meticulous, you could tell he takes pride in his work. I was impressed that he introduced himself and asked for my name and remembered it for the whole duration of my appointment. The spa has an elegant ambience and it is relaxing. Lovely nail spa near the walk. Perfect place to start a night out. Soothing pedicures, super professional nail techs. Walking distance to all the fron the new outback. The salon is new, clean, and very sanitary. Its very zen. Ive been looking for a nice quiet nail salon for pedicures where I dont have to listen to some woman scream at her kids or make 40 loud calls. Love this place! New and very clean. Lots of options for nails. Its a little pricey but worth it because they are very meticulous and it lasts way longer than any other places I have been in Coral Springs and I am very freaking OCD about my nails and pedicure. So yes Ill pay a little extra for quality!

Very disappointed. I uploaded my photo so you can see, I’m the pink coffin nails. I got my nails done 4 days ago, already 2 nails have fallen off and all of them are cracked. This place came highly recommend by my friend Carolina and I would never return again

I showed them a picture of what I wanted and what I showed them wasn’t what I got. Way too short and after I told the nail tech about this he just shrugged. I told him one nail was way shorter and if he could fix it and he got agitated and was like no it’s the same size as the other when it wasn’t. My nails were not the color I wanted and I told him the base was to light and he said no it looks good. My nails are lumpy and were not filed correctly. I’m disappointed because the first time I went I was so happy with my nails.

I am from Brooklyn NY and never have had a better experience than this particular salon. The owner Ann is very professional and my sister was very happy with her dipping powder manicure. She listened to her and the results made my sister very happy.I was taken care of by Vee. She is a darling. I got the best pedicure that I can remember and it was just the basic pedicure. I felt so relaxed and pampered. Then my powder manicure was very quick and efficient. I cant wait to come back to Florida for my next mani and pedi.

UPDATE!Waited 30 minutes for an express pedicure that takes less than 30 min. What’s the point of making an appointment if walkins go before you?! After the first 5 minutes I was taken to the pedicure bowl and told 2 minutes. 25 minutes later still no one. Will not be back. So disappointed.. I referred a bunch of people since my first experience was so great. The last 2 times I went it were terrible.Ran out of the pink AND the white I originally got for my pink/white French acrylic. So it could never be repeated after that. Again.... will not ever be going back.

Made an appointment for 11am. Didnt sit down for my pedicure until a little before 12. Sat in the pedicure chair for another hour and 15 AFTER my pedicure was done. Finally Kyle took me to do my nails after I told them I was leaving because I had a hair appointment at 2:30 and was sitting there long enough. I had 45 minutes to do my nails and Kyle took his time and kept saying let the master do his work when I was updating him on time. He finished a little after 2:30...not even a week later my nails are peeling and falling off. Will not be going back. The discount wasnt even that great. Paid the same amount I would pay at other salons.

I took my mom here before Mother’s Day and boy did they ruin my mother’s day 🙄. First one of the male techs at the pedicure stations poured another clients feet water into my pedicure bowl. THATS BASIC SANITATION RULES. I’m amazed I did not get a fungus from them. So DISGUSTING 🤢. Then I go to checkout and told another male at the register I’m treating my mom and they said my mom wants to do her eyebrows so I paid for that too. Turns out my mom did not request her eyebrows to be done and only likes her brows threaded (which they don’t do) so did not want the service either. I went to ask for my money back for the eyebrows I paid for and they said no money back… WHAT A SCAM! Never go here and I hope the city shuts this cesspit down.
