Yellow Cab those guys are great one thing I could say they come up with an app to use like uber the app is great you can track the car thats coming to pick you up or track it where is that and the drivers I have written with a very courteous and they deserve it to every time with me how to clean a little compact but its okay I got to go real quick keep the good work up Yellow Cab PJ from Tallahassee

I sat outside of my hotel for an hour waiting to find out whatever driver they had supposedly picking me up reported me as a no show after making literally no attempt to call me. That is on top of the very fact that I ordered the taxi while sitting out front & sat there waiting. The only no show was the driver themselves. I just want to go home, why is it impossible to find anyone reliable? This is ridiculous and I will be shocked if they bother showing up at all.

Was driving down magnolia dr snd the cab was in the lane to my left I was in the turning lane at appalachee pkwy he turn right at the light from his lane cutting me off and almost caused a wreck car 73

Did not come to pick me up even though I had a confirmed reservation with them for that morning. Customer service was not helpful at all. If you want to get to the airport on time do not use this service.

I see now why theyre going out of business. Had to be to work at 7:30am so I called at 6am just to compensate for their incompetence but they couldnt even meet that time. I got impatient and tried calling their dispatcher to get an update. The lady I was talking was rude, dismissive and just hung up on me and I was being respectful inspite of my frustration. I cancelled the ride and joined the masses and called an Uber and they arrived QUICK! YELLOW CAB SUCKS! Dont waste your money.

Scheduled medical ride. My driver was late. Called him. Said 2 min. away. Never showed. Dispatch said driver said l wasnt home. Never again.

I ordered a taxi at 3:50am ....I waited for 3 hours still no cab called back several times for them to tell me a cab came and dropped me off....I was told a cab will then come in 15 minutes no cab call back representatives repeatedly got rude and started to hang up. I always use yellow cab until today im will be taking my business to city taxi

Multiple times Ive been told my cab is arriving yet no cab comes. When I try to call and find out why I got a text saying be ready outside yet noone came they either tell me I didnt get a text or they hang up on me and I have to go through the 15 minute ordeal to order another cab.

Called Yellow Cab for an immediate pick-up and the driver arrived within minutes. He was one of the most pleasant cab drivers Ive ever had. The following day I scheduled a ride to the airport and when I called to check on the status of the ride (about 10 minutes before pick-up time) the automated message informed me they were still searching for a driver. I eventually had to cancel the reservation and call another taxi company. Based on my recent experience I can say their service is hit or miss.

At 10 PM the night before needed to select a ride option to be at the hospital at 5 AM. The gentleman who drove was great and arrive 7 minutes before pickup. Yellow cab of Tallahassee will be my ride option for now.

Worthless company.

I have used Tallahassee Yellow Cab for over 25 years. With one exception, their cabs arrived early or on time. Most drivers are friendly and/or quiet. Only one guy about 2 years ago got onto political rants while driving. But overall, I am pleased with Tallahassee Yellow Cab.

I have taken many cabs home from Walmart after shopping. Drivers range from absolutely friendly to one raging idiot who wouldn’t shut up and stop ranting. I gave him a terrible rating. Many others I gave a 5 star rating.Recently I had a credit card charge for a cab I did not take but had ordered and then canceled when the driver stopped at Kentucky Fried Chicken for dinner. So I canceled that cab and ordered another. The app lets me follow the cab and is worth downloading. Also makes ordering easier since it is robot software...The auto charge remained active and I was billed for whomever the cab driver picked up.After emailing some of the names in the replies, the charge was immediately credited back resolving my problem.Good customer service.

What a convenient Taxi! Went to Tally for the weekend to visit some friends and Yellow Cab Tally was the cheapest and most reliable option. I downloaded their App and was able to get discounts on future rides. Service was quick and driver was very friendly. Highly recommended! Prices are great for students :)

Very unprofessional dispatchers,rude unsympathetic. Cab driver canceled ride after waiting 25 minutes & had the nerve to send a text saying Thank you for using yellow cab& then ended up having to wait another 30 minutes. Wouldnt reccomend company to anyone, discount transportation is better & there poor quality

Called the day before we needed a ride to airport. The day of the ride got a robo call with the wrong address. Corrected this At the time the driver was to be there I called and they still had the wrong address. Then I was told ride would be given to the next driver . girl on the phone was rude refused to let me talk with anyone else. We drove ourselves to the air port so as not to miss our flight. This is the second and last time this will happen as I will never use yellow cab again.

How do you get ahold of management? Calling only gets you yelled at by the dispatcher.Edit: I gave Beths contact information to my husband and she went above and beyond to remedy the situation. It has been a very long day, but I will give yellow cab 5 stars because Beth is one amazing woman.

If I could give them no stars I would. I called them Saturday/Sunday and gave them all my information for an immediate pickup with address and my phone number, verified at least 3 times. No one ever called me and I ended up taking a lyft after about an hour of waiting.

Doing my best to be responsible and call a cab, I couldnt be more grateful for the service with yellow cab.No matter where I need to go, always punctual and drivers are always friendly and make you feel comfortably and safe. It can be kind of awkward calling an Uber.Also, a huge thank you to Beth of yellow cab for taking care of all my reservations under short notice, I can call at anytime and she keeps me with updated with the status of my cab and drivers.Definitely would recommend calling Yellow Cab of Tallahassee for any transportation needs!

The car was impeccably clean! There is NO other company I would use if I need a cab!!! Customer service is a step beyond what I have ever experienced.

Yellow cab has some of the most biased and prejudice individuals working at its company that you could ever imagine. It was just today,that its so - called call center made absolutely no attempts to schedule me a 7:00am time call that had been arranged 2 days before, making me miss a 8 am appointment,then had the nerve to pick up a fare bright eyed and bushy tailed a few doors down as if it wasnt nothing,as I stood in the parking lot. Talk about unprofessional to another level. The same thing happened a week ago, when I asked to speak to a manager,after I was left waiting after the 3rd call, Ms.Management decided to tell me that my address in the Bond Community was a high crime area. What? Now how prejudice is that? Especially coming from someone who has probably never been to Tallahassee a day in her life;and last time I checked,there were no cab driver robberies in Bond. Even if it was,how dare she say something so degrading.There are good people that live in the Bond Community,and for you to judge and feel our money is not good enough unless you see fit,is deplorable and unprofessional..

Unfortunately the reliable, prompt, professionalism spill were forced to listen to while waiting for a rep to finally answer is a fallacy!!!!! I have prescheduled hours in advance only to embarrassingly arrive to WORK 45 minutes late!!! I use to like the company at one point but now I don’t on yesterday I book a cab online to goto the store to get my wife medication which isn’t far from my apartment but seeing my wife had a stroke and recovering I can’t leave her alone that long so taking a taxi is ideal seeing we don’t have working transportation right now so the driver calls me and rudely saying I’m going to have to come over there for $3 because that what my fee was of course I was going to tip because I always do but he basically was telling me that wasn’t enough to come over here to take me so when I start to respond he hangs up on me and I think he turn his live off because a few seconds later it said they was looking for me a driver again so I decided to walk to store went and got medications and some groceries and the weather looked bad like it was going to rain so I booked yellow cab again they called me and the auto person said a driver will arrive in 15 minutes so 20 minutes go by so I decided to check on driver so it turns out they must of changed their mind because it said they was looking for me a driver but before they said a driver was on the way so I had to walk home all because people think they should only come based off the amount which Isn’t right That’s discrimination what if a elderly person be in the same boat and needs Togo the store you don’t treat people this way I’ll never use them again and won’t recommend them to anyone.

To start with. The guy that answered the phone had no care in the world. I set my ride up 30 MINUTES BEFORE I had to go to work, I got a text saying that my cab was 2 miles away, 10 minutes later my driver calls me saying hes 8-10 minutes away. This is 20 minutes later!!! 12 minutes later I call him & he tells me he had to make a stop and that hes on the way. I couldve sworn you guys were on the customers time and not your own. I am 32 minutes late to work and hopefully I dont get fired, I paid 23.50 to be late to work. I will never recommend your service to anyone. Don’t schedule through them if you have anywhere imported to be, the take 30+ minutes just to assign a driver then there’s no telling where the driver is coming from.

Two of our family members had to leave out of town and then we had to take a cab to pick up a rental vehicle once we were able to get out of work to be with them. Yellow cab was so very accommodating. They were exactly where we asked to be picked up within 5 minutes of the time we requested. The cab was clean, the driver was so very kind and they knew exactly where to take us and make the entire situation much easier. I feel that it is unfortunate that people generally only leave reviews when they have something negative to say, or the dont get what they want, so they have friends make up fake reviews to hurt a company. I decided to write this review because people should know that when it was needed, this company took care of my family in the most professional and kind way. The charges were exactly what was expected as well. I had googled ahead of time to see what to expect and happy to say that it was just that. Please give them a chance if you ever find yourselves stuck like we did.

Dear Yellow Cab,Its time to teach your cab drivers some road rules. Today, I was sitting at a read light to go straight (which I cant go on RED) and the Tallahassee Yellow Cab driver behind me blared his car horn for me to go so he can turn right. Seriously, if I dont have my turn signal on that means Im going straight. Aggressive driving or road rage is more likely to cause severe injuries, fatal accidents or the chance of being shot. I would never recommend this company to anyone and put my loved ones in danger.

Unreliable, sketchy drivers that will pick you up in dirty cabs that smell like someone just vomited. Drivers are typically nice when they actually pick you up 45 minutes to an hour after you call. Uber and Lyft are winning the cab war. Only problem is their surge pricing that charges your card days later. The second they fix the surge pricing to a fixed rate yellow cab will be obselete. I have actually watched 3 cabs drive past me empty and not paying attention while I have sat here for over an hour waiting on one of these dingalings to pick me up.

Called to reserve wheelchair accessible cab and it never came and they said I never called. Unprofessional service that does this all the time

Requested cab service pick up from Tallahassee Airport but they dont know where the airport is.

As a tuition-paying FSU student, I along with thousands of other FSU students are promised a Nole Cab service l, aka Your reliable ride home or so the website says. We are supposed to be able to get a ride home for $5 between the hours of 10 pm and 3 am with the Nole Cab. However that is not the case. The first time I requested this service from Tallahassee Yellow Cab, I was trying to go from a friends house back to my own home and was told that this service could only be used if I was traveling from a business to a place of residence. Okay, what an inconvenience that I have to walk home at night among beggars robbers and serial killers but its not that far a walk. Then tonight I called to have them pick me up from the Greyhound Station to take me home. A BUSINESS to a place of RESIDENCE!! The stupid lady on the phone then tells me I can only have the Nole Cab to travel from someplace that serves alcohol to a place of residence WHAT THE HELL!?!? I have been riding for the past almost two years going by the first guideline then they spring this on me at a time when I have no other transportation option!!!! Puts me on hold for 10 full minutes then goes you cant use it to be picked up from Greyhohnd. Then I tried to say something she hung up in my face!!!!!! WORST CAB SERVICE EVER DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOUR CRUSH WORKS AT THE GREYHOHND STATION AND YOU ABSOLUTELY WANT TO BE STRANDED THERE!!!!! Because they dont give two f***s about you!!!
